Rebecca is an absolute joy to work with. My husband and I started off not really wanting to work with a realtor and to try and make a deal on our own when we met Rebecca who was selling a unit we were interested in. Just our luck the unit had sold, but we chatted with Rebecca while considering putting in a back up offer. She won us over instantly and once the unit sold we started working with her. Rebecca got us the second place we put an offer in on (the first had 6 offers, and we were advised to go higher if we wanted it badly enough, and we just didn't) which ended up working out because we ended up with exactly what we wanted. We were a little nervous to put our property on the market as we weren't in the most desirable building, but our place sold in 4 hours. FOUR HOURS, not even joking. It was incredible. Buying and selling real estate can be so stressful, but I promise working with someone you trust and have a fun time with makes it feel like a walk in the park. You won't regret working with her:)
