Sussex Insurance - Kingsgate Mall

Terrible service, they will tell you lies and make you sign up for insurance you don't need and hike up your rate, I asked for just theft and fire and they tacked on a ton of other things I did not ask for. Now my insurance is $80 more then it used to be

Man who works there is extremely condescending and aggressive, and continually interrupts as you try to ask questions. He is entirely unhelpful and extremely frustrating to deal with, especially given I was there to sort out how to deal with car registration after a death in the family which he knew because we discussed will and proof of death.

Amazing knowledgeable staff. Excellent service, first time went there had amazing experience. Highly recommended.

They are not very good at communicating, would just repeat the same answer to my question when I said I didn't understand what that extra charge was for. I will go somewhere else from now on.

Busy place, knowledgeable crew, and really helpful to sort out appropriate policy for clients, I always go there to renew my ICBC policy.

The staff was very helpful and kind, They actually stayed past their closing time to help getting a vehicle registered/insured, 2 staff members went out of their way (making calls to head office to make up for a car dealerships downfalls/mistakes with transfer paperwork ect.) to make sure I was able to walk out the office with a registered/insured vehicle, and even spent the time breaking down very specific cost differences between different options for insurance.all their efforts were very much appreciated.
