I had the opportunity to visit this Store to buy gold. On phone which I did at 9.30am the opening time was promptly attended by Melina and she answered all my queries to my full satisfaction. Then I went to the Store and again Melina was the one who helped me and provided top class and most efficient service. Big thanks to her.

Why didn't I discover them sooner! For the last 15 years I went to my Bank where I had an account. Recently I was told by RBC that only precious metals, coins etc.bought from them in the past would be accepted! So does that mean that what would be considered "Legal Tender" is only legal if the Bank says so? ! Apparently they can do what they like! Anyway it's their loss. Previously I had to put up with Staff that didn't know how to fill out the forms, the Bank charging a handling fee, and once they even put the money in someone else's Account! Incompetence is the only way to describe Banks. I did have someone mention Surrey Gold on King George Blvd.between 102 and 104th. Pleasant and professional, no fuss, no waiting, no hidden fees, got my cheque in 15 minutes. Thank you! It was worth the drive from Mission B. C.

First introduced to the store back in 2017 the staff was excellent the prices were more than fair so recently when I wanted to sell some silver I called ahead of time mentioned what I had what was marked and how it was marked was quoted a fair enough price so I drove all the way down from Abbotsford only to be told by somebody else that they won't buy it because it was not stamped 925 or Sterling but with British Sterling Hallmark which I found odd because the first checks that I cash from them came from the same type of silver all they did was test what they were unsure about which by the way this lady even though they had all the equipment right there said she didnt have to test it because it wasn't stamped 925 or sterling. Anyway my point is after the employee that quoted me on phone (who was very polite) explained to her our conversation she still said no.

Every staff member was friendly and professional. Karla was kind enough to explain the industry to me and I am confident that her valuation of my diamonds and gold were acurrate.

Fair prices, friendly staff and great service. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to buy/sell gold. I wouldn't waste my time going anywhere else, i will be back!

I’ve been to 2 other stores that buy and sell I gold in the past - this store was the best by far I have been to. The staff were very nice and helpful, and the whole process was very transparent and easy. I had complete trust that everything was being done honestly and I ended up actually getting a higher price for my gold than I was expecting.

I brought in some Gold Maple Leaf coins, inhereited from my father, to sell. The clerk was professional, promptly greeted, helped right away. The manager came over to sign off. All in all, an easy experience.

She was also able to tell us that the sapphire in one of our rings was not real when all this time we thought it was real. She is knowledgeable, friendly and on our side.
