Honestly the best RMT appointment I’ve ever had. It felt like I was having my knots worked on for the first time ever and I’ve been seeing different RMT’s over the years. Madhu was so knowledgeable and informative. You can tell she truly cares about each client and in turn making such a difference in the treatment.

Employees are so nice and welcoming and they have the best massage and rehab therapists, really a great company!

First time here, and I left feeling great. Definitely one of the best massages i've ever had for lower back pain. Javier is an amazing RMT. It makes sense why this place has such great reviews.

I am indeed fortunate and bless that I have Ehsan as my massage therapist for almost a year now. He has been very helpful and provided me tips especially on my issues of my tennis elbow. He is a precious gem of the New Westminster clinic.

I come here for physio (Pooja) and massage (Matthew/Yasmin). I highly recommend this place for the professionalism, quality and individual care given by every employee I've had the pleasure of working with. The women at the front desk are also fantastic, deal with ICBC for you and not to mention booking is a breeze. Super thankful to have found this gem in my neighborhood. I've tried the other clinics in the area and this place is definitely the best. Thanks!

I was referred to this place by a friend of mine. I have NEVER had a massage in my life because I thought it was all made up 'feeling good' like a placebo effect. I decided to give this place a try after hearing about it from my friend. I felt pain in my back before and I knew that it would be difficult to give me a massage. The massage therapist had no trouble pushing hard. I had a 30 minute session and felt absolutely amazing. I went back for a follow up, and Ehsan instantly remembered that I like the pressure to be hard. He worked out a knot in my deck I forgot about because I thought it was just a tendon. It relieved so much pressure on me. I can't praise this place enough. They definitely took care of me, gave me notes and care that I needed. Thank you team!

I went to see Katherine as I hurt my shoulder after going the gym. She helped me a lot and gave me some exercises to do and I was able to recover right away! I had an old knee injury as well and Katherine was very knowledgable and helped me strengthen it. I definitely recommend going to her for physio!

Love coming to Synergy. I am always up to trying someone new! I go for all therapys as I dont want to stay in just one therapy to help me recover from pain and post natal recovery. The new RMT Yvonne I find is like the RMT Hannah Buada! The RMT Yasmin for me just knows with out having to tell anything and stretchs the lower back. When I am in so much pain and cant stand to much pressure I go to RMT Matthew, he is so soothing when going for a massage that I feel 100% better after. PT Katherine helps with my issues of my back. I tried dry needling with her and my flexability improved after one session. All the therapist and admins here are the best as they care for my health!

At time of writing I have visited Synergy New West Minister multiple times beginning in January 2022. I had ongoing issues that required physiotherapy, at the time I was also looking for RMT.

Paid Parking is available in front or in the uncovered parking lot adjacent to the building. The front desk staff is helpful at Synergy and very quickly we’re able to respond to any scheduling concerns I had when calling in by phone.

Katherine, the physiotherapist I worked with was professional, kind, attentive and thorough in dealing with the concerns I had. She is experienced and professional and put my needs and comfort first.

I highly recommend synergy moving forward.

I don't write reviews as a rule but I wanted to share my experience with others in hopes that they can get the help they are looking for. I spent a good part of 5 years trying to figure out why I was sore all the time and why my body could not relax and unwind. I tried every form of wellness help I could think of and thousands of dollars and my medical coverage from work. I want to thank the honest and sincere employees at Synergy Rehab for finally helping me achieve most of my goal. After just 2 sessions with MATTHEW BLOUDOV I can finally get comfortable enough to sleep through the night now. I don't feel locked up anymore. Yes I still have some work to maintain on my own and thank you to Matthew he advises me on some tips to keep the ball rolling. I suffered for years to the point where I became depressed and feeling hopeless. I wish I had found this place 5 years ago. If you find yourself in discomfort or pain and you simply just want to get to the bottom of it, I highly recommend the knowledgeable and friendly staff at Synergy Rehab as your first stop, Not your last one like I did. MATTHEW BLOUDOV has honestly changed my mobility, my sleep, my happiness and my quality of life.

Katherine was so patient with me for being late which turned what could have been an unpleasant start to the appointment into a positive one. Her technique of soft tissue release was fantastic and I left feeling more relaxed and in less pain than when I came in. She did patient teaching with me while she worked on me and made me feel like I was the only thing that mattered throughout our appointment. I will definitely be going back to see her.

I went there for acupuncture the person that did the acupuncture was unti vaccine and proudly told me she is refusing to get covid vaccine and doesn't believe in Western medicine. I usually do acupuncture and I feel wonderful after. However, it was my first time at this place and this time after the acupuncture I felt way more pain after to the point that I couldn't move. Not a good experience I have so much pain that I might need to go to hospital.

Overall I had a great experience with Synergy Rehab. The staff at this location is super nice and welcoming, I'd definitely recommend coming here for RMT and Physiotherapy!

I had my very first Massage Therapy session with Matthew today and I am so glad that I did. I have been in severe pain my whole life and it has only gotten worse with time. Matthew is great at what he does, and has definitely picked the right profession! I feel very fortunate to have found someone so knowledgeable, communicative, kind, and compassionate in this field. He explains everything, he is a great listener, and is very respectful - I feel really cared for and heard and a lot of things make sense, now that he has explained them to me, as to where my pain actually is and why it's hurting and what can be done about it both in a session and every day on my own. He's given me very level appropriate exercises I can do at home in between sessions and honestly, if I could give him 6 stars, I would! Thank you again Matthew, I greatly appreciate your help and I'm so grateful that you chose to be an RMT!

I have been very impressed with the service and attention at Synergy Rehab in New Westminster. The clinic is clean and nice to be in, appointments run on time, and all staff are knowledgeable and caring. I am definitely coming back for more massage treatments.

I had Physio and Massage here which were pretty good. But the active rehab ended up tearing my arm muscle. Any progress I had was gone after the active rehab sessions. The kinesiologist, Natalie had me signed up for rehab sessions every 2 days which was way too frequent, since I had a past arm injury! And I had to cancel a few sessions as I thought it might hurt the arm. I was correct and 6 days later I only have the use of one arm because of the pain, making daily activities difficult. It seemed like she just wanted to bill as much as possible, without considering my well being, and it had negative consequences for me. I definitely wont be doing rehab with her again!

Matthew is a great Massage Therapist and I have truly benefitted from using his services. Getting weekly massages from him has helped me through a tough season of pregnancy and I am grateful to him for his help. Would highly recommend him to anyone needing a good massage therapist!

The atmosphere was great, the staff was amazing and knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly before I got atarted. Holly explained what she was going to massage and how it affected the body.

I had physiotherapy appointment with Katherine. She's awsome. Also the staff are pretty polite and lovely. So recommended.

Javier made me feel very comfortable & was very helpful with giving me stretches I can do at home to help alleviate the pain.
