As to service is also the worst we had the car repair for 3 weeks for transmission changed and they did not provide us a loaner car because they only have 1 car available?

not to mention in 3 years our car transmission broke down with an updated maintenance with them?
they also lied about the history of the car mitsubishi rvr 2018 bought 2019 they told us its clear no accident or claims etc.but recently found out it has a huge claim before we got it that makes its 60% less of its market price.
Better think this twice before buying car in this branch!

I got my 2014 Lancer from this dealership two days ago. The sales agent was not pushy at all. Everything went smoothly and the only thing that I didn't like was when I inquired about 30 day exchange policy. The sales agent told me (and a friend who was with me) that I could have the car exchanged if I find it defective. However, when we were dealing with Jessica regarding financing, she told us that they do not have such policy. Which is which?

Rate offered was good considering my credit score.

Most importantly, they have a cute toy puppy roaming around their show room which makes the premise look more friendly amd welcoming.

Over all, I give it a 4/5.

11 Years ago, I bought a Mitsubishi Eclipse which is the best car that I have ever owned. Last week, I experienced issues with my braking system. Since it is a rare car, I brought it "home" to the Mitsubishi dealer in order to get diagnosed and, if still worth it, fixed.
I just picked up my car and everything was covered by Mitsubishi as the faulty part was under recall. Never once in my life have I received a bill for zero dollars from a garage.

Jasleen went above and beyond and did what she could to have my mother-in-law approved for her loan. Raymond explained every detail and expenses about the car we were purchasing. A couple of weeks ago, we bought an used car. The selling service was great (Veer helped us along all the process, and was great).
BUT there's a couple of things that I would like to highlight:
* We had to pay for wheel locks, and when we arrived home, they weren't installed.
* There was an accounting fee that we were not told about and it doesn't appear on the website ($350 more).
* The engine coolant was under the low limit (we had to refill the coolant).
* When we left with our car, during the trip back to home, we realized that one of the headlights was off since we left (we had to replace it before getting home).
* We took back the car, because it was missing a sun visor, and when they replaced the visor, they blew up the fuse (we had to replace the fuse by our one).

Bought a Mitsubishi Outlander 2022 on may 20th. Salesperson jimmy not the best to make your purchase from. Provided close to zero information on the car. Did not bother to provide the essential wheel lock key. The car broke down Literally a week after the purchase the engine light came on, calling the customer care was pointless as they did not answer. 15 days after the car heated up had to be towed to the nearest dealership. It’s been a week Mitsubishi has no idea what the fault is with the car and they don’t have the parts either. And failed to provide a backup vehicle. Might have to bring in the legal proceedings if the matter is not resolved in a week. Worst place to get your car from Surrey Mitsubishi.

I went to buy a car and finalize everything, but on final bill Ms. Jasleen Kang pretending sales manager added more fees and miss behaved and yelled at me in front of everyone. Mr. Howard sales person initially talk with you very nicely and convince you to sell the car on good price. However you can be cheated easily on the paperwork. Mr. Charlie the manager is more worse than anyone on his dealership team. I recommend not to buy cars from here and not to get cheated paying more money which you never been agreed upon. There are lots of bad experience reviews already sitting on them.

I bought a used Mitsubishi Outlander from them. Unfortunately, I haven't checked change tyre tools when I bought and when I got a flat tire I realized I had no wheel lock for the lug nut key, which gave me a big headache. My car is barely used and I've never done any wheels service before I got my flat tyre. It was the first time I needed the key. I went to the Dealer shop and they said I was lying. They wanted to charge me CAD 80.00 to remove the wheel locks.

Just my luck, been into surrey mits service department 3 times in the past few months. Each time Emanuel was there early in the morning. I want to start off by thanking Emmanuel for his wonderful customer service to ensure my anxiety minimizes.

Short story, I have had very bad luck with mechanics ruining parts on my car due to their lack of knowledge and care. I have had to bounce from dealership to oil service place and have found their customer service is just not there. I was even told that the part that the oil service place ruined, was ruined by someone previously; which was a lie because that place was the only place to have changed that oil. Luckily I am getting it replaced by them to honor their mistake, but if it hadn't been for my research, I would have had to get the part replaced and that would have cost me even more.

Fast forward to presently, when I was able to locate Emmanuel who has over 10 years of experience servicing cars. He mentioned he would do a full inspection and write down what is recommended for my car. Not only did he write them down, he explained over the phone he would show me what/why the particular service needs to be done. This made me feel very comfortable and appreciative that he went above and beyond to ensure I feel happy with those decisions, and that what he recommended was what needed to be done. I am extremely thankful for his compassion and kindness to help ease my anxiety due to the bad experiences I've had. If it weren't for him, I would have not known my car needed some real TLC which would have cost me thousands of dollars because of my lack of knowledge of what to look for.

Now, I feel more confident and prepared with the knowledge he has shared with me of when I need to service the recommended things. I am happy to know I have someone who I can trust with my car. And overall, although I was not happy to hear an oil service place ruined my car part, I am happy it did happen because I found Emmanuel.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever received. I bought my car here in 2017 and due to the delay and how long it took (over a week) I was gifted free oil changes for the life of my vehicle (this was great!) I started to notice some noises in my steering so I brought my vehicle in to be checked since my warranty was coming due. They said they couldn't hear anything. Not even a month later my steering goes so I called because I just had it in for this issue. Since my warranty was up Sedrick told me there was nothing he could do. I called again and spoke to the service manager and was thankful he rectified my problem and fixed it. Now that my warranty is over I took it in for routine oil change, well now they say that I MUST get the recommended service every time ($300 this time) otherwise it voids the free oil change package. Well I've never gotten the recommended service in all 3years+ so why are they just enforcing this now? I also had called to schedule my appointment and again spoke with Sedrick who offered an 8: 30am slot, this was to early for me so I asked for 10: 30. When I got there I was told that since I was late I would have to wait as my appointment time was 8: 30. I said I had to drive an hour to get here I would never pick the 8: 30slot. Just again told I would have to wait, which I don't mind waiting but I have NEVER even heard an "I'm sorry we mixed up your appointment time" or " I'm sorry this was never enforced before but moving forward we need to do this" Nobody takes responsibility for anything there and the way they speak to you is rude. Will not be buying from them again when the customer service is trash

Managers do not return phone calls. The ones that help with the financing specifically. They need to wake up

He listened to my needs for my lifestyle and never tried to stray me away from what i wanted to drive away in. Jasleen was also so caring and wanted the best deal for me in financing. Purchased a pre-owned 2003 Honda crv from Steven and the whole process was smooth from buying the vehicle to getting insurance and driving off the lot on the same day!

I contacted the dealership about a 2015 Mustang that was listed online and confirmed it was still available. I was told I could come by at 12: 30 to view it. I drove from White Rock all the way to the dealership and when I get there they tell me it has been sent in to the shop to repair a paint chip on the rear end. I was told it would be at the shop for a few days at this point.

I was then told I would be contacted in a few days with the list of modifications done to the vehicle, as well as a date I could come see the car again in person (and potentially buy it). Well it's a week later and I have not heard a single thing from them. I told them I would be paying cash, and now today I see the vehicle has been re-listed again online just yesterday.

Wasted 2 hours of my day driving in Surrey rush hour traffic for nothing and now the other vehicle I was looking at buying has been sold because I was waiting on these guys for nothing.

Worst ever experience regarding car buying and service. Untill I purchased my car, the agency used to call me sometimes twice a day and now, that I have encountered a problem with my 2020 PHEV, in just 5 months, it has been standing there, since January 03,2021 and there has been no update. Evetytime I call, sometimes twice a day, Service Department was never there to answer. Reception take my details and I never received a call back. PLEASE avoid SURREY MITSUBISHI, if you want to buy a car. WORST.

These guys scam us by selling there extented warranty and extra loan protection and its just not about that there finance office told us that we wouldn’t get approved until we buy these extra warranty.
And clearly on contract of those extra warranty packages they make u sign that they didn’t sell these for getting approval by the banks.
Scammers.
