Not sure why an insurance place said they don't help you change the address on your insurance.

This group of expert people went well beyond expectations to help clarify and work through getting my trailer on the road. Everyone I worked with took the time to hear me, to find ways to fix the problem and showed great respect. I know that they put in extra time and effort. I cannot thank them enough for all of their advice and help.

Great for quick and easy renewals. They got me a big discount with the low milliage incentive. Very knowledgeable. It can be a bit hard to hear them if Walmart is busy. The location is a bit always and you basically stand at a front counter but you get what you came in for in the end.

A big Thank you to the lovely ladies who help us on Sunday to transfer my car over to its new owner. They were all cheerful and very accommodating. Thank for making the sale of my car such a pleasure. I highly recommend this Sussex insurance.

I have come to this location religiously for the past 12 years and always have a woman with the best attitude and is always externally kind and patient with my special needs child. My last experience with a person who goes by Clair (a different person then who Has always treated me with excellent service) was nothing short of the opposite, Clair was quick to talk with a condescending tone, and remind me that she had the education and I didn’t. When I was surprised by new policies and shared I wanted clarity to ensure a quick experience while I was there with my child I was shut down and belittled. I asked to share my experience with a manager and was told Clair was in this role. I called the other location and received excellent service from their supervisor who clearly answered all my questions, was kind and respectful.

The ladies at the Walmart location are fantastic. They are all ways busy. They still manage to keep a friendly helpful demeanour. Highly recommend as they are all knowledgeable.
