I renewed my insurance in about ten minutes or even less. Staff is very courteous and professional.

Usually really good. The normal guys who work are great. Today I had 2 asian men and they were brutal. They lost my sticker after I renewed my insurance. I was half way to my car when I realized it.

Usually the good guys who work there staple it to my payment sheet. This rude guy just neglected to even put it in the envelope.

After wasting 2 hours of my time (making a report with the rcmp and waiting for him to fumble around on his computer) I had to pay for his screw up. Not happy. I'll get my insurance somewhere that there employees care.

The guy even LAUGHED in my face when I told him how unhappy I am. So rude!

They need to learn how to be trained. Not all but some staff. Countless times they have made mistakes that took hours to fix. They need more time to train some of the staff.

An older lady (didn't catch her name) was very helpful in sorting out my insurance. Open 7 days a week, was able to come in on a Sunday. Thank you Sussex!

For a first time buyer never done papers before the guy was really rude. And honestly wanted to go somewhere else. The person infront and behind us were upset at the way he was talking to people

Clean and comfortable shopping environment with chairs provided. Serve speed is pretty fast. Employees are very nice, friendly, and helpful. Credit cards accepted. Located inside Superstore. Free parking construction available. Public washrooms next door.
