Very bad experience. Had appointment there for my son back in August, the staff contacted me because they didn't update the insurance information. I sent the new info right away, back in August. Now we are into February, I received email with the bill and threat to proceed with further actions if not paid, the invoice stated the balance 0. The staff said they didn't have right insurance info, I forwarded email from August with the insurance info I sent. Not even apology for failing to submit a claim and threatening with further actions. Very unprofessional and unethical. I will definitely change the dentist

I’ve had a great experience at Suter Brook Dental so far. You can tell they really care about their clients concerns. They are happy to explain treatments and share multiple avenues of treatment. They’ve been great at finding me a treatment plan to help with my jaw pain. All my treatments have been quick and as painless as possible, and they always make me feel comfortable. I highly recommend this clinic especially for those with any anxiety around visiting the dentist!
