I have been coming to Kyle for physio for over a year and dealing with him on treatment and Cassidy for admin matters has never been a problem. Kyle is thorough, friendly, professional and super engaging. He makes sure I know why I'm having a particular issue or response to certain movement, and works to correct in office and offers exercises when appropriate. Cassidy consistently goes above and beyond, even spending a whack of time on the phone with my annoying benefits provider when they were having issues that impacted my payments. She's also great at communicating and fitting me in last minute if I have an acute issue.

I saw Kyle today for an initial visit. He was super attentive to my needs and was able to quickly build a plan around how to treat my symptoms. He shared his knowledge with me and ensure that I understood what was going on with me based on my symptoms.

I've also met with Jasleen for massage and Dr. Manreet for chiropractic and can share a similar sentiment for their quality and expertise. I'm really impressed with the team here and highly recommend them to anyone needing paramedical support.

I have been attending chiropractic, physical, and massage therapy at Surrey Chiro since I was in a car accident in April. I am very happy with the treatment I have received from Hamraj, Manreet, and Mini. They have helped me immensely on my road to recovery. I have learned a lot about how to manage my symptoms and pain.

Cassidy and Ashley have been great at accommodating my scheduling needs and helping me book appointments.

Love the clinic. Dr. Hans and the entire staff are so friendly and welcoming and accommodating. I often have my kids with me when I go to my appointment and they don't even bat an eye. Instead welcome the kids in so kindly and help them feel comfortable which I return makes me feel so comfortable and happy to be there.

Great place, super good at getting you in almost anytime. I know my physio even worked later a few nights to help accommodate my work schedule. (Not many places or people will do that)

Dr. Hans is a miracle worker. She is so friendly, efficient and listened to my concerns with empathy. I live about an hour away but will be driving out to see her frequently! Also, the office staff were very kind when I accidentally showed up early for my appointment and they were able to accommodate me. Thank you again!

Dr. Dylan did a great job in healing my neck pain. He's kind, makes patients comfortable and very informative about the cause of the pain and future care.

Dr. Hans was excellent. I have been seeking a great chiropractor for several years. She is exceptional. I have been having chiropractic treatments for 30 years and she is in the top 3 of all the chiropractors I have seen. She kniws her stuff and is sincerely interested in helping me get mobile and pain free again.

Shes very friendly and professional. She has the hands of an angel ️ I'm so glad I found her for my therapist. I'm staying with her if she'll have me as a patient

Quite sad my favourite RMT left the clinic. Seems like RMTs come and go often at this place. I tried this clinic out of convenience because it was close to home, and a friend recommended it. I kept coming because my therapist was so great. Now that she is gone, I won't be back.the place is a little dusty and could use some new sheets (or a good bleaching). Even the plants in the waiting area had accumulated dust.

I had been seeing Dylan and Manreet since July. The service they are providing is exceptional.
They had been working on my neck and mid back pain. I would say the neck pain has gone completely.
In addition, I had a persistant kee pain since 2015 which had been gone after taking few session with Dylan. I had seen improvements right after one session.

I will highly recommend this clinic if you wish to recover fast. Unlike other so called physiotherapist in town who rely on the machine and serve 2 patients at a time, they use the manual techniques full time and make sure we got value for our investment.

Today I was late for my physiotherapy session, Dylan manage to swap me with another patient. Not only that, while waiting for the session, Manreet provided me with 15min chiro session without appointment. Super happy with this excellent service.

Lastly, the front desk receptionist are so cooperative and highly professional.

I came to this clinic as I was referred by a friend of mine. I called last minute as my accident injuries were painful and thankfully they were able to fit me in the next day! I’ve been seeing Kyle, Hamraj & Jag for my injuries and I cannot tell you how much they’ve helped me. The treatment and exercises they’ve provided relieved my pain immensely. The front staff are very welcoming and accommodating to my busy schedule. Not knowing anything with ICBC they took care of my claim and made sure I was approved for my sessions.

This is a fantastic clinic! I see Kyle for Physiotherapy and Jag for Massage.
I cannot say enough, they are both awesome.
Cassidy at the front is wonderful, always so cheerful. Highly recommend them!

I started coming here a couple months back now for a serious back injury from work. Ive had to do traction massage and acupuncture which is first of all amazing they offer all these services in one office. But my favorite part of going here is the staff the women that run the office and phones are AMAZING! They are kind considerate understanding and most important of all ACCOMMODATING! Which is important for supporting recovery. I see Kyle and hes also amazing at what he does he listens and supports you by keeping in contact with your job and filling them in on your progress. This office feels more like friends and family than it does a business relationship. I like that alot. If I ever have to use these services again I will always go back to them hands down the best support in my recovery I could ask for. Please highly consider giving them your business they will work for you as much as you work for your recovery. I promise you will not be disappointed in their services or treatments. Thanks to them I feel hope in getting better and knowing I have the right people behind me in getting the medical treatment I need. Thank you to the receptionists and Kyle too for all theyve done. This clinic is amazing! I have been going to Dianne, the RMT, for over two years now. She is hands down the best RMT I've ever been to. She always checks in to make sure you are comfortable, really knows how to work out all of the kinks and has a great personality. I highly recommend this clinic and Dianne to anyone in need of a massage!

My go to place for pain relief! I have been in a couple of car accidents and Surrey Chiropractic, Physiotherapy and Massage has helped me through them both! The staff are fantastic, I can't say enough about how courteous and friendly they are. Kyle is hands down one of the best physiotherapists out there. He takes time to understand each of his patients' specific needs and treatment requirements. I've seen Diane and Jag for my massage therapy and they are both excellent. In fact, I am on my way now for a much needed massage. I know I will feel relief once my massage is finished. I recommend this place wholeheartedly. Caring family practice - support this great place!

The best place I've been to.my physiotherapist Kyle is very patient and takes his time to treat you and determine the best course of care as well the office staff are very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get better.

While watching a student I worked with play a game of basketball, a limp was noticed. The coach was heard stating she needed to get to a "physio". She glanced back, tears welling up. She knew as well as the rest of us there was no way there was any money for that. Basketball is her thing- one of the only things that make her crack a smile. She's from the school of hard knocks and somehow she was given the gift of moving that ball down a court. We gave Kyle a call. They had her in the very next day and for the next appt and the next. He treated her with dignity and respect and won her over with his warmth and humour. What a gift to have a place like this serving our community and a Doc like Kyle keeping us running. So thankful.

This is great place to go for physio. The staff are accomodating and friendly. Physio Therapist Kyle helped me and my husband a lot and he is the only one who straightened my shoulder that has been in pain for along time.

This is a good clinic. I've been seeing kyle the physiotherapist for few years now. He has helped me through couple accident related injuries but mainly I visit him due to work injuries. I was happy that they opened just in time with this covid. Kyle is positive, professional knowledgeable and most importantly very caring. Always have a smile on his face. The girl at the front desk is also very friendly and welcoming. The whole atmosphere is very positive. I always walk out feeling better and happy.

This business is under new ownership, previous management/owners I hear were unprofessional,
so if you had a bad experience here in the past, give it another chance because the new owner is amazing. I have been coming to see Kyle at this office for a few weeks now. I have a torn rotator cuff and was in immense pain. Since coming to see him and recieving 2 treatments a week for 3 weeks, my pain has diminished significantly, allowing me to enjoy my life again. I went from taking 8 to 10 robaxacet a day, to not needing any at all. Kyle, as well as the staff (and his wife who works there) are extremely friendly and make you feel cared for and welcome. Extremely good people. I would not even consider seeing anyone else.

For all ex-military personelle looking for a highly skilled physiotherapist who cares about you and your needs, I suggest you look no further. I was injured in the military in 2015. Medically released in 2018 and since being out it was extremely difficult for me to find a good physiotherapist for over a year. Dealing with Veterans Affairs can be a huge pain in the behind and Kyle Freedman and his team at the clinic are extremely helpful and I haven't had one issue since going to see him. They take care of everything and all necessary paperwork. I cannot say how much easier my life has become since going to see him.

Kyle has been treating my heel spur injury with shockwave and it is working amazingly including the at-home exercises he provides. Jag has been treating my low back pain and is helping me understand why it’s happening and gives me specific exercises to reduce the pain. Their front desk staff Ashley & Cassidy are fabulous, always there to answer any of my questions or concerns; especially with my extended health & they return my calls and emails ASAP which I really appreciate.
This clinic is a family clinic, you can tell when you walk in they all love and respect each other and care for their patients.

Kyle his really good taking care of me. I had a neck pain, , severe pain, but after 6 session, I can moved my neck well and I worked 1 year straight without neck pain, started my neck pain was 2010, I had 3x neck surgery but after all that surgery, I’m still suffering pain and I missed my work, I can’t do my job properly, I’m always on medical leave, until I meet Kyle 2018, his really good. After 6 session I feel better NO PAIN at all. I’m so happy because I work 1 year straight without neck pain. Thank you so much KYLE

Kyle is amazing! A few years ago I injured my foot at work and was in excruciating pain. Within minutes of looking at my foot, Kyle was able to diagnose the problem - I’d dislocated my cuboid bone. He completed a procedure that put it back into place - within minutes the pain was drastically reduced and within a few hours the pain was completely gone. What a relief!
Kyle has helped me many times since with muscle strains/hip pain and I am always impressed at his extensive knowledge and professionalism. I highly recommend Kyle and I know any other staff at his office will be top notch!
