Synergy Rehab South Surrey Physiotherapy

I started coming to this Synergy Rehab South Surrey location which seems newly opened & the decor is modern, bright & welcoming.

The front staff are very friendly & nice to deal with.

Thanks to the advice of my doctor & physiotherapist, I've started to try active rehab, with Kinesiologist, who is Jackie.

Each session, we start with about 10 minutes of warm up on the bike. After that, it's about 25 minutes of active rehab exercises under Jackie's guidance followed by stretching in the last 10 minutes.

I've seen an improvement in my recovery since I started active rehab in addition to my physiotherapy.

There are some exercises that you can do at home, but it's a big difference if a professional is there to guide & coach you if your posture is wrong or if you forget about the breathing.

Sometimes, I lack the discipline to exercise at home & I feel more committed & get better results with active rehab.

Would highly recommend synergy rehab. The staff and practitioners are courteous and professional. I received treatment for my back and hip and was given exercises I could do from home. The front desk staffs are very welcoming and kind. I would definitely be coming back here.

Synergy rehab in South Surrey is a newly opened center for massage and physiotherapy. It is neat and clean. The therapists are knowledgeable and skilled. The staff at the reception are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this center to everyone.

Fully recommended, All the staff are professional and accurate in their therapies. In a short time I have seen the results of my recovery after a road incident. I would definitely return if I needed any therapy in the future. PD. The entire place is immaculate and in perfect condition.

Very well organized facility. Hassle free access and enough parking. Accomodating staff with a great smile. These factors certainly contribute towards a positive therapy experience. I have had about four sessions (of varied services) so far. The therapists pay close attention to history of present issue and ask other relevant details. They have provided pleasent, optimized, non-rushed therapy so far. I look forward to good results with their treatment.

I had really bad back pain for a while now. But I got amazing services at synergy. The staff was really good and understood my problem and helped me feel better again.
