Avoid this business- a shady and dishonest practice. This place is exactly what you think of when you imagine a crooked mechanic.

We took our car here for a simple problem, and afterwards a lot of other things began breaking. We thought it was just bad luck, but after, we took it to another shop, the new shop found several screws and other things purposely tampered with. They told us this was likely strategy by this shop to keep customers coming back for more fixes. Of course, these things could also be due to a lack of professionalism and poor work quality.

Also, another time we went here, after they worked on our car, the car began to make a very new noise when driving. We took it back immediately. They were extremely impatient about our concerns. It turned out, they put some things back incorrectly. I'm not sure what it was, but I was simply told something like, it's not important don't worry about it.

The staff was consistently bad mannered and uninformative. They defaulted "do you want it or not? " and did not explain anything they did. You will not save money by coming to this business, their lower prices will add up to be more expensive than going to another more legitimate and professional shop.

Disappointing Experience with Overpriced Repairs.
I recently visited this auto shop for the first time, hoping for a smooth experience. Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed and taken advantage of. The major issue was with the owner's decision to charge me nearly three times the market price for a harmonic balancer replacement.

I understand that businesses need to make a profit, but this level of price gouging, especially for a first-time customer, is unacceptable. It left a sour taste in my mouth and made me question the integrity of this establishment.

While the quality of the repair work may have been adequate, the pricing tactics used here are unethical and unfair. I strongly recommend potential customers to research prices elsewhere before considering this auto shop. Honest and transparent pricing is crucial in this industry, and unfortunately, it seems lacking here.
This establishment's pricing practices are not just questionable; they're outrageous. I urge anyone considering this place to steer clear and find an auto shop that values honesty and treats its customers with respect. This experience left me deeply disappointed and convinced that this shop cares more about emptying your wallet than providing a fair and transparent service.

If you want horrible customer service with a bunch of hidden junk fees. Take your vehicle here!

Don't ever trust this shop and the manager, big time scammers! They installed a broken parts and ask me to come back and come back, they said no tools right now so ask me to come back again, too many alibi and blah blah, charge me too much and never give a refund.

Crooks and scammers.they told me to change new parts thinking i didnt know better.i took them to another shop and they said the parts were fine.they also said that they would have probably took my parts and sold them to someone else.dont trust these guys.just look at the other reviews, the owners has an excuse for everything.nothing seems to be his fault.

**BEWARE*
Brought my car in with a Groupon for brake pads and they asked if I wanted my tires rotated too, 5 min later they brought me back to tell me that my rear pads were at 10% and that my rear rotors needed replacing quoting me $120/rotor.

Now I've worked on many cars in my younger years and I knew there was no way my rotors were shot. When I asked if they could just change the pads they said that they couldn't and needed to replace both the pads and rotors together.

So I brought it to my main mechanic for a second opinion (I had an appointment booked with him the same day). He took one look at my rear rotors and literally said "Uhh, your rotors are smooth, there's nothing wrong with them".

Turns out my rear brake pads were okay (25%), my rotors weren't warped or damaged, and my front pads were good.

Never deviating from my main mechanic again!

The man running this place did not address my brake issues, after I picked up my vehicle they were still making noise. When I went to go talk to him about the issue, he decided to yell, scream and call me derogatory names and also attempted to come around the service counter to physically assault me. This is a very unprofessional establishment and from my experience if you have any complaint, you will be met with threats of violence. I don’t normally write bad reviews but this experience was so bad that I had no choice. PLEASE STAY AWAY from this place!

What a wonderful experience. They were eager to fix my nuisance battery problem, and it ended up being a quick fix so they didn’t even charge me! Other businesses could learn a lot from these guys, and I will definitely be a customer again in the future!

Tire change or swap 60$ pretty cheap ha.very polite and flexible with appointments.

Please be aware you are not going at a right place. The owner mechanic is really bad mannered. He charge me total $116+50$ for just a tir changing. Also it’s not finish here, he damaged 3 nuts while fitting wheel in my car, and he forced me to pay to get it done ($270). I litterally only prepared max 100$ because it was only tire changing. So I requested him to fix my original Tires back I will take to home my car and put in the garage (not gonna use in the winter) because I can not afford that expense,
Now he showed me attitude saying either you tow your car or I will leave your car outside that garage. // or pay to Fix that damage. Do whatever you want.

I was all by myself. It was unexpected for me. And he finally ended up by charged me extra ***262$*** to fix that part that he damage it. It was very bad experience. I was scared to write here but I guess it is very important to share review to society in where we live.
Not enough, he called me aunty infront of all and laughed on me… very embarrassing behaviour.

Total he charged me 493$ just for tire change…… Worse ever service. I can share invoice if I need too.

First time coming to this place, the guy was approachable. His very nice. I got oil change and signal lights on Saturday morning and got it back immediately less than 30 minutes. Reasonable price as well.

This is the worst place that I see it before, I wish if I can give them 0 star as review, not honest people, very bad customer service, very rude, their service very expensive, you will waste your time and money with them

Was their regular customer. Today I sent my son for an oil and filter change on his 2007 Camry 6 cyl. Was quoted $40 plus tax on phone. Ended up paying $72 due to so called cartridge filter, (which is not more expensive than a regular filter) Why quote me $40 then, when I gave you the car specs beforehand. Completely unethical. I feel they took advantage of an inexperienced young guy. Wont be going there anymore.

This is the worst and unprofessional place to go for oil change. I even doubt if they have any knowledge about car engine or repairs, may be their speciality is just tires but they are looking for ways of making money from people. Anyways I took my car for a routine oil change at their place for the first time. They told me to wait for 30 mins to do my oil change and charged me $109 which is a lot but it is Ok I paid the money and took my keys. To my surprise when I turned the ignition on all the warning lights came on. I was shocked and went back to the guy who was at the counter (I think he is the owner). I told him what happened but instead of admitting it is their fault that happened he started telling me to go to Honda and check what the problem is. I told him my car was not showing any warning until they touched my car. He talked to me rudely and even wanted to fight me and told me I can do nothing. So please if you are looking for people who will mess up or ruin your car then go there otherwise don’t go near those conmen.

Accommodated our unexpected repair after the long weekend making sure that the job was completed so that we were able to go on our vacation as planned. So impressed!

All the positive reviews on here are fake you can see they all say 1 review. Sam doesn't have the best customer service skills and people do get ripped off here and are told it's their fault. It's too much of a common theme if you read the reviews for it not to be the case. Getting your car serviced can be tricky you have to know what you want. If you know what you're doing and what you need you shouldn't have issues but if you're looking to be advised and talked into good advice it won't happen here. Almost like making you feel stupid for not knowing something and then charging you a lot or giving you advice on the most expensive and inefficient fix

The day before I called in for interior and exterior detailing appointment, next day I dropped off my sedan at the shop first thing in the morning, by 1: 30pm I got a call for pick up.
Work done is amazing- just looks like the showroom vehicle and I’m absolutely impressed, although I declined the shampoo option.
Every staff I met here is friendly and supportive, so I can say there’s great customer service.

Called in to get a quote;
1. Person I spoke with didn't do their due diligence. The price went on going up for the same job with each clarification
2. Cross checked with other quotes, cost of parts was 1.5 times to 2 times more than others
3. Did not have any confidence that my coats wouldn't go up after they started working on it, as is usually the case with similar interactions.

That's just my experience, take it whichever way one wants to. They definitely don't get my business.

Brought car in there to get power steering leak fixed,
1050 dollars later after i bought a power steering pump and new power steering lines the leak was still there. So i brought back to show them and they said oh your power steering box is shot. But i payed for them to diagnose problem. But they diagnosed the wrong problem. So i still have a leak the problem was not fixed and im in the hole over a grand and they want more money to fix it. So frustrating dont go here u will get ripped off. Go anywhere else.

Very dishonest, didn’t check air pressure or check all fluids as requested nor did they check brakes. Had a list what needed false, advised to replace all tires that are only year old Michelin’s with not ever 10k Ins on them. Will never go back or recommend any one.
So his justification is rude customer. I left my car at 11: 50 returned at appox 1: 00 so when was I in shop without mask and interfering with mechanic another lie by ever unprofessional management so sad reporting to BBB for his business conduct rip-off artist at his best. Instead of owning to his mishandling the situation he is bad mouthing the customers. Think twice before you give any business. Very sad

Rip off for cleaning the inside of your car, he charges more to wash the outside, double the price of another place, that washes inside and out. Refused to use my Groupon I bought prior to booking the appointment. I would not use this place, the guy has no interest in validating Groupon purchases, will up sell and not wash the outside of your vehicle while charging exactly double, there is another place that charges $80.00 they do inside and outside, and honestly they do a better job.this place left stains on the inside door panel base of the cup holders, I used nail and scraped it away, you guys couldn't do that for $170?

My advice stay away from this place, how will you stay in business if you don't honor anything, like anything, you can read several reviews on this place and the storylines are consistent of not honoring Groupons or your work!

After purchasing the Groupon, I made an appointment and drove 50 mins to get there. After the owner heard I had drove that far he asked extra for taxes, shop supplies, and brake fluid amounting to almost $200 additional (the Groupon was $99). When I mentioned that the Goupon only says taxes are extra he said he doesn't feel good about working on my car even though I had already purchased the services, made an appointment, and drove 50mins to get there!

This business is a CHEAT. They will draw you in with a low price and then hold you hostage to a high racked up bill. I went there for a inspection and when nothing could be found wrong, the owner mentioned to me that he will not pass my vehicle because the wheel alignment was off. An absolute ripoff and unethical business practice. I don’t often use the above mentioned terminology but could not find anything better for these people. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING TO THIS SHOP AND PEOPLE SHOULD TAKE NOTE OF THE ONLINE REVIEWS.

FELT LIKE HIGHWAY ROBBERY, STAY AWAY.would give 0 stars if I could.also have invoices from both shops on the same day to back up my statement.overall bad service.to summarize, they look like they dont know what theyre doing and all their diagnosis missed the problem.took my car for suspension noise (clink on rear when going over bumps) recommended change front struts and rear trailing bushings. (havent noticed problem on the front suspension but went along with recommendations, cost $1600) repair done didnt fix the problem so I came back.the reception guy drove along with me suggested loose equipment on the trunk (jack) but wasnt the case when checked after drive test.ripped off a cover under the car suggesting thats what was making noise.also recommended further repair for around $1000 which was brought down to $800 after telling them I'd like a second opinion from different shop.went to canadian tire (CT), within 15 min CT told me I have a coil spring that broke at the bottom and the broken off piece was making noise. (this was different from the last diagnosis Surrey auto repair gave me so I asked if they can show me. CT let me in the shop and showed the problem to me by hitting the bottom area where the spring sat and made the exact noise i complained about.repaired the car for $600 far from the $1000 surrey auto repair wanted after im already charged $1600 for the first repair that didnt fix the issue.

My car looked brand new after the interior and exterior detailing was done - I hardly recognized it! I have a puppy who loves to get muddy and is also prone to car sickness, so the seats were badly stained. Water had also leaked into my trunk over the winter causing mold to grow. My car was filthy, and desperately needed a deep clean. Surrey Centre Auto Repairs did a fantastic job! They were incredibly thorough, and very friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone

What a great find! I have a BMW-X1 and BMW wanted a ridiculous amount of money to do my front brakes. Laid off and Covid times - I called my son in a panic and he recommended Surrey Centre Auto Repairs as he and his wife are very happy with their services and he has used previously. Sam was not only professional, courteous, but so accommodating and willing to help me by ordering parts prior to my vehicle repair appointment to save time for me.

Highly recommend and will be back!

I go there get some of my last invoices and he was snobby about it then I asked him for a quote for air conditioning motor and the price was like 1700.00 plus taxes. That's hyway robbery not impress.

I phoned around for prices to get my brakes done, surrey centre auto's price was the best & good name brand parts. While I was there I also had an alignment done. I like one thing about them they do not pressure you into getting the work done.

I payed $110 for wheel alignment on my 2018 Hyundai Elantra both services were done in 2 & half hours.

It's worth giving them a try, best automotive family business.

If you want to get ripped and waist your time go there.they are expert in doing buisness like muskitos.hence they give an appointment.they play the waiting game.so you stay over an hout an a half.then the owner spend less than 5 minutes checking the car in the alley with his OBD THAT i have a better one.then he will bite you with 95.00 dollars receipt for doing nothing at all.not even a report about the car deffect reason.or any precise information.
So the Anestesia of waiting over an hour to let you not feeling the bite.till they suck your dollars blood with bad needle and then you feel the pain? What he did to get 95.00 $?
