Very close to the bus stop. Excellent location! The apartment is pretty spacious, we love the neighborhood because is so quiet.

So far our experience with Surrey Gardens and Pacific Clove Mgt is fantastic. The move in process was smoother enough compared to the holidays week. All the facilities and amenities are excellent. Special thanks to Selena and Satish to make the process smoother and allocating all the needs. One suggestion though, add one debit machine or online payment system for both rents and security deposit: D

Issues are usually dealt with quickly and efficiently. Staff is friendly. We have enjoyed living here for over 20 years.

Overall experience has been great! Management is helpful, building is clean and welcoming.

I have been living in this apartment for the past two months, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The layout is spacious, and the interior design is modern and stylish.

The kitchen is a dream for anyone who loves to cook, with new appliances and plenty of counter space. The bedroom is comfortable and peaceful, providing a perfect retreat after a long day. I also appreciate the attention to detail in the bathroom – it's both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

The building amenities are fantastic. The gym is well-equipped, and the common areas are always clean and well-maintained. The management team is friendly, and responsive, and goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel at home.

Surrey Garden is a nice and clean apartment to live. Its 10 min away from Surrey central. Hot water and heating is included in the bill, good relief on overall monthly rents. When it comes to public transportation, you can avail Bus# 323 round the clock for Surrey Central and Newton exchange. The leasing office staff is cooperative, I would specially thank Selena and Sathish who have helped me resolve all the complaints in timely manner.
One suggestion - Gym area is too compact, it needs modernization, most of the Gym equipments are old which needs replacement.

Perfect place for living. Neat and clean premises and beautiful neighborhood is a peace of mind for the residents. Dedicated maintenance team and friendly management are always active to make your your life easy. Highly recommend.

Would like to thank all employees at Pacific Cove Apartments in Surrey / surrey gardens. For trying their best to keep our buildings safe and clean. It has not been easy for them. I have resided here for thirty years and seen many changes. Not only with the demographics but with the different people from all walks of life. Building management now encompasses many other problems that does not come under their job description. I say a pray for them everyday.
Hope they all stay on because training new employees might not be easy

Surrey gardens is a good wonderful place to live, Very nice and kind neighbors around. Very near to the bus stop and Surrey city centre. Highly recommendable.

This is the most amazing place I've lived. The building staff are very friendly. This company cares about the tenants' well-being as well as the buildings up keep.
-Maintenance and safety checks are routinely done.
-Rent is reasonable.
-The units are well maintained.
-The building is secure.
-Central location
-Easy access to tranist and amenities.
-Friendly community.
I never thought an apartment could feel like a home. Until I moved here. I have been here 3 years now and just love it. Thank you, to everyone that works behind the scenes here, to ensure our safety and wellbeing.

Considered making 10272 127A street surrey garden appartment my home for few months.
The suites are filled with roaches and big mouse/rats.we only ever complained once and which they took immediate action and did there part.
Satish really liked how clean I kept my suite and that alot of the other residents are very junkie and live very dirty and which attracts roaches and mice.
Your going to make this your home.buy home defense it keeps bugs away for about 25 35 days.

I had to move to alberta. It's why I moved out from The surrey gardens appartment.
End of month came I've moved out really nicely cleaned the suite I rented they also told me great job on cleaning. I asked Satish will there be anymore payments coming out. Because as of end of September I no longer live there.
Satish said nothing.
He lied. 1800 dollars came out for October.
They told me it's because they have not found anyone to rent our my 110 suite. I don't understand that's there suite I'm renting.

Salena told me that Satish has been properly trained for this scenario. He should known better he should have handled this differently

Excelent location, always clean, next to bus stop and the management is always is on top of everything.

Here's my review of been living in Surrey gardens here. Probably for about 10 years now. 5 years before there was hardly any issues. Yeah I think in the last two and a half years started getting issues with things around the apartment and the structure of the apartment and the condition of the inside of the apartments. Things not fully up to date things wearing out. Yes that's all I have for now

Nice place, quiet neighborhood. The property manager is very helpful and friendly. I would recommend living here.
