Placed an order that has taken more than 40days to be delivered at their store.
Terms state 10 days. Still waiting.

I contacted customer service only to get an auto-response that orders take 3-10 business days to be delivered.
Meanwhile the order is 40days.

#worst online experience, don't bother.

I had an amazing experience at the Brentwood mall location, store was neatly organized, all the clothing was easy to find, big shout out to the hardworking employees who went above and beyond to make my shopping experience incredible. They help me in picking the right outfits, gave suggestions and told me about the great deals going on. I felt very welcomed in the store and will definitely come back for more purchases.

Leah is a very kind person that have a lot of empathy with the customer, congratulations to have very high value people like her

I really love this store. There is a good selection of clothes that are nice and look with class. Even when the colors may be trendy, the designs are great.
Something I appreciate is they have bigger sizes too.
For example if you need to be dressed for a job interview you can find here everything you need.
They always have good discounts, the fitting rooms are spacious, the staff is friendly and the store in general is a great place to go

I went there all the way from Langley and the staff were talking behind the counter the whole time. Nobody ask me if I need any help and let's not talk about the body language and bad attitude when I asked any questions, they looked at me like I was from another Galaxy. I bought almost 1000 dollars in clothes and I don't even got the thanks for coming.

The red haired employee will ignore you unless you're skinny and pretty.
I work in this mall.and never once been greeted by several of the staff here. I usually spend my breaks walking around the few stores we have left in brentwood.unless you're a size small you will be ignored.the customer service at this location is truly appalling.

Extremely bad customer service. I dont think Suzy shier trains their employees at all. This has been a consistent experience for me in Guilford mall as well as Brentwood mall. The staff is literally rude on your face. I found a used mask in one of their dress' pocket, I informed the staff and she looked at it and gave the weirdest reaction. She let me hold it and then told me to throw in a bin. She did not even offer sanitizer or apologize for someones used mask being in the dress that I was trying on. Ridiculous!

I always have a positive experience as the staff are pleasant and helpful. The quality of their clothes are great! Simmi is great!

The staff lied to me that I could not get a refund or even store credit from my online order because the item was bought at 50% off. However later I checked the website, it didnt say that in the return policy and there was not a line that said "final sale".

My visit to Suzy shier was amazing. The customer service was excellent especially from Simmi and Maryam. Simmi helped me to select dresses and Maryam also helped me. Although it was late they were so kind and patient. This type of service from youngsters is very rare. Simmi and Maryam should be recognized for their services. I wish them all the best.

I am not Happy with the customer service here. The place is practically empty and I was told by the associated to put all the clothes away in the wrack. I was going to buy a whole bunch of clothes but this it's not customer's job to fix the store. I hope management can read this. I will not be coming back to this location anymore.
