The staff were incredibly rude. My treatment might as well have been done by a little kid it was so amateur and unprofessional. Very disappointed. Asked for a refund and she intimated me into leaving

Jill is THE BEST around when it comes to a spray tan. I'm not kidding, her product, application, knowledge doesn't even come close to anywhere else!

I have been going to see Jill for spray tans for many years now and always find her to be incredibly professional, kind and laid back. I am not proud of my body but Jill makes me feel so comfortable. I get so many compliments on my tan, people can’t believe it’s not real. No streaks and you get a choice of the colour you want. It's amazing how she remembers every occasion and/or any trip I’m going on. Quite a feat when you think of how many clients she has! She accommodates all of the many appointment changes! She was available after hours via her cell phone to answer a question I had and to make a change. I have referred a number of friends to her already and they are super happy too. I cannot recommend Jill and Suva enough, she is wonderful!

Jill is absolutely fantastic at Spray tans. I've never had so many compliments on my spray tan! Awesome experience.

I wonder how long this post will stay up as I’m sure that management probably trolls the reviews and reports any honest and negative feedback. There is no way this place deserves the rating it has online. Save your time and money and go anywhere else. This place simply sux!

Don’t go to this place. They are unprofessional, do not care for your well-being and are unfortunately not able to take responsibility for their own errors.

I had a bad experience here at Suva Studio. I went in for the Laser Hair Treatment but I wouldn’t tan either simply due to how I was treated. If you have any doubts just read the replies that the owner writes to people who leave bad reviews. Unprofessional responses clearly letting their emotions get the better of them. I understand people can be harsh but as a business owner you need to display a level of self control and professionalism. You will receive a similar reaction in the studio if you express anything other than pure satisfaction. I tried to politely voice my opinion after my treatment and was met with guarded, defensive behaviour and was personally attacked. The reality is that this place needs work and honest criticism should be appreciated. It’s how a better business is built. If you are thinking of visiting Suva think again.

I could not be more disappointed in the quality of service that I experienced when I came for a laser hair removal treatment at Suva. After being brutally burned in a very intimate area of my body after my first treatment, I requested they turn the machine down for my second treatment. They did not and assured me I would be ok, only to get burned again. Both times ended up in severe pain and scabbing. When I brought my concerns to their attention I was treated with minimal apologies and made to feel shameful telling me that "women should stick together" and "money isn't everything" when I requested my money back. I was told that this has never happened to anyone at their business before, yet the first person I told my experience to who had been there themselves said that they were also brutally burned during a laser treatment. It has been three weeks since my last treatment and I still have visible scabbing in an area of my body that should never be scarred. As a young woman who experienced mistreatment at the hand of another woman and tried to speak up for myself, this experience has left me absolutely devastated in this business. Do better.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I've had extremely unprofessional dealings with this business, along with friends of mine. Don't waste your money or time!

These lovely ladies treat you with warm, family -like vibes while delivering professional results in a safe and sterile environment. I am having laser hair removal treatments and the results exceeded my expectations, cheers Suva!

Love this place! Jill and her team are always a dream to deal with. The spray tans have always been a 10/10 but today I tried the Laser Facial and can say that it is also excellent. Quick, no down time but could feel the laser really penetrating the skin! Thanks

My spray tan is BEYOND perfect! I’m super picky about my hands and feet and the colour and everything about this tan is perfect. You can clearly see why it pays to go somewhere where the person applying the tan has so much experience. Jill knows all the tips and tricks for the perfect flawless tan. Highly recommend! I’ve heard the laser treatments here are amazing as well so that will be my next booking at Suva!

I had the Afa Antioxidant Peel. The entire experience was amazing. Super informative on everything that was being done. Always checking in the entire time during the procedure to ensure I was comfortable. Would highly recommend Jill and her team at Suva for all their services!

This is the absolute best place to go for a spray tan that is both natural looking and long lasting. Jill is an expert at her craft!
