Lucy is the best massage therapist I have ever been to. She uses a holistic approach, and has increblie knowledge on how all of the joints, muscles, connective tissue and fascia work together. She takes her time, always checks in on her patients satisfaction, and gives an incredible massage. She adjusts her techniques according to what you like, and always puts in 110% effort!

Repsy is a great physio. This is what you call a physiotherapist. If you need one he is the best choice to go to.

I am a fan of this place as all the treatment and massage therapy I get is just amazing. All the thrapists have complete knowledge and are really efficient in their work. I personally recommend this place for massage and physio.

I had a fantastic experience at Synergy Rehab! Not only were the receptionists friendly and helpful, but they also accept WorkSafe BC claims, which made the process much easier. My physiotherapist, Repsy, was knowledgeable and kind. He provided me with various treatments, including shockwave and ultrasound therapy, which were very effective in helping me recover from my back injury. Repsy also gave me exercises and stretches to do at home. I highly recommend Synergy Rehab and my physiotherapist, Repsy!

Came in with a pinching pain around my left neck, left shoulder and back, and ohh my goodness, after a 30-minute massage, the pain was gone. I would recommend this place to those who really need a good massage.

I have been seeing Matthew Wong for active therapy just over 3 months. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Matthew has helped me with my mobility and pain. He is very positive and has been very encouraging through the ups and downs of my healing journey. Matthew has been very accommodating with scheduling around my work schedule. If you are looking for a Kinesiologist, I highly recommend him.

Overall experience was good. Physiotherapist Navi had a very good care of me ️. She did acupuncture, electrotheraphy, and a good massage too. I went with a serious pain in my dis, and she did all her best, then recommended me to go to the hospital.

Have been going here for a few months now, and I’ve had only the best experiences. The staff here are so welcoming and friendly. For massages, I recommend Hoai, he does great! Also booking/changing appointments is so easy through the online booking process. If you’re looking for an amazing massage place, book here!

I have been seeing a gentleman name Jayden for active rehab. He is so flexible and understanding. He always willing to work with your schedule. He explains the movements and workouts and the purpose of them.

I have been struggling with my neck and shoulder issues and someone recommended me to come here for physio. The physiotherapist over here is highly experienced and professional. They really do prioritize their clients and are really good at their craft.

Anshika my therapist, helped me immensely with my arm after my surgery. I tore my bicep muscle and had to have it re- attached. At the beginning of physio it was weak and sore, now it's almost at 100%. She was very easy to work with and has a good recovery program.
The staff is also nice.

The team at Synergy Sullivan are amazing! Karan does a great job ensuring our appointments are booked accordingly; Kimmy, the PT, takes her time concentrating on the areas you have the most concerns; and Nicole, the massage therapist, continues to have amazing pressure while massaging and alleviating your pain. Everyone at Synergy Rehab is so kind and nice it feels to go to a place where you are taken care of.

Nicole Woode, the massage therapist at this location, has been helping treat my back after my accident. After just one session, I felt the difference. My RMT Rachelle is the best. She really knows her stuff. She knows exactly where I’m feeling pain before I tell her. Every time I walk out of my appt I feel so much better. I highly recommend her.

I've been going to Synergy since the end of November, and have been to both the Fleetwood and Sullivan location. My physio therapist Vidhi is an absolute life saver! Your treatment for my back issues has been extraordinary. Shea at the front desk at Sullivan is so amazing too, willing to book all my appointments for the month, even though it can be annoying and cumbersome. I would definitely recommend Synergy to anyone who's looking for a good physiotherapist! I've also a great experience with the massage here from multiple people, especially Rochelle!

Went in too see Holly at New Westminster for massage therapy to try and help ease my spinal nerve pain. Both time Holly has been professional, understanding and kind.

I've been coming to Synergy for about 13 Sessions for chiropractor with Raman. The staff at Synergy are always friendly and make it super easy to book an appointment.

I recommend Raman for physiotherapy because he knows what he is doing and will take all your needs into consideration. He has slowly but steadily been helping me post car accident.

Hannah is the best RMT. She always helps my daughter recover from her arduous tennis training and competition. If my daughter needs pain relief ASAP, Hannah finds time for treatment even when her schedule is booked up. Hannah always knows and understands what my daughter needs to be healthy and strong, something we value and embrace in the long term development plan for our young athlete. I have had Rasheed as my massage therapist since a car accident has left my back with some not so great pain issues. He is very professional and very personable. After therapy ends I will still be returning as he is very good and brings me the only relief I get.
