The services was nice and the food was delivered fairly quick.

The sushi rolls tasted really fresh and delicious.
This is the place to go for fresh sushi that is at a pretty reasonable price.

Our server Danny works for his parents who own it. This truly is a family business and I love this place!
His dad has been a chef for over 30 years! Mom sometimes is in the kitchen as well. They are all so sweet.

My first experience there I was with a friend who couldn't use chopsticks. I winked at Danny and said this place doesn't have forks, eh.he went along and by the end of it we had customers and everyone showing my friend and it was just such a fun experience. Again, the food is amazing!

This is not your average sushi restaurant. Everything is made with love.

Used to frequent this restaurant over 10 years ago and always found it to be good value and on the cheaper side.
It appears to be under new (er) management now, and they've done a great job adding some premium rolls to the menu, as well as upgrading some of the other items.
The food on my last two visits was fresh and delicious. Staff is very on the ball and friendly. Service is fast and prices are reasonable.
Would recommend.

Amazing food, service, and value, and the owners and staff are lovely.
They only have wild salmon, no farmed stuff. Because of that I believe they really value quality.

They are super polite and great in customer service with a good food and location.
I always visit there regularly but today something different happend: I wanted to order “red dragon “but i accidentally ordered” dragon roll” by giving the wrong name. I was really mad at myself for this. When they noticed how much stressed and and angry I am they brought me half of the “red dragon roll” for free! They really made my day.

Unpretentious little sushi spot with delicious food and some of the friendliest service I’ve come across in a long time. The beef udon is my go to!

Greatest service, good quality and such a friendly family-run sushi place. I cannot recommend this place enough. I work in the neighbourhood and consistently go there for lunch as much as I can. Keep up the great work! I hope they’re around for a long time!

Great Canadian restaurant! Roasted brussel sprouts, prosciutto board, roasted mushroom pizza, and spaghetti clam are must tries! Nice place to bring family and friends when they visit the city.

I dont know if it's because I got the $11.45 3 roll sushi special but this place gave me what I can only describe as a mini BC roll. Those were way smaller then any BC rolls I have ever seen. Also I'm pretty sure I ask for the tuna roll not that fake tuna white fish I got instead. But for that price I can see what ur going for so I'll still give u 3 stars.

I ordered for 2pm (put order in at noon). Was late 15 minutes - parking is difficult to find. And still had to wait and wait. A man left because he could not wait any longer. Extra upset because it forces you to tip them on your credit card. Yippee they got a really nice tip too for very very very poor service. Hope the sushi is extra delicious. Not planning to come back.

There was an ownership change less than 2 years ago, since that change the restaurant has upped their game and quality of food, the customer service are all top notch now. Very reasonable prices.

Absolutely the best value maki in Upper or Lower Lonsdale. The prices are super reasonable, but not at the expense of quality. Excellent choice for takeout or a group of no more than 4 to dine in. Very friendly staff, fast service and casual atmosphere. I really recommend them.

My best friends and I have been going to sushi station for over a year now and it has become our favourite sushi place. The server Daniel is so so nice, and all the workers there treat my friends and I with so much hospitality. The food is incredible with an affordable price! There are many sushi places along Lonsdale but we always find ourselves at this one. Since the new management, things have significantly changed, in a very positive way. The next time your having a sushi craving, come to Sushi Station! You won't just get good food, but expect amazing service as well!:)

Best sushi on the North Shore! Quality ingredients and an amazing selection of rolls and entrees to choose from. The staff is very friendly and service is very efficient. Perfect for dine-in or take out!

My favourite sushi joint in North Vancouver! I believe they have had new owners for just over a year. I come here 1-2 a week. The staff are super friendly, and the sushi is reasonably priced. I generally get simple rolls so I cannot speak to the fancier stuff, but I really enjoy their sushi. Highly recommended. Do not confuse with the 'old' Sushi Station.

Great food, great service! Nice atmosphere and the gentleman at the front is always pleasant. I usually just order basic things when I have sushi but they are always excellent. Consistent quality and satisfying.

Coming here for many years after hiking and biking. The quality of service and food is always superior. They are very attentive and know their frequent customers preferences. Love to come here. Thanks to the management and staff.

We go here 2-3 times a week! Awesome family run spot with really good quality sushi for the prices. Service is great, super friendly, and they even have a liquor license. 100% recommend it!

Awesome fresh friendly sushi! I’ve tried all the sushi joints on Lonsdale, they win the price/quality balance game hands-down. Awesome takeaway, never squished, lots of room to breathe. Never had rolls present so well out of a takeaway box. Family business, nice casual place to grab a bite that ALWAYS impresses. Big portions, light on the rice if you ask, huge sashimi cuts, super yum. The usual suspects of classic rolls, and nice special rolls that aren’t drowning in mayonnaise. Try any of their yaki noodles. The flavour is similar to Swiss Chalet sauce or Okonomiyaki sauce - soooo good!

Sushi prices are amazing! You get a lot for only $9.95 with fresh ingredients. Accommodates most groups but I recommend calling ahead of time as the restaurant is rather small. It’s family owned and avoids the monotony of corpate owned chains.

Fantastic Sushi. Sad to see they had to jack up their prices significantly. Means I'll be eating here less.

I ordered off door dash and I don't know if the door dash menu is wrong or what but my order was very wrong.
I ordered an agadashi tofu roll but got an agadashi tofu. I ordered a gomae roll and got an order of gomae. I ordered an asparagus and avocado roll and got just an avocado roll. They called me when I placed the ordet to tell me they didn't have the squash roll I ordered so I don't know why they didn't say anything about the rest. Still gave 3 stars because food tasted good but the order was really wrong. I didn't call because I didn't want to have to wait for another order so can't say if they would have corrected it or not. Very weird.

Edit: My previous review/5 star rating was given some time ago. They have since undergone a change of management. And it's just not quite as good.

The new owners cleaned up the place a bit and things definitely look a lot nicer now, so that's a plus. However, they are more expensive, the menu has been changed and the service is great but really really slow. For these reasons I feel I need to update my review/rating.

Super quick service, friendly staff and really good sushi for really inexpensive prices. Can't ask for much more than that!

Very unprofessional & rude waitress. She treated us very poorly, even rolled her eyes at my friend when she had a simple question on the menu she was asking nicely. They allowed their server to wear socks & sandals with baggy sweatpants on the job on top of her behaviour. I was taken back all the more, since I had been a long time customer there of many years. I plan to never go there, & will advise others also, unless they want to be treated poorly. Very poor customer service, & the rest of their staff didn't seem to have a problem with it either.
And to add, some of the 5 star reviews on here look like fake reviews. They look like something a computer would write rather than real people with real experiences (coming from a North Shore local).
