Can we serve snacks when we take out the food? The lid is not closed at all, and all the pickled cabbage and fish soup is scattered in the car. This meal is too boring to eat at night.

It's quite delicious, and I go there to eat it often when I pass by. Currently, only the fermented dumplings are not delicious, and the other dishes are basically blind spots and you can't go wrong.

I never gave one star in my life but this one is NOT tolerable, here’s why:

Service: very very bad! We were having a birthday celebration. They Didn't at all before dining or during dining to inform us the store need to clean up the second floor in advance of closing, instead, they started to ask us to pay the check while we were still eating and ask us to leave ASAP after paying the tab, said the need to clean the second floor in advance, repeatedly urged people to go, even if we gave them 18.5% tip. (Debit/cash only)

Environment: the floor was so greasy! Several people have gone slippery.recommend that if you go, be sure to wear non-slip rubber shoes

Service: Very poor, did not inform the store before or during the meal that the second floor needs to be cleaned up in advance, and started to ask for the checkout before we finished eating and chased people away, saying that the second floor needed to be cleaned in advance, repeatedly urging people to leave, loss We also tipped him 18.5% when we checked out. The service and environment dilute the joy of eating delicious food. I will not dine in in the future, and I will only order takeaway at most.

The customer service at this place is seriously lacking. The server just simply place the food on the table without informing you about the dish, and then expect a high percentage of tips. When I gave a lower tip, one of the servers asked if there was anything I wasn't satisfied with today. However, it felt more like a ploy to guilt-trip me into leaving a higher tip, rather than genuinely seeking feedback. It's important for them to understand that providing excellent service is essential to earning higher tips from customers.

The boiled beef is quite tender. The pot dish is very fragrant. Zhong Shui Dumplings are delicious in themselves, but unfortunately the sauce is a bit lacking and they are not spicy or sweet enough.

I had mapo tofu and hoeguorou, but both were delicious. Korean people should take this into account before leaving.

服务：极差，完全没有在用餐前或者用餐途中通知店家需要提前收拾二楼，在我们没吃完就开始要求结账并且赶人，说需要提前打扫二楼，三番四次催人走，亏我们结账的时候还给了他家18.5%的小费。（只收debit/现金）
环境：地板油腻腻的，好几个人都走滑了… 建议大家去一定要穿防滑胶鞋
服务和环境把吃到美食的喜悦全都冲淡了，以后不会再去堂食，最多只会点外卖。

Please don't forget ask the maximum of spicy hot for your dishes. They can make you burn from your mouth to the.and Out

This is a perfect restaurant for spicy food lovers! Went there with my friends for dinner and tried some of their most favorite dishes (they all taste awesome for me!) To pick the best, I would strongly recommend their spicy pork and broccoli! The ambience was good too, it’s like I was sitting in a traditional Chinese tea house!

Worst decision ever to visit this place.
Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

1) Disgusting food (super oily, over-cooked, extremely salty).
We ordered 5-6 dishes, every dish tasted the same. May be the sauces used were same for all. Everyone (we were 5) had a weird tingling sensation on the tongue and throat. We couldn’t even finish half of the food we ordered. All dishes and cups had chips. Plates and chopsticks were greasy.
2) Horrible service. Upstairs was empty except for one couple having food but they didn’t allow us to sit there and rudely asked us to go sit down because they were just 2 and didn’t want to walk all the way up and down to take orders and serve (would’ve made sense if that couple wasn’t allowed too) May be they were being racists and biased with us.
3) The servers/waitresses were extremely rude because we didn’t give minimum 10% tip and hurled curses at us for the same.
We didn’t like the food neither the service so why would we tip high? There wasn’t any compulsion to do so. When leaving they started shouting and pushed the table at us at exit. Very rude, arrogant and disrespectful behavior of the 2 waitresses.

Please go this place to dine-in only if you wish to get rude & arrogant service and also if you’d like to hear abuses for not tipping for the pathetic service.

Let me tell you what happened today, five friends went to celebrate a birthday and were left with distasteful experience, it goes on like this:

1. The service was lousy.
2. We wanted to sit at the top floor but they forced us to sit at the ground floor.
3. The servers were rude.
4. The food wasn't great, all different dishes had the same oil and spices and tasted alike.
5. We ordered crab and it was way too hard to crack moreover the cutlery was broken too and the chopsticks seemed dirty.

Towards the end the two waitresses YELLED at us. We were the only Indian people there and I feel she discriminated and targeted us and shouted for not giving her a tip to her liking. She wanted to milk more money out of us for not doing her job properly.

The worst dining experience ever! Be cautious of this place.

2 people, we ordered three dishes and 1.5 hour later, the third dish never arrived. The waitress not even once checked our table, added water or asked how we liked our food.

When we were about to pay and leave and told them the third dish never arrived and it was not a surprise to find out they didn’t even start cooking it. We didn’t pay any tips because of the poor experience. Seeing no tip left, the waitress yelled at us and cornered us at the front door. Very rude language and disrespectful.

Food was average, chopsticks are dirty, the place is greasy, zero attentive service worth of any tips. We will never go there again.

Be cautious, the waitress now asking for at least 10% tips you must pay. Other wise they are going to yelling at you.

2 people, $60 meal and we paid $5 tips, waitress looked at the tip and started yelling at us, said everyone pays at least 10% and why didn't you pay 10%. Really for $1? You didn't check table, didn't add any water, and at the end you yelling at your customer. Asked to talk to their manager, they said they don't have one, and second waitress came to yell at us for same thing. What is wrong with those people? For $1?
Will never go again.

Foods are tasty. Very good and authentic Szechun cuisine. The reason I rate 3 stars is the service is not good. They are too busy to take care the customers. Only 3 ladies doing all the table services, front desk, cashier, and take out, downstairs and upstairs. The jobs need at least 6-8 people. It took me 40 mins to get my order. The other thing is the environment is not clean. Especially the aquarium is too dirty and the water is green color. A couple of poor fishes are dying in it.

Ordered 5 dishes and waited for 2+ hours!

I’ve ordered so many times for delivery and the foot is always good and enough portion as well. Love their food!

Ordered from HungryPanda, and it said we could pick up at 5: 53pm. When we got there to pick up at 6pm, they told us they didn’t receive any orders until we showed them the online receipt. We had to wait another 25mins for the orders… there were so many people waiting for their togo orders too… i hope the management can be better someday.

Horrible customer service would not take our order even when we asked multiple times but took other tables orders first

Order something to go yesterday and found a hair in Pork blood&indestines in spicy soup. Also the taste is just ok, not as good as expected. Won’t go next time.

Fave dishes were stir fried green beans and also the cumin lamb! Super highly recommended hehe

Nice numbing spices~ some of the dishes felt like it was not enough substance like the chicken and bamboo shoot hot pot which had chicken pieces that consisted mostly of bone but the flavour was so good~

I tried the hot and sour soup and to be honest I'm never really a fan and this version didn't convert me into liking it either it's just a thick viscous soup that is primarily sour and hits the back of your throat with spiciness and has bits of tofu and black fungus in it~

We also got beef in chili oil and it was alright.beef was tender and tasty and the sauce was inundated with chili and spices but surprisingly not that spicy. I personally didn't find the flavour outstanding but again, it was alright!

Food was delicious. If you like Authentic Szechuan style, you should not miss this one.

A bit short staffed, the service was slow, food didn’t come at the same time. Still happy overall.

Been on the lookout for a good Szechuan place in the area for a while now. Found it. Portions are generous, taste of each dish ordered has so far been great. Will be back soon.

Outstanding authentic northern Chinese cuisine. This is very similar to what I tasted in Beijing. I highly recommend the beef with green onion and cauliflower with pork. Perfectly seasoned with the numbing spice and anis.

如果有 0 颗星我就给 0 了。等了大约10分钟好不容易坐下来，点好菜，过了一个小时只上了一道蒸蛋？！这餐厅没有很忙哦，走的时候周围只有一桌三人，我们之后进来的。餐盘不干净以外，装潢也没有的，贴纸箱在门口的窗上墙上，有没有搞错？！一半的菜等不及了最后打包，一道菜還沒煮熟，又取消了一道菜。这样还自己设定小费 12%？！讲实话，他们不配。我以后不会再去了。自己看着办吧，川菜馆很多，选别家吧……

If I have 0 star option, I'd choose it. Waited about 10 minutes to get seated, ordered 4 dishes, after an hour only steamed eggs were served? ! This place wasn't busy, when we left because it was late, there were only another table with 3 people that came way after us. The plates and bowls were dirty, lack of renovation, and they stuck cardboard boxes on their entrance wall/window frames, are you kidding me? ! Half of our order took too long (1.5 hours approx.) ， one cauliflower was undercooked, and we canceled one dish. They even automatically set 12% tip at the cashier? ! Consider yourself warned. There are many Szechuan cuisines, look for better alternatives.

Good food taste but every dishes is little bit salty.
Highly recommend to request easy salt on everything. Found undissolved starch in the szechuan fish.
Poor service.

Food's pretty good and not as expensive as restaurants in richmond, service is not as bad as some people reviewed. But it could be that I went on a Tuesday night.

Food is good but saw waiter take bucket of rice from a table that just left, filled it with some rice and gave it to us lol didn't say anything because don't want them to spit in the food.

Chilli chicken and spicy intestine dishes were excellent. The cold noodle appy was ok. Service was ok. I will need to come with more people to try more dishes.

One of our favorite Szechuan restaurants. They have the best cumin lamb for our tastes! Dinner seems to be consistently good while lunch could be a hit or miss in terms of quality. Portions seems to have gotten smaller as well, but we still love the food so we'll keep coming back. Highly suggest any of the dry pot dishes.

Food is good.

But service is terribly slow! Rice doesn't even come after many main dishes.

Appitizers and cold dishes comes last!

A little bit crowded and is a little slow (cause of the amazing food) but amazing and delicious food they serve.
