I called Dwayne got me my muffler was hanging he got his worker to put it in place I asked how much no charge awesome I can't say enough about this much appericated

Had a leak in the exhaust and the shop got me in right away, fixed the issue incredibly fast and $ 400 less than another mechanic had quoted me!

Stopped to have a patch done on tire after camping trip. Fast service and reasonable price.

Only place I'll take my first gen s10 and blazer to. No where else seems to know how to do an alignment properly. Good guys who do great work, would recommend.

Just want to replaced my wife rear brake pads and I bought the pads they just needed to install. I am a mechanic myself and own a shop but at the moment out of country so send my wife there, they see it’s a woman with a brand new BMW and right away they think it’s a good victim to rip off they said the brake pads its not fit for a car so they wanna sell theirs also they said needs rotors replacement also so wanted to charge 600$ for a rear brake pad change! Ridiculous I know it’s all price is going up but this is a huge ripoff I not recommend for everyone to go to this shop shame on them!

My van had a seized caliper at 2pm on a Friday. After calling multiple garages I got lucky and phoned Symons. They said they would look at it but no promises and that they were open on Saturday if they couldn't fix it by closing. They got 2 mechanics on it and by 5pm I was on my way. Also very reasonably priced.

Called twice on different days. No one answerd. They were open.requested a quote online. Says will get back to me in 24hrs been 48hrs. End of day. Still nothing. Support local businesses. Hard to do.

I have used Symons Tire many many times and once again I drove up today with a check engine light that just came on. Was not expecting to get in with no appointment but they took my car had a look, called me for approval and fixed it all with a couple of hours. As always exceptional service.

Took my van in to see what could be done, and after a test drive they found that their shop could not help me, due to lack of needed equipment (was a specialized job) but they set me up with a local shop who could help, free of charge. And upon pick up, i found that my bad passanger side windshield wiper had been replaced, again free of charge. Will be visiting this location again for most of my auto needs.

No appointment was needed, and they took great care of me and my vehicle. New tires installed in a couple hours, even during the busy get ready for winter season.

They've got a great team that takes even the busiest days in stride. They aren't pushy and they'll be up front with what can be done, what's available to order, and what sort of time frame you're looking at. They have a real solution oriented attitude.

Call disestablishment because I want to purchase some used tires or brand new ones whatever they have in stock left a message nobody called me back it's been well over a week I guess they don't wanna sell me any tires thanks for nothing I would rather go to Canadian tire

Really impressed with the professionalism and honesty of this company! My tire pressure monitoring alert went off so I thought I had a tire puncture (just had one in our other family car a month back), so I brought the car in to be fixed. The guys did an inspection and they found no punctures or leaks, just the change in temperature had caused one tire to go slightly low on air. They got back to me quickly, and when I went in to pickup the car they wouldn’t charge me. How honest and wonderful was that! I certainly appreciate it and would highly recommend them.
Also the previous car puncture repair was quick, reasonably priced and the front counter guy is quite friendly.
They are following covid 19 protocols as well which makes for a comfortable experience.

They told my wife my tires where bad just to try sell me new ones. They are old but do not need to be replaced as of yet. The son that runs the place has no people skill what so ever. It was a good place to go when his dad run the shop. Not so much anymore

I had a family tragedy and needed tires and an alignment to make the highway trips to inform relatives. They went above and beyond to help me have a safe and stress free drive. Someone else who was there paid my bill! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH! I will never stop singing your praises.

The guy at the counter i believe is jason is a joke, ignorant and disrespectful. Been in a few times and thats the attitude he has. Will never go back and hope nobody else does, customers that are paying shouldn't be treated that poor

Went for an oil change here specifically cuz they offer to top up all fluids, check the air filter, belts hoses etc, and and change the oil filter.lots of stuff.my car is behind in its mantainance, i must admit; it really needed a thourough check.they filled the oil so much that its double what the amount should be.its so full that it is now leaking from my car.i didnt even know that was possible.id say it could be the break fluid, but its topped up.and may he the ONLY fluid that was.transmition fluid is only half full.they never topped it up
coolant was nearly empty! They obviously didnt even look at it!
i seriously doubt they checked the other things listed on their website.this was terrible.for the price i paid, you think they could at least handle filling up the oil properly.if i can look at a dipstick to check how full it is, a TRAINED MECHANIC should be able to see that FAR too much oil was put in.guess they didnt look at that either.everyone always tells me how great this place is for tires, its too bad the service is not the same on the other side
**update**
went to another mechanic and was informed that they overfilled the oil tank by aprox 3ltrs, not counting the amount that was leaking.apparently the underside of my car was COVERED in it.and the parking spot i have has a huge puddle of it.they also mentioned that it appears that symons did not empty my oil at all, just filled it blindly.the leak continues, as either the oil pan gasket or rear main seal gasket has been blown.it was hard for him to pinpoint where, on account of the oil being all over my car.potentially both gaskets damaged.

**further update**
went back to symons to give them the opportunity to make it right.initially seemed as though it would go well, but i was very unimpressed overall at how that was handled.i was told that they find hard to believe that it was overfilled.after doing a second oil change, they said it was hard to tell if any leaks happened since my car is old and dirty and they cant see any evidence of a leak at all! Also told me that they DID top up all the fluids, even though i told them i checked and could see that they did not.when they gave me my car back, i made sure to check everything again. NOW they topped up the fluids.i cant believe that the owner would not own up to the mistakes his emplyees made.

Ladies beware. I got charged lady tax here on my oil change. I came in for an oil change and work was done on my car that I did not pre-approve. Very disappointed. If you do go here, make sure you ask to be called before work is done on your car so you can discuss charges & decide if you want the work done. Not going back.

I get my oil changed there every time I need to. Every 5k kms. Excellent staff, very knowledgeable and friendly and very, very helpful! Prices are very reasonable and budget friendly. My car is always washed and I really appreciate the extra added service! Love these guys!

When I was a kid, my Dad used to take me with him here to service his cars. Many years later, I've only ever taken my cars here. The shop hasn't changed much, and neither has the top knotch, no BS, honest customer service. They always offer good prices right from the start, and they are willing to price match if it's a local competitor.
