I just had the most amazing experience with Pamela and it didn't have anything to do with food. She had asked how I was today and it wasn't 100% but she quickly turned that around. She was so kind and uplifting, made me laugh and gave me a pepperoni stick (its always the small things)! I left feeling better then I did when I walked in. A solid example of a human connection and love towards others. Thank you!

Went to purchase marrow bones for my chihuahuas and the young female did not follow directions. WAY too big. Grrrrrr

I have bought meat and other items from T-Bones over the years, but this was the first time I bought Steaks. I got eight strip loin steaks and not one of them was any good. Very disappointed at the Quality of the meat. For $94 you should be able to count on having a tender juicy flavorful steak. Quite embarrassing when this was what I bought for a family dinner! Won't be buying my meat at T-Bones any longer.

We continue to have a terrific experience at T-Bones at Spall. All the staff are extremely friendly. When we asked for a specific cut of meat to make Brazilian BBQ, they went above and beyond.

It’s clear that this business cares about their customers, both human and canine. We encourage anyone and everyone to support them.

Very good meat store, have dealt here for 15+ yrs. Always ready to give advice on certain cuts and custom cut for special recipes. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

This store is so amazing. The food is always so very fresh, and everything is so delicious. Lisa C.cares so much: it melts my heart. What a wonderful person to have had the pleasure to be helped by today. I recommend this store to everyone and will definitely return again and again!

Charged 50 dollars for two steaks… get them home, and they are the lowest quality beef I’ve had in ages… there must be some sort of mistake.

An amazing array of meat and its sides.and my dogs were lucky with there awesome treats with a doggie section. Every one enjoy. But Watch the wallet.

Be ready to be answered by children. I asked if their veal liver was 100% grass-fed and the little girl behind the counter rudely and proudly told me that veal is fed by milk because it's a baby cow ‍️ WELL YOU DON'T SAY! A+ for you. Was its' mommy grass-fed? I don't roll my eyes at people but I could not stop myself this time. Other than that the frozen veal liver was decently priced.

I love that the chicken breasts still have the tenders attached to them. All in all this is one of our go-to places to buy meat. Sometimes the meat is chewy even on the tenderloins we prefer, so that's why I am only awarding 4 stars.

Only allowed 6 customers at a time.and I would never usually say this, but seemingly overstaffed yet still somewhat slow service even with the restriction of customer volume

This specific location of T-Bones in Kelowna is my fave! The staff are super friendly, professional and helpful. The products are amazing (I have tried tons of different meat and fish items) and I have yet to find something I don't love. The prices are great considering the quality. This is our #1 go-to for our meat and seafood.

A spontaneous dinner decision for steaks led us to T-Bones Meat here in Kelowna.

We were promptly and pleasantly greeted by a young lady offering to help us. However, we hadn’t quite decided on what we wanted yet. The lady just said to give a wave when we were ready. When we were ready, Sarah M.was prompt and ready to help.

Sarah M.greeted us with her exuberant personality filled with confidence, joy, and a passion for costumer service. She was so vibrant and bubbly and just a lot of fun. She made us feel so welcomed and valued as costumers. I hope anyone who shops at T-bones has the opportunity to be helped by Sarah M.

Definitely recommend T-bones for all your grilling needs from dessert, appetizers, grilling meats, and side veggies. From a clean store, excellent selection, and outstanding costumer service, we will be back again and hope everyone else gives them a try too.

Very friendly and helpful for a customer stuck in AB not able to visit for a family members 50th Birthday. Highly recommend and will definitely be back once we're allowed!
