Surrey Prenatal Clinic

I'm surprised by some of the low-rating reviews for Surrey Prenatal Clinic!

This is my wife's first pregnancy and we both received solid service from the receptionist and doctors. Our OB (Dr. Aida Adhami) was very kind to my wife and patiently answered all of her questions. There were times where we felt rushed, but I understand how busy the clinics can be, especially with Canada's current health service strains.

The receptionist is amazing; since we are now coming on a weekly basis for the third trimester, the lady at the front desk remembers my wife by her name. To us, that goes to show the care they have for the patients. A big thank-you to all the hardworking staff and doctors here!

The only complaint I have is the limited street-parking and price of paid underground parking ($8 for two hours).

Stay away. This is the most frustrating place to interact. Everyone treats you as if they were doing you a favor. On the phone, they aways say to call tomorrow since they have a limited amount of requests per day. All because they communicate only through FAX with other clinics. So they can't handle all of the incoming requests and a simple blood work.

Dr Goldie has been nothing short of awesome all throughout my pregnancy. Would recommend this clinic for sure, even with an occasional wait and busy office - it’s been worth it for the great care I’ve received.
