It's a very nice place with nice owners. Unfortunately, this style of gaming is not main stream, so all the best to them.

Staff is friendly and willing to assist searching for MTG Singles while you stroll the mall. Grading of card condition isn't perfect, leans in favour of the store. Found some singles at this location that I couldn't even find stock of online.

Had do an extremely bad experience Trying to trading card at this location.was told that they did not have enough time to look at my cards and to bring them in the next day when I did I was basically told no they will not do anything with my cards did not even look at my cards Then proceeded to get mad at me and have me banned from selling cards

Haven't had the best experiences at this store. Prices seem to be higher then others such as Stronghold. MTG can be overwhelming to get into and found some staff not to be very helpful and almost belittling not knowing much of the system.

I like the location the employees are pretty nice and pretty helpful prices are pretty fair

Cool selections and very clean store. A bit overpriced and I found the lady that was working there to be very unfriendly and left me feeling alienated trying to ask for help.

I really felt disrespected by her annoyed and impatient attitude towards my inability to correctly pronounce the names of characters and shows, dispite showing her pictures on my phone.

I don’t speak Japanese and English isn’t my first language either. Sakura at Metrotown will be where I’ll be staying from now on.

This store has probably the best all-around selection of different gaming items to be found in the area.

I have been a MtG Collector since 1994, and recently it has been a hassle to find a place that has the Triforce: 1.good singles, 2.fair prices, and 3.knowledgable traders on staff.

T&N has filled an enormous gap in good customer service that kept me away from TCG Stores for years. I finally enjoy going to a store again, and people like Graham, Amber, Connor, Dez, and Ted are to thank.

Lots of selection, standard pricing. Staff was friendly and the store is spotlessly clean.

Good selection of games, prices aren't as good. $70 for Catan and $40 for other games. Store is very bland but you come and go for what you need.

I am totally unsatisfied with the service. I bought a 1000 pieces puzzle couple months ago and after taking 2 months to finish that I realized 1 piece was missing. I didn't miss that it wasn't there from the first. I called them but they didn't take any responsibility even the sales person told me it is not the first time they hear this from a client! They just referred me to Ravesburg company which is not existing in Canada at all. Now I really don't know what to do with uncompleted puzzle that I spent time to finish it

They're consistently offering community events which is absolutely awesome. Due to mall rules your mileage may vary but I hope to see a little Warhammer games there soon!

Knowledgable about MTG + friendly to beginners, good stock of games outside of and within the regular tabletop stuff.

The only store left in Canada that requires everyone to wear a mask like it was April 2020. Funny I pass by there all the time and I’ve never seen a single customer in the store. Totally ridiculous.

Friendly staff and they had plenty of product, so was spoiled by the wide array of choices. They also sell army painter paints and sprays, so mostly likely gonna be heading back often for stuff.

It's a wonderful collection of collector's items. If you're into games and puzzles, they're the best place to visit.

Got to the entrance of the store and got told, "It needs a mask", pointing at my 5 yr old son. There's much better ways to address a situation, so after that rudeness we left, and won't be going back.

They have stock for almost every boardgame
however, prices are extremely inflated. 25% higher than local competitors and almost 50% higher than Amazon. If you're planning on buying a boardgame, plan ahead of time and save yourself some money. They'll secure your money by exchange or store credit return policy. Likely not shopping here again. They're definitely depending on local competitors to be out of stock on specific boardgames.

This store has excellent inventory, the staff are knowledgeable, and the prices are competitive.

Just checked out the new location in Lougheed Town Centre which is beautifully setup. Spent some time browsing their board game section but the store has so much more: Funko figures, comics, Magic the Gathering and more. I purchased a copy of Brew & Calico but sadly, I couldn’t find any of the games on my wish list despite their rather large selection.

Their new location is much larger than before. It is still full of all the great products you'd expect but with a lot more room to navigate through it all.

Everything is organized thoughtfully and the staff can help you locate what youre looking for.

Good selection of random games, playing cards, and game cards. Friendly service, and got some really cool bicycle cards

Very good. Very big. Has a wide variety of games and memorabilia. Fans of comics, games and sci-fi movies will really like it.

Run of the mill, nothing special. Extremely generic selection. Staff seems to be more interested in surfing the internet than engaging customers. If you want a better shop and experience go to Golden Age or Big Pete's.

Fantastic store. Well laid out. Staff are amazing. It's good to have such a neat nerd store in the neighbourhood.

A bit pricier than a few other similar stores but it's in a convenient location and has a great atmosphere & a good selection. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Phat collection of dice! They didnt have the specific dice I was looking for in stock (which is understandable cause they're non standard) but the super duper helpful and nice staff pointed me to the direction of some awesome alternatives and other places to look! I ended up getting this dice set that I totally didn't need but they were so beautiful and a reasonable price!

Staff is superb. I thought prices were outrageous when I was buying DnD resources, but I learned that they're co petting with Jeff Bozo. I've been to 2 sale events both were great deals. I'm new to comic culture, I was recommended a few titles based on my general taste in genres. They nailed every recommendation and they keep nailing it with new recommendations monthly. I haven't participated but seen table top events in the back.

These guys are STICKLERS.they charged me extra for a product and wouldn't give me a discount that was advertised.to boot, poor customer service.

I like to support local businesses unless they are unreasonable. I would like to just start off saying I have always been a big gamer and most of my free time and expendable income goes towards games and entertainment. I've run into my fair share of good and bad stores. This isn't the worst I've encountered but it certainly isn't going to get my business. I've purchased here before and received standard service however my last visit will truly be my last. I wanted to return a gift book I received and assumed I had the standard 30 days to return. I was surprised when they pointed out on the receipt that they only allow 14 days. I get it, it's there rules but quite honestly if your a store and can't even have the standards most stores have is disappointing. Secondly they said it is a open book and they don't accept that either, I paused for a minute. It never came sealed! They were just picking at straws to turn down a return/exchange. I even said I already had the book and would like to get another one instead, normally good customer service would be like sure done. But nope, just looked at me dumbfounded and said they would get in trouble. So I just thanked them for there time and wished them a good weekend. I will personally never suggest or purchase from a store that cares more about the all mighty dollar then customer service

BF shops here a lot, Garland is our go to. Always fun to stop by and look around, sometimes finding stuff I'd read.

The owner Tom, the staff, all super and on top of their product knowledge. Also, the service is amazing everytime. We had a problem with a mtg product and the store manager resolved it in the most professional way possible and made my day. 10/10

I desperately tried to buy something - but all of the comics had spine damage. I'm not if someone did that on purpose or by accident. A lot of condition issues.

Also, there was a guy who was sort of following me - but trying to not make it look obvious. Pretty cheesy but if they get a lot of comic books jacked, I understand. I doubt it though. Again, everything was severely damaged. I wouldn't even buy them for half off lol

Primarily geared towards D&D or similar enthusiasts. They do have a small selection of unconventional board games but nothing as large compared to their US counterpart in Bellisfair mall, Wishes. Prices are premium and higher than the recommended Canadian prices. Their exchange policy, even on a gift receipt is only 2 weeks which I don't like. I go into the store more out of curiosity than actual intent to purchase as the games I like are just too expensive. I recommend it though just to check out.

Great local game store with friendly and knowledgeable staffs and LOTS and LOTS of great selection for various products. Price is competitive considering it's a local store. You can find lots of Funko pops, board games, Magic: the gathering products, comics, figures, statues, art books, and other misc fun stuff.

Probably a good thing I live in Victoria. If I was in Burnaby this store would take all my money all the time.

These guys are great, the hidden gem of Lougheed Mall imo (hidden cause they're on the dead corner of the mall). They have nice, knowledgeable staff who know their specific hobbies be it comics, toys, Magic cards. They also hold card tournament nights and I see RPGers hang there for D&D sessions as well. I warn you, the store has ALOT to look at, so enter at thy wallet's peril! They just opened a new location in New Wesminister too.

Truly always a great experience. An excellent selection of games and accessories for both 'casual' and 'advanced' gamers. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

Huge variety of mostly comic books it seemed. When you think of games you think more like video games, not comic books and funko pop (they have alot of funko pop figures)

Awesome selection of games and collectibles. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are fairly reasonable and I'd rather support a local business than save a couple bucks buying online.

The lady at front with the blue hair took a look at me and ignored me.

I swung by here to take a look at the book collection, and saw a book I've never seen before. I picked it up to take a read.

After barely reading 2 pages, the lady called across the room, "excuse me ma'am please don't lean on the shelf. It will collapse. "

(she called me ma'am when I'm clearly not a female.)

I apologized and straightened myself up. I had a stroke so I needed a bit of support while standing.

Then she crossed the line.

"excuse me please don't read here we're NOT a library. "

I was embarrassed because I just read slow due to a brain injury. I got up and quietly left the store.

I'm never coming back because one: they are very, very expensive and two: very very rude.
