Sushi 7

Walked on Cambie and found this restaurant. Had the lunch special pick 2 items with miso soup and salad for $11.95. Food is decent but nothing to wow about. 10% discount on cash payment.

This is a great place for sushi. Everything I've had here is good quality and reliable. It's very standard "Vancouver sushi" fare. Nothing standout, but nothing wrong about it.

I will note one thing to avoid, in my opinion, are the deep fried rolls. They're not inverted, so seaweed is on the outside, and they're not as elegantly done as many other sushi restaurants around the city.

One of the best sushi places in town! The place is rather small but they have an incredible assortment of sushi and other dishes. My personal favourite: Salmon Oshi Sushi!

Delicious sushi, lovely employees. There are a few gluten free options that are celiac safe (NOT the BC rolls or spicy salmon. Avocado rolls were okay).

Food was acceptable given we were on the hunt for dinner.

However, as the only table dining in on that snowy night service could have been better. Instead of me asking for extra bowls to share and refills on our tea and water, the servers should have been more proactive.

Nice sushi chefs and awesome rolls. Yam roll and BC roll are the bomb. Brown rice option available.

I ordered the lunch special with tuna and salmon nigiri for take-out. When I got it home (in a few minutes) I had to throw it out. The fish was off-colour (dull and almost milky brown tuna, mushy salmon). Really disappointing as I live in the area, love sushi and would have liked to support them.

The food is okay, but the waiters are like they resent humanity. Maybe consider try another industry if you don’t want to interact human at all
