Went to get my nails done for the Taylor swift concert, the staff was amazing. They took the time to help find colours and really paid attention to the detail. Over all staff is amazing and would recommend getting your nails done here.

I will not return to this salon. I have been to plenty, but this one ranks the worst. After confirming that they had gel powder dip and seeing them on the shelf, the male technician refused to do it for me which was fine at the time. However, he continued to remove my previous tips even though I was just there for a colour change/fill. This could have been a simple fix but as he was sitting there, he continued to cut/file his own nails using the utensils being used on me. When I asked if he would clean them, he denied cutting his nails and became very defensive, not offering to clean as I had asked. Instead of trying to please the customer, he got very snippy and rude, even stating under his breath "you don't know how to get your nails done". I asked him to repeat himself and he became very short to which I decided he wouldn't be applying tips on my nails and another technician stepped in to fix his work (which was half done and not good to begin with). Thankfully, the second technician did the best she could do with what the man had done to them before and I do genuinely love the colour that she applied for me. As I was with the second technician, he proceeded to make all other incoming customers wait for him even though there were additional technicians available to help them and stated loud to all so I could hear, "I know everything about nails". I left completely dissatisfied and thrown off with how the man handled everything. All of this said and done, I can expect to find my number on his 'bad people' sticky note taped near the cash desk that I could see while getting my nails done.

I come in all the time and I love my experience every time the people that work here are awesome and so funny! Definitely recommend great deals and very acomedating!

I BOOKED an appointment in person 3 weeks prior to my WEDDING.

I just showed up for the appointment to get my nails and a pedicure done for my wedding and there was NO appointment or availability.

I drove 45 from out of town for this appointment and it was my ONLY time I could make it with all our wedding plans.

I am quite sad to not have my nails done for my wedding, especially since I pre-booked my appointment 3 weeks ago.

I love getting my nails done here. Great technique, quick and efficient, and super friendly!

Amazing salon! Went in for a bridal manicure and pedicure with my maid of honour and they did a fantastic job. Very relaxing atmosphere and a nice space. Would go again.

Hanna gave me my pedicure today and I must say I was very pleased. I recommend everyone give then a try you won’t be disappointed.

Han was absolutely amazing. Treated me like a queen for my birthday nail set and pedicure and went above and beyond comfort and relaxation wise. My acrylic set has lasted almost 4 weeks with no breakage or lifting. I do get pretty long nails as well so I’m more than impressed! T-A would by far be top pick when I do get my nails done. I also forgot to mention he will fit you anytime and even stay a bit late for you. The customer service is unreal, all fix’s and lifting is fixed for free:) highly recommend!

I've been to T-A Nails & Spa a couple of times now and every time I go, I'm very happy with the work Hanh and his team have done when I leave. Hanh is very funny and Mandy is very sweet. Prices are comparable to the other two walk in places in town (Westgate mall and Centenoka Mall), but I keep coming back to this place. I've never made an appointment here but I've never had to wait very long. Would recommend this place to all my friends and family. See you soon Hanh.

Han did an fantastic job on my acrylic nails. Very meticulous with creating the perfect shape they look flawless! Quite artistic with nail designs too:) Super friendly and fun staff. Best nails I’ve had in a long time. I definitely recommend trying them out if you're in Salmon Arm.

The man who I think is the owner is so sweet! Makes nice conversation. Nails look good, not thick and bulky, nice shaping, and good enough structure. They encourage using acrylic so if you are only a gel person I suggest going to a spa:)

I got my nails done here today while my husband got a pedicure I’ve never felt so welcome and so comfortable in a nail place the staff was extremely welcoming super kind and made me feel comfortable enough to say anything I needed to will make this my new regular nail place can’t recommend this place enough 10 out of 10 you guys are amazing

I’m so very happy with my new friend and nail artist, Han. My nails are exactly what I asked for and he added diamonds for the prettiest touch. Today was my first manicure of many to follow. Prettiest nails ever!
