Kalen is excellent at listening to my concerns and addressing them in a robust plan to get me back as quickly as possible to my regular activities. Shockwave therapy hurts like hell but it sure makes a fast recovery. I trust his expertise and recommend him to anyone on the hunt for an excellent physiotherapist.

Synergy is a great one stop shop for all things health! Dr. Tessa Patriquin is by far the best Chiropractor I've ever worked with and Brock is a fantastic RMT!

By far the best chiropractor I have ever came across! I have L4& L5 herniated discs and without even knowing he managed to fix my back 3 times now! I wrecked it by working too hard and not easing into it when my back feels better. Not that he has my MRI results in, I got no doubt he will fix my lower back even quicker. 10/10 in my books. He’s AMAZING!

After some complications, I got an initial appointment with Dr. Barber. It was a good visit and I will be seeing him again. Prior complications were resolved with a credit, so I was quite satisfied with the speed and way things were resolved.

My friend recommends Bergen Vermette, a physiotherapist from Synergy Health Center. I feel my jaw muscles functioning well after Bergen's excellent work. I want to express my gratitude for his positive attitude and impressive action on my case. Thanks a lot.

The therapist I have is very knowledgeable about my condition and the treatments are working extremely well. I was able to get a first appointment within 1 1/2 hours of calling in!

I have no cartilage in my right knee, and walked like a peg-leg pirate for 4 years. Finally, I went to Synergy (who had previously cured my plantar pains!). Gabi V discovered the biggest problem was hamstrings. Within 15 minutes of treatment, I was walking normally. This is nothing short of a miracle. Now, with tune up treatments and a targeted exercise regimen, most days I can't feel ANY problem in my knee. Do NOT look at surgery for knees until you've visited Synergy

I had a bad experience with their front counter staff the second time I was there in February of 2022. It kept me from booking follow up sessions. Each time I went there, I was billed the full amount and had to give them my benefits card. Seems odd that they couldn't keep it on file.

My recent experience with Adrien for physio was that he was competent and skilled, but the 20 minute sessions were rushed and were low value for me.

I really wanted Synergy to work out for me. Generally, I get the sense that Synergy is prioritizing volume over customer service. My experience has not been a positive one and I will be looking elsewhere for my physical rehabilitation needs.

Synergy Health is by far the best clinic I have been at. You are taken care of from the minute you walk in the door. And what I love the most, is that it is literally a one stop shop for all your Health and wellness needs. The wide variety of practitioners do offer is incredible. I highly recommend them.

A year after I had a physiotherapy treatment I get an email stating I owed them money. Apparently Synergy had forgotten to invoice me (they had my credit card on file) for my session, and were telling me to pay up. Because it had been so long my extended health insurance wouldn't cover the expense.

Edit - I see that is was personal training and not physiotherapy. Fair enough.

However, you should still not be charging your clients for services ONE YEAR after the appointment. If it were my business I would not be asking a customer for money a year later, that would be embarrassing/ not be a good look. It's unprofessional and unfair to the customer.

I have almost recovered from an injury that I was carrying for over 8 years. Brilliant bunch of people over there.

A fantastic place to get your body working the way it should! I came in for chronic upper back pain that I couldn't manage on my own for the past six months. With the help of Matt I was able to get ahead of it and feel strong and happy again! The staff are all very lovely and accommodating. Pricing is very reasonable. They practice social distancing etc so you can feel safe when you go in:)

This is a very well run “clinic” with a number of professional people who are ready to help you with a variety of health issues.

The treatment and protocols I've received from Alec Myring have significantly benefitted my body and life. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Jamie and his team offer an excellent level of support to help get you back on your feet after an injury! I have dealt with many practitioners at this clinic over the past 10 years and they all bring a high degree of professionalism and expertise in diagnosing and treating your symptoms.

If you're taking pain meds every few hours do yourself a favour and book an appointment with one of Synergy's excellent Doctors.

Really disappointed I recently went back to Synergy and I will NOT be returning. The office staff brought up invoices from over two years ago that they never contacted me about. Incredibly disappointing service.

I always pay remaining amounts at front desk because obviously it doesn’t make sense for them to let you go without payment for what’s due. I have never been told I had outstanding balances, otherwise I would pay. I have extended benefits there’s no reason for me to not pay. It’s a failure on the part of the office staff to collect payment.

I never received reminder or notification that I had an appointment or let alone missed an appointment at the time.

EDIT: Response from owners was complete deflection and an actual lie. They said they called three times not the case. I have call history records and I do not see any phone calls. I never received any notification. Saying “I’m sorry you feel that way” is actually such an insincere customer service reply, I work in customer service, so I know that it doesn’t actually help validate customers who are rightfully frustrated. I have also further inquired I called and emailed and was brushed off with lack of compassion as well. Not what you want from a place that is suppose to provide healing and care.

Have already recommended friends to another practice.

I love Synergy! I have used the services of 3 of their practitioners now and continue to have an excellent experience. I see Dr Barber for Chiropractic on a regular basis, he has become key my improved quality of life. He not only fixes my back and neck when I am in pain but has shown me how to stretch and exercise when my problems flare up and how to work at preventing them. He recommended seeing Christian Lapierre, Kinesiology, to help with exercises to prevent my neck pain from returning. Christian has made a world of difference to my physical health. And when Dr. Barber was on vacation I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Sommerfeldt for chiropractic. His manner and treatment made me feel as if I was seeing Dr. Barber, it was such a pleasant experience and I will not hesitate to book an appointment with him again if necessary.
Overall I cannot say enough good things about Synergy, including their online booking system for those nights at 11 pm when I know I am going to need an appointment the next day. Check them out!

The specialist I saw was on time, actually got me in early, thorough and very professional. The lobby had nice decor.

Practioners are very good but receptionists are at times poor customer service, condescending and borderline rude and abrupt.

I am 100% Satisfied with my physio experience at synergy.

I knew I was in good hands the moment I began my physio treatments. In addition to just really knowing his stuff, Dana is a kind and compassionate person who was willing to go to bat for me with my WCB rep who seemed to want to close the case before it began. I cannot be more grateful.

In addition, the atmosphere is professional and positive. Front desk staff are attentive and professional. They send out automated email reminders of appointments. It all good!
