It's a beautiful Library well-designed inside and out, the staff are friendly and quite helpful in finding whatever information you're looking for.

Much better than strawberry hill library! Myself and my children enjoy coming here. The atmosphere is lovely, lots for the children to do but not so noisy. The librarians are very helpful. We visited strawberry hill, it was complete chaos, no space to walk, no discipline with the children. We're sticking with newton library even though it not our local anymore!

Amazing staff today. Helped me so much. I came to print resumes. They have a Mobile Print option on their website, and it's really user friendly and easy to use. I basically sent my project to them Via: Mobile Print, then I went down there and put in my email, and I printed everything. They were so helpful. Parking lot and parking is beautiful. Building is very nice. Awesome library. Wonderful staff.

My favorite place to visit. Awesome service and well organized. Always something competitive going on for kids.

First of all, so impressed with the service that beyond welcome from all the staffs like they love their job, not just job but they love what they do that is how I feel. Clean and really organized everywhere. Story time is our favorite time that we can't wait to visit. My babies are counting down for it. So can't wait for story time! What a blesse for my babies! Their happiness is my happiness. Thank you to all New Ton librarians!

The older, silver short haired lady with a rainbow ribbon pin on her landyard was extremely rude to my partner and I at the check out window. We are both hard of hearing, she was wearing a mask and speaking through a plexiglass barrier without her speaker on and was very clearly getting irritated and short with us for not hearing her correctly. When we were leaving we politely thanked her, even though her service to us was poor, and she just said "bye". I feel bad for anyone who doesn't have English as a first language that has to encounter her. She makes people feel stupid and unwelcome. If she hates her job so much or serving the community with kindness, she should just retire.

This is a wonderful, well organized place for book lovers.
Staff working here is superb, they are very polite, welcoming and proactive to assist everyone around. Strongly recommended for people who like to read, study.
I had been there with my son, we were made comfortable and guided by the staff and assisted in best possible way.

Had a great experience today with my kids. I signed up for my card in person and it was ready within few minutes. It was a very easy process. Very Friendly and helpful staff.

Great for doing the life business things you need to do or research something you are interested in.

Outside building is nice. Inside is depressing. Cramped bookshelves to walk between. Worst small library design.

Library is quite and you can find everything of every language. I bought so many books in Punjabi language

Nice location in the Surrey system to sit and read the magazines. Calming environment for me even with my anxiety.

The Newton branch has from my experience, a good selection of current books on business, culture, and psychology. Another benefit is access to digital media which means most local and international newspapers, magazines and market research.

Nice place to take my kids to enjoy books.they have drawing competition for kids.to encouraged them for study.

They literally don’t have any standards and except one person in this library all are full of nonsense staff. They don’t know how to behave with their customer how to speak.i always had good experience here but now they just ruin everything. STAFF IS BIG CAUSE AND THEIR IDIOT BEHAVIOUR. Whoever is this libraries owner or senior please change your stAff. Its a request or teach them some good manners.they spoiled my mood.
