I gave one star cause I had to so I could let everyone know how this company is. I called for a chiropractor they said ok and gave me an appointment. When I went a women was there at the desk. I told her I had an appointment she looked confused and didn't have a clue what she was doing. Then I went to the room she said she wasn't a chiropractor but a physiotherapist. I don't know anything of this being my first time needing this she said it's the same so I said ok she asked me questions. Showed me stretches and 60$ later with nothing to show for it and I have to fix myself. Waste of time and they r not very bright. I still need a chiropractor. They did nothing for me thanks for nothing.

I went to Chiro once at another clinic and had a horrible experience I got extreme vertigo from one session and was not told that could happen and I went to work got super dizzy and I was very discouraged to do Chiro ever again I then started to come to Synergy I see two Chiro therapists Balkaran and Parasta both of them are amazing! And have been patient with me as I have been anxious about getting the cracking sound so we have not been doing that but I finally built up the courage to do so and had an amazing experience! I instantly felt better in my back and shoulder and the headaches and pain went away as someone who was not a fan of Chiro I cannot wait to go back!

The rating for synergy for physio and as a whole is less than 1 star. Keep in mind even one of their registered massage therapists quit recently. Anshul at first seemed knowledgeable and upbeat.then it all changed.

I have a serious issue with nerves neck and back/shoulder issues. Anshul the physio therapist there did not come through with any of the treatment plans she said she would.be careful of ratings on here.she used up all of my benifits first, was late to send off reports, I have the proof. Then still proceded to lie to me about giving me more information and helping me build more strength. Stating she also does long term disability and bragged about it. Still did nothing but temp relief treatments while talking as if she has knowledge and will help you. Without discussing a thing with you that is meaningful.

She LITERALLY, was so late on the report, Almost having my Disability benifits be terminated. (2.5 weeks late) I had to ask the front to remind her after she even saying dont worry she will get it done! Again I repeat, sadly, Didn't till I asked again and even Gave false information with no true grounds or basis to my insurance providers! Again trying to just collect money and not do the job! I have the proof again which is filed in for records.

Also never came up with a treatment plan whatsoever and kept only giving me a temporary solution. Never once discussing any future plans that would actaully benifit me long term after months of " we will discuss it" the next time you come in. And never happening so I fired her.
Esepcially after telling my insurance that i would be fine to go back to work 3 days before a CT scan.that was booked 4 months in advance.which i went to and showed serious serious scan issues rhat require surgery.

Stay away from Synergy. Good luck. STAY AWAY FROM HERE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR A REAL CLINIC THAT WILL HELP YOU!

Front desk staff were great. The massage therapist not so much. The person before me came out limping as she got a bad muscle cramp. And i can see why, he used not his hands but torture devices. I also had worse pain for a week after. I dont even think he sanitized them between use as they were still in the room when i changed.

In all my experience with massage therapy, Peter Georgy listens and uses his abilities to help with muscle and body pain exceptionally. This massage therapist is one to follow and keep. I have had 9 out of 10 pain most days prior to the beginning of my treatments. But with Peter's treatments I have functioned at a higher level than I ever have and experience better days and better sleep and lower pain for longer than before i started with Peter. Peter is patient and thorough in every treatment. I have seen a review from a female patient that saw me one day after I had a very difficult week. This woman included me in her review after her seeing me after my treatment. I recommend to this woman, at her age, not to judge what she does not know.
Peter Georgy has been a saving grace for this pre- senior. I thank Peter and the wonderful front end people, (thank you ladies!) for the best experience I have had in my physically active lifetime. I am a female that has worked in male dominated industries for many years, and have had massage and physio throughout my working life. Synergy rehab has been a happy, exceptionally helpful and healing experience. I will stay with Synergy and Peter and definitely recommend this therapy to everyone!

Poor management. Receptions are nice. But, they are not good at communication and management of booking or cancelation when a session is delayed or canceled. After calling them, they found the reason after that. It happened a couple of times. It affects my schedule and treatment plan. I hope they can improve it!

Nicole Woode is an extremely talented RMT. Over the years I have seen many body workers for myofacial pain syndrome and ongoing shoulder/ neck pain from an MVA. Nicole is the best by far. I have not experienced this much relief in years. I highly recommend her. If you prefer deep tissue and trigger point release then give her a try. You will not be disappointed.

It is located next to gas station in Walmart shopping centre of 88 Ave Nordel way.
Appointment was booked in advance by creating profile online before one day.
They communicated everything with worksafe BC.
Treatment started on time & completed hustle free.
Future appointments are also booked smoothly & ping on email to link with yr mobile calendar.
Keys for treatment rooms needs to be organized in better way to find in case of emergency with minimal time.
Coffee machine is also equipped in the clinic, however I didn’t tried.
Physiotherapist Ms. Payalpreet Kaur & treated & explained so nicely about all the exercises & very good in diagnosis of issue. However she was pretty much busy & managing all the task very well. All queries answers are also provided nicely.
I will recommend everybody to visit this place for any physio related services.

I came to see Amin Sarvaiya for my lower back pain before 1 month. I am feeling much better after couple of sessions. Highly recommend him.

Payalpreet is a fine professional. But the charges are higher compared to competitors, coz even though we have 100% insurance coverage, still I have to shell out $15-20. Parking is free.

I was impressed with the thorough evaluation conducted at my first visit by Sonali Kochhar. Subsequent treatments along with a home program eased my shoulder pain. Best physiotherapist ever! Highly recommend her.

I am taking my treatment from Sonali Kochhar at Nordel location, she is number one at what she does. I had Whiplash injuries back in July having worst pain in my neck, upper back and head, I have gone to so many other physiotherapists but they believe in using a lot of cream and machines to treat, unfortunately that didn’t work for me, it was really hard for me to find this talented physiotherapist who has very good knowledge to help mobilize your body faster using manual techniques other than machines, although my treatment is still in progress but I have a feeling that I would be able to recover sooner with her treatment!

I am getting my treatment with Sonali Kochhar and she is great and very polite. The other staff are also very nice and helpful. I am having great experience and effective results.

Sonali Kochhar is the best physiotherapist. I had accident in 2016 and I was getting physiotherapy 5 years from other rehabilitation but no relief then I came at Synergy Rehab and now I am much better!

I would like to Recommend Synergy Rehab Nordal way location to everyone. Staff is Very friendly & Very Adjusting. Sonali Kocchar is My Physio helping me Out since my Accident. She is very talented & very knowledgeable & I must say strong too. Her know lage & skill are really helping me Recovering from Kneck & Back pain. Sonali from Synergy Rehab’s Nordel location is the best at what she does. Lower back pain is the worst for mobility but I felt a great relief even after one session. Tons of physiotherapist out there but very hard to find the one who does use knowledge and techniques to help mobilize ur body faster. I have been to other physiotherapists who believe in using a lot of cream and machines to treat u but that didn’t work for me.

I went to Balkaran the Chiropractor for lower back pain, it was a great experience my back pain has decreased a lot since then. He was very professional and helpful, I would recommend going to Balkaran if you have any back pain. The front desk staff were very welcoming and nice. Anmol made sure to help me book an appointment that fit my schedule and was a delight to talk to. She was very outgoing and friendly and helped me through the process of direct billing. The office was very clean and all covid measures were followed adequately.

My Physiotherapist Amin Sarvaiya was extremely helpful in getting relief from pain in my injured left middle finger. He also gave big pain relief in neck and shoulder pain. He is very clear in his instructions and guides you well for each and every treatment he gives. His treatments and techniques are very effective. He is very professional and always welcomes you with a smile. Highly recommend Amin if you are looking for any kind of physiotherapy treatments! "

I have been seeing Amin Sarvaiya for the last 2 months, when I originally came in my shoulder, arm and neck were a mess and with great physio work from Amin I feel 95% better.

Worst physio experience. 5 month ago I had pain in my neck.but physiotherapist Jaspreet did deep message on my shoulders and I had chronic upper back pain from 5 months, not able to work now.

Super friendly staff, that really care. These fine folks kept me moving and working after I was in a car accident.

Aneil has been very supportive and helpful during such a hard time in my life. He is an excellent instructor that teaches in great pace and is very knowledgeable about the human body. He is adaptable, for example if I am not able to do a certain workout he is able to come up with an alternative exercise right away:)

This place provides nothing but amazing service every time I go! For someone recovering a car accident injury we'll working full time it's very hard to come for multiple appoitments, these receptionist always do there best to fit me in to back to back appoitments which makes everything so much easier!
