Ordered delivery today. Presentation was beautiful and this was some of the freshest sushi I’ve ever had. Dynamite roll was amazing, spicy mayo was good. Just love how fresh it all was

Called them to make sure they were open. No answer so drove the opposite way. They answered second time. So cam back 3 mins after. Tried to order lunch box at 3 mins after 3pm. They said no can’t poor service

I love this place! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The place is clean and the food is amazing! It is fresh and delicious! Anything that I have tried has been wonderful! Try their grilled Salmon salad it is great!

Always tasty and fresh sushi and hot plates, such good flavors. This is definitely our favorite spot in the neighborhood. We try something new every time and we're always pleasantly surprised and glad we did! Wonderful service staff and chefs who care. <3

Super friendly service! Great menus selection! The restaurant was bright with lots of natural light and clean! The rice was very fresh. The miso soup and salmon and tuna rolls tasted great and were a great size! Looking forward to coming back again soon!

Taste and quality are ok but it would be better if the size of the sushi was smaller. It wasn’t easy to eat without making a mess specially for children. Team was friendly, environment is good. One more thing, you can smell the frying in the dining area, will be great if they fix this small issue

Tried this place years ago and wasn't impressed. Tried them again tonight, ordered a dynamite roll and salmon maki to go. They made my food very fast and it was excellent! My new favorite local sushi place, I will be back!

House roll was bigger than I expected and the baked salmon roll was delicious. Friend got the katsu chicken and it was tasty. Pretty reasonable prices for the portion size.

The food was good; the service was extraordinary. I hugely recommend one of their lunch boxes; their miso soup is perhaps the best I’ve ever had.

Just ordered from Sushi Topia. One california roll, one crunchy yam roll and one spring roll. I was not given any chopsticks with the meal. PLUS, online when ordering, it clearly states 6 spring rolls are included in one order. I am missing one spring roll. I just don't think its really fair to be increasing prices for sushi and ordering services when we as customers don't receive what is said in the order. Will not be ordering from this place again as this is 2nd time they have left out items from the order.

Sushitopia hands down has the best sushi in the lower mainland. They recently changed management or ownership, and the place is even more lovely.

They've been our go to sushi place since moving to the area 5 years ago.
Haven't been disappointed with their food quality and customer service.

Very generous portions of delicious food. We tried several appetizers, every one of them was made to perfection. Highly recommend this place!

Decent rolls. The BC roll is consistently my favourite from here. I had ordered the spicy tuna/salmon rolls a few times now and have been left disappointed each time. The filling is comparatively less than what you would get from other restaurants and a bit smaller in size as well, so I'd recommend staying away from them.

A little pricey but the food quality is high. I lived in Japan for 5 years - the miso soup, the tea, etc, taste exactly like you would be served when visiting a Japanese home

This was my first visit so I'm not sure how it was before the management changed, but overall very satisfied with the service and the food.

Salmon & Chop Scallop were incredibly fresh. My kids are picky but enjoyed chicken Karage & Udon soups, so will be visiting more often.

I have eaten here 3 times now and each time i eat here i am surprised/shocked at how good the food is. Volcano rolls, mr big roll, bento dinner, soup, chicken spicy karage etc just amazing. I ate here when the resturant was closing soon and the tuna sashimi was so freshi and delicious its crazy lol. This is my new sushi place.

If you enjoy fish scales in your sushi rolls then eat here! The scales they leave on the fish is just what you need to top off your salmon roll.

The salmon was fresh and the chicken karaage was whole pieces (no bones) breaded well and crispy. Good spot in the delta/Surrey area.

I ordered Topia Special Roll, Crazy Girl Roll and Takoyaki:)

Special Roll was tasty with the source which I liked.
Crazy Girl Roll was also great with crunch topping, I could guess they use good quality fried topping!

Good sushi but would probably not shop there because 3 rolls that are fairly basic cost me 23$ and in a diff sushi place in Langley they are 13$ for same sushi.

Oh wow! Their sushi is pretty good, tasty and fresh. I ordered their bento set for lunch (forgot the name), which includes of soup and tempura. It's so yummy! Salads also tasty, fresh and crunchy (still make me drooling when think about it). This place will be my favourite place for sushi from now on. Don't worry.their price is reasonable, but the quality of foods you are getting are actually over your expectation.

Highly recommend this place.

Update: . Went there today (Nov 26,2021), and I ordered Roll Tray B for my dinner. Their sushi are fresh, and taste very good too even through they are now under new management. Loved it!

This is my favorite sushi place without a doubt! I've tried the spicy tuna roll at many other sushi restaurants, but the way they make it here at sushi topia cannot be matched! Love this place

Overpriced! Soup was cold. Very disappointed, ordered via skip the dishes paid over $30 for food that didnt even fill me up or satisfy my cravings. I order sushi once a week and this has to be my least favourite place ever!

Being 1 of 2 parties dining in the restaurant, we waited over 40 minutes for staff to revisit us after initially taking our order.

After getting up to go ask the staff of the estimated wait, they noted the chef has not started out order, and that they were busy and still 3 takeout orders to do before our order.

The food is usually really good here (especially the Oshi), I didn’t expect the restaurant to prioritize all takeout orders over dine-in orders

Aren't following covid protocols. Food we got today had mold on the salmon. Told them about it and showed them, and they wouldn't admit it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Health inspector needs to visit.

Avoid this place. The second we sat down, a couple seated behind us was complaining about finding plastic in their sushi. We ordered a oyster motoyaki, looked through it and realized there was no oyster in the dish. When I asked the waitress, she asked the kitchen if there was indeed oyster. Confidently they assured me that there was oysters included. Come to find out that the chef said she made a mistake and forgot the oysters. Sat in the restaurant waiting for 40 min to not even recieve an sashimi appetizer. They prioritize skip the dishes orders before dine in customers. Will never be coming back

I ordered the dinner box. Great value! Great portions. The staff is always really friendly here. They were busy when I ordered during the dinner rush (which is an indication that this is the right place to go) I will definitely be back. Thanks for the great service and delicious food!

We decided to try this spot for take-out when my son had a practice at Tamanawis field. The service was very friendly and the food was fresh and delicious.

UPDATE: received used fish sauce! When we brought home the food and opened the packaging there was left over chunks of food in it from another customer during COVID! Will not be eating here again!

You literally have to beg like a dog for soy sauce. I've made orders over 70$ and the woman only gave 1 packet of soy sauce. I have a big family and we love sushi, we loved this place but it's such a buzz kill how they don't give ANY sauce. Most sushi places just give you soy sauce no problem, but here they hold on to it like literal gold, even if you pay extra for sauce. It's annoying and sometimes we will avoid going here because of this issue, it's a shame though because with holding a few sauce packages they're actually losing more money from my large orders.

Rule of thumb. At 5$ for a neggitoro cone this was very disappointing. Neggitoro cone is my barometer to see the care and value of a restaurant. The tuna and green onion wasn’t chopped up fine, nor was there much to it. Last time at this restaurant for me.

It was decent sushi, but I think sometimes the fish absorbs the freezer smell, so it leaves a slight after taste. Not sure I’d go back for that reason.
