OHonestly the Best experience I’ve ever had renewing my insurance. They worked efficient and had great collaboration, while keeping the customer service aspect to the highest degree. I felt heard and understood while voicing my concerns and objectives for what I needed. They found the perfect insurance for my situation and I left extremely happy from the superb customer service experience I received.
I’m very glad I came there on Sunday and worked with Maria and her colleague.

I give this location a 5/5. Always super friendly staff. I've had over-the-top help from the staff at this location for years now. Also conveniently located in Superstore.

Absolutely disgusting experience with this branch specifically. Given incorrect information about payment times, causing NSF charges that they not only refused to refund, but rudely and snidely (the infamous short haired "manager"lady) insisted they would never give false information.it's all my and my banks fault. After 17 years as a client I will never renew with these clowns again.

I would like to thank Harshpreet and Valerie for going above and beyond the other day when I came in super frustrated with my insurance, proper customer service seems to be hard to come by these days and these 2 kind ladies helped renew faith in humanity.thanks again!

Do not go here. Unprofessional and unethical. They were supposed to transfer my insurance, instead they wasted 2 hours of my time, and then issued a new policy and charged me an extra $80 to cancel my old one. When I confronted the agent (the older woman with short hair that was incredibly rude to her co-workers and other customers) a week later she said she couldn't remember anything about it. Then when I asked ICBC to sort it out, she suddenly remembered everything and how it was all my fault and they did nothing wrong! Convenient, isnt it? Save yourself time and money and go across the street to Hub insurance.

The Lady who was on the counter had a great sense of humour. Unexpected in what would have been a mundane insurance transaction!

Ayden helped us out and he provided exceptional service. I would highly recommend this place I've had some pretty bad experiences getting insurance so I felt compelled to write this review.a Good customer experience should always be acknowledged! Thank you, see you next time

I’m 38 weeks pregnant and just left there completely embarrassed after the older woman with short hair, who was clearly angry that she had to help me in the first place, raised her voice at me and spoke down to me after I asked her “ are you sure”. I’ve never needed my husband to be there to change my insurance before, however she said I needed him this time. If that is the case that’s totally fine, but she had no right to raise her voice at me. This was a terrible experience and I can’t believe none of the other people working there stuck up for me.

Like others, I also had an issue with the lady with the short grey hair. We were right behind another customer she was helping, so she knew we were there, but once she finished she didn’t acknowledge us for 10 minutes while she cleaned up documents in the back. We understand we have to wait so didn’t have an issue until she finally came to help us. When she came over, she instantly rested her chin on her hand on the desk with a grumpy look. We wanted to use existing expired plates from a previous car that were very special to us, but she shot us down and told us it was not possible. I decided to reach out to Hubb and they were able to help us out and were extremely friendly. I’ve been with Sussex for 10 years but I won’t be using them anymore due to the lack of customer service and care.

The lady with the grey short hair,
Needs a refresh in her training and customer service skills.
I arrive and waited in line to change my banking information and pay a bill, she tells me she is unable to do any of that and that I have to call the number, then come back once they've "unlocked my account".
I leave and wait on the phone for over an hour, only for the representative to say that I didn't need to call them and my account was not locked, that I could of paid my bill and changed my banking information while I was there.

I returned today to pay my bill, and had an individual that actually knew what he was doing and had zero problems with my account, he updated my billing info and allowed me to pay my bill.

I let the lady from the previous day know that I didn't have to call to get my account unlocked and that I could of had this done when I was there the other day, with a rude re-tort she stated "sometimes things don't show up and if they don't we can't do anything about it. "
My file is all there, she's clearly having navigation issues with the program and needs some serious help.
I sincerely hope she is not the manager because ouch!

Terrible customer service. Refused to answer a question about the expiry date on my insurance. I'm out of country, but gave name, address, bcdl #, vehicle plate number and it wasn't enough. Obvs moving all my business to the company I called and got the info from.

Wow, complete lack of customer service. Called from out of country to find out when vehicle storage insurance expired so it could be renewed if necessary. Name, address, d/l number and plate number were not sufficient to get that info. Wth?
After many years of dealing with Sussex, it's obviously time to change.

Ryan Road. This guys don’t care it seems. There service is not like it used to be

They sister company on Cliffe called me back that day to assist with an ICBC emgerncy question.
