Negin is so helpful for me to order my exact size from online store. They are so patient I love their customer service.

Awful service and really mean worker. Spent over $100 in store. My elderly mother thought she lost her glasses so we went back to look. The worker was very rude. When we asked if we could leave our number in case they found anything (they were doing an entire store clean up that night), one worker started to say yes when the other cut her off and said no. She said we have to call back and waved us away. The other stores in the mall offered to take our numbers right off the bat (which was how we thought of it to begin with). Horrible service. Makes sense they're going out of business. Avoid, especially the worker with the brown hair and orange blonde highlights. The worker's treatment unfortunately did seem related to the race of the customer as observed by which customers she approached and which she ignored and treated as a nuisance.
