T-Bones Fresh Meal Market - West Kelowna

I went in and ordered some small salads. The girl had filled the containers a little too full, so I asked her to remove half, so she proceded to do so.with her hands. She had gloves, so I didn't say anything, even though the spoon was right there. What I did mind was when I asked for them so I could continue shopping and that she refused to give them to me
Like I was going to steal them. She said she would bring them to the cashiers counter. I then went to order some meat, and it was the same thing, same girl. I had other items in my cart from the shelves. If it were not for the way she made me feel, I would have bought more. I have spoken to other people who have shopped at Tbones, and they never had that happen to them. They were handed their items.

I did not find the quality of the products to be much different than those in Save On. Half of the potatoes in the potato salad were undercooked, and the corn I bought was brown on the tips

I will not be back to shop at a place that left me with an awful feeling. I will shop elsewhere.

Excellent meat market with the best service anywhere. They have fresh as well as frozen meats as well as specialty items. The T-Bones in West Kelowna also has high-quality fresh produce and grocery items. It's a one-stop shop.

Stuffed mushrooms? Stuffed with bread a tiny bit of crab. Shouldn't it be creamy and juicy and idk. Crabby?
Used to be good. Real good. But the last two orders have been dried bread cake in a mushroom.
Please go back to the original way!

I was very disappointed with my fresh turkey and T-Bones in West Kelowna. It cost me $82. It didn’t even feed four people. It was a 12 pound turkey but it didn’t have much meat on it at all, and it was tough. I will never buy a fresh turkey here again, and specifically when I could get a grade A frozen turkey at the supermarket for $25.

The ladies at the west Kelowna location are so great! I bring my two and half year old son who is a massive handful in stores they are so kind and give him stickers to distract him when he arrive! Thanks ladies! You make my shopping bearable appreciate you!

Best beef hands down. I have cooked multiple steaks from this location and the quality is always outstanding and the prices are fair. Highly recommend! Customer service also outstanding! And the new location is amazing. Everything you need for an excellent meal!

First time the other day from Merritt. Nice store. Just disappointed with your Greek salad as it had no black olives and very little seasoning.

The best place in Kelowna/Westbank for meat. The owner Sam is a first class guy and the customer service in his stores is excellent.

I stopped there yesterday and was helped by an awesome young man. I paid for my order and he helped me to my car to put my meat in there. I don't know his name but I thank him as I was having a rough day.

Best meat market bar none. Great service too. Excellent cuts of fresh meats as well as seasoned, frozen, and frozen meals... As well as bones for your favourite pet. And they'll cut to your specifications as well as season your selection.

I would like to start by how blown away by the customer service I experienced here. The customer representative was quick and diligent in providing me with the request I made. The meat itself was well presented and easy to choose from. The place was clean and orderly. Finding what I wanted easy and stress free. Looking forward to many more visits to this establishment and enjoying both the great service and products available.

I was very dissaponited with the customer service I got at t bones i order short ribs and I waited 25 minutes and I still didn't get my. Short ribs ended leaving the store probably never going back again.

Quality and selection. They really stand behind their products, and have been the go to place for my family for years. Highly recommended!

David the owner was a a very reasonable individual. The front of house manager *Pamela* we superb in the way she handled my queries. I wish there was one in Calgary! Fantastic, HIGHLY recommend!

Went into T-Bones today looking for some sirloin flap steak for Carne Asada. They didn't have any behind the glass display, but Sam offered to cut some for me while I waited with a smile! We've been shopping there for years, and the quality of the meat has always been top notch! The staff members are consistently friendly and helpful! Recommend them 100%! Support local West Kelowna business when you can! They try hard to please!

Purchased for the first time last week, and so far everything I have tried has been wonderful. The double smoked bacon was so delicious, and the beef burgers were flavorful and juicy. I'll definitely be doing my shopping here.

Great Big Hooray for T-Bones and the awesome example they are setting. This is a business who cares about the community and have enacted social distancing practices at their store. They are only allowing 5 people in at a time and have put green tape marks on the floor to show how far apart people should stay from one another. The staff in the West Kelowna store are flat out awesome! Thank you:)

Bought steaks very good but tonight we had the beef Wellington’s cooked as directions stated very dissatisfied the steak was a bit frozen and the pastry was not cooked. We have a new stove and have never had a problem with cooking times. When they say cook from frozen I think they should change the times. Will not buy again

Great deals for the best quality steaks you can find! Pamela was working and when she heard it was our first time coming in there she gave us a free lb.of extra lean beef to try on the house. A+ service and quality!

Love that they carry grass fed, grass finished ground beef. It's the best in town hands down. You have to ask for it and they will grind it fresh right then and there for you.

Disappointed no beef liver, after a lengthy explanation still not sure if they stock it or only stock veal and chicken livers.

Great place for old style butcher shop service, just wished they carried locally sourced meats or even Australian meats

Always love T-Bones! Their barbeque sauces are killer, the bacon is awesome and their prepared foods are much better than super markets.
