Very bad customer service, their employee need some training on customer service, may be new in Canada and not aware of Canadian values, manners.

I went to Suzy sheir guilford mall yesterday, it was horrible experience for me. There is one lady who works as sales girl (not sure if she was manager) she was so disrespectful towards me. I tried one top, jacket and one dress. I wanted to buy jacket so i was looking for the size after trying. Maybe I didn't hanged the jacket so the lady came towards me and she was so rude to me saying that you should be respectful towards clothes. I dnt mind if she would have said in polite manner. There is a way of dealing with customers. She is lacking that skill, maybe your staff some training. Later when I went to counter to pay for the jacket, other girl said you were trying dresses and throwed on floor. They blamed me without knowing if I was the one. I didn't tried the dresses she was showing. Before pointing customer one should check it. Such a pathetic experience, I wont be coming to this store again. I was the regular customer of Suzy shier and now I wont be coming ever.

This store used to be really nice.other locations are fine.only guildford location is worst.the staff is really rude and disrespectful.i had worst experience there.i always love to shop at suzy.but the staff just spoiled my mood.never gonna visit this location.

I went into suzy to buy a dress and the customer service was honestly horrible. There is one lady seems like she’s manager with 0 professionalism. The manager was very unprofessional.she was being very disrespectful. I wouldn’t have expected suzy staff to be this harsh. I am a regular customer.what happened today store going to be close at 7pm.she wants everyone out from the store by 6: 55pm. I was already in the changing room and the manager said I can’t try more dresses Becz store is going to close in 5 mint. I just simply said her that I am already in the changing room just give me couple minutes and then she just makes the face over the conversation and said be at the cashier table in one minute if you wanna buy the dress.literally she has 0% manners towards the customers.even though there is 3 more customers who was wanna try their outfits.but that lady ruins everyone’s day. So sorry for Suzy but you losing your customers.

I bought a dress today, customer service was so good, sales associate was so kind working so hard store was super busy still they guys are doing so well cashier was so good explaining everything so politely. I love this place recommend to shopping guys

Manager at this location is racist towards darker skin people. She accused a little boy of stealing and scolded the mother that she was unfit. When customers sre complaining about customer service and manager, shouldn't the owner be taking disciplinary action?

I went there for shopping. I found manager and assistant manager very nice. They both helped me finding a perfect dress for the party. They provided me the superb assistance. I recommend everyone to go and shop there.
