I have been seeing Zia for a massage for a while now and she is AMAZING! She makes the whole vibe during the treatment so comfortable and relaxing. And my favorite part is how she makes recommendations how you can prevent your shoulders from slouching and so on. The staff upfront is amazing as well. Super professional and very polite.

For massage I have used Ashley’s services, for physiotherapy, I have used Maninder, and for chiropractor, Dr Kiran. All these ladies are amazing. They are always on time, friendly and very professional.

Synergy is by far one of the best rehab places to go to! It’s always hard finding a rehab place that you can trust but I had no issues with synergy. The service there is brilliant and well educated. Kind receptionists and plenty of experienced people to take care of you. Definitely recommend!

Synergy Rehab is an excellent businesss. Offering Physiotherapy, massage chiropractic sessions all easily booked via the Jane app on their website. Plentiful parking and easy access by bus, walking and bike racks are nearby. The physios are friendly and care about your recovery. Jaspreet is great. Admin staff are friendly and accommodating to a parent with a busy schedule. They can also help coordinate with your other medical professionals. Layout and design is welcoming and modern with up to date equipment and clean tables and rooms. Great place to work with on your body and get great advice for long term physical care.

Ashley whatta wonderful job she did, I got my rmt done and her magical hands and knowledge for all the pressure points just amazing you no need to tell her bout where you need the hard push or the soft she know it well as it’s her job! This is a a very professional and welcoming venue. The Front desk staff Seerat are very thorough and make the process of booking appointments very simple with reminders before the appointment. The space is well maintained and clean. We had experienced RMTs Khalid and Ashlee and chiropractor Kiran was amazing and all thorough professionals who go beyond expectations to make sure that everything is fine. Consistency is key and this place has it. Highly recommend this place.

Front desk girls are really friendly and helpful. They really help in making appointment schedule in timely order.

Palvir is amazing, she fixed my piriformis syndrome literally in just one session. I’ve been bothering by the pain for almost a year, had visited chiropractor more than 10 times, a RMT 2 times, no avail. After Palvir’s first treatment, I felt the difference right away. I can barely feel the pain now, when standing up after long sitting.
Highly recommend Palvir for those who suffering the same pain as me.
