I bought my first badminton racket from T1sports when I was in high school in Vancouver back when I was 17. The staff back then not only gave me a lot of advices on how I should play and what racket I should use. Now I am 22 and moved to Ontario. I decided to order a racket from the store again. The shipping company had some issues and lost my package but T1sports decided to make up for me by resending exact same racket again with a free hoodie to compensate my long wait time. 4 days later the package arrived and they are both carefully packaged and good quality. I highly recommend checking their store.

He even asked me if my arm, back, shoulder etc hurts to recommend the best product for me. Went back not only to buy a limited edition bag, took a friend to buy a racket from them too! I was able to exchange a pair of shoes I got as a gift and Katie made the process super easy and made sure the shoes fit perfectly. She was very nice and informative, as a badminton coach herself, and I never felt rushed. The store's stock was also very abundant and I will definitely be back for all my badminton needs.

I restring tennis racket twice over there. First hybrid one got broken in 2 weeks. Then I switched to polyester string which should be more durable but unfortunately it got broken in 3 months. String quality is not good at all.

Overpriced. No other stores in Vancouver take 5 days stringing the racket. Also charged me for the matching racket bag, which should be free. Just go other stores with better service and price.

Tony and Katie helped me during a busy Saturday afternoon, although they're busy with different customers, they still arranged proper Covid protocols and care for customers' safety as well besides business. My overall experience was great! The associate was informative and patient with my questions and requests. The COVID protocols (ie.prebooked appointments, temperature checks, sanitization, etc.) are reassuring. My badminton rackets were strung and gripped quickly. I was ready to play with my new purchases by the following day. I'll definitely come back again because the customer service is fantastic!

Brought in my racket for stringing on Sunday noon. Called in Wednesday night and asked for updates, was told I can’t get my racket until Friday. There is no single place you can find in Vancouver that will take so long for stringing. Of course, I was mad and asked why I wasn’t told it would take so long. The staff was rude and told me that i didn’t pay rush fee then threatened me they wouldn’t do my business anymore lol.

Came in looking for some intermediate level badminton rackets, and was very pleasantly surprised by the helpful and knowledgeable staff! Rackets were reasonably priced and they had a wide selection of apparel and shoes too!

I had a great experience here, the associate there was extremely helpful and was able to offer me a lot of advice regarding tennis strings and bags. I eventually ended up buying a bag He was also able to accommodate me, despite me not making an appointment previously. All in all, great customer service.

I normally never leave reviews but this place provided such outstanding customer service that I want to give them ten stars if I could.

I came here on an extremely windy and rainy day via transit without knowing about the pre registration prior to showing up in store in person. The lady working behind the counter didn't hesitate to take down my name and phone number and still welcomed me into the store without turning me away.
Since I was here for badminton shoes, the staff took the extra time to show the type/styles that would be most beneficial to me. I never once felt rushed and they gave very detailed info whenever I had questions.
At the end of the purchase I mentioned that it was my first time to the store and they provided tips on caring for the shoes as well as a racquet stringing voucher for future visits.

TLDR;-> Awesome, knowledgeable and passionate staff that can help you find what you want and provide suggestions.

I went to T1 to look to buy a pair of tennis shoes and a tennis racquet. Tony there provided great advice and service. He is very knowledgeable and took his time explaining to me the different shoe options and each individual racquet's functionality. It helped me make the right selection easily. I just started playing tennis a couple of months ago. I decided to upgrade to a better racquet and I found T1 Sports online. I decided to visit their store for the first time and I'm glad I did! Tony was very attentive, helpful, and educated me on various things about tennis. If you're picking out a racquet, I'd highly recommend going to T1 Sports. They pay attention to what your needs are, what type of tennis player you are, and they pick out great racquets that's ideal for you. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

The store has a variety collection of badminton racquet, and many of them has surprising discounts. The owner is very knowledgeable and is really helpful if you need recommendations.

Hands down the best racket shop around. Always friendly, does perfect job and are very quick at doing it too. I just wouldn't consider any other place. It's like Tads but with much better customer service.

Came here because of a referral from a friend, and was pleasantly surprised. The place is open (with call in or walk-in because of COVID-19), although it's a bit clustered together.

I came to buy feather badminton shuttles, but they had racquets, shoes, stringing services, and clothes as well. The person at the desk was very nice and welcoming. He offered help and advice on how the different shuttles compared against each other, which is something I haven't experienced before at other stores. Their shuttles have a small buy-2 discount which makes their prices below the competition here. When I asked for an itemized receipt (for company benefit claims), the guy at the desk was kind enough to write one out separately for me.

Overall, I had a great experience, and I'll come again when I finish using the shuttles I bought.

I bought both my racket and shoes for badminton from this store and both times I had an amazing experience. The staff really takes the time to walk you through your options and find what is the right fit for you. One of the best sports shopping experiences I have had.

First time visiting the store,
Had little trouble finding the entrance, but once inside, it was very pleasant talking with Tony.
He helped me get my old racket restrung, and while doing so got myself a tennis shoes and new racket.
Tony was very pleasant to deal with. He was very knowledgeable and respected not only me but everyone who visited the store at that time.

The gentlemen there is very knowledgeable, they have a good selection of the equipment that you “need”.

I almost ordered a more expensive type of string but the guy advised me to use a different one which is cheaper and better for my playing style. So he won’t rip you off or try to gain more money from you. They do accept cash only for the re-stringing so prepare that which I didn’t, but they were nice enough for me to pay for that service when I pick it up. Overall very pleased experience and my go to tennis store from now on.

Just bought the 2nd badminton racquet with the help of Tony, the manager. He is very knowledge about the equipment and giving out professional opinion with what to choose. Got my first badmintoon shoes from here, really great experience. Tony is very helpful and knowledable. He gave me an overall introduction and then helped me find the best fit for me. It was kinda busy when I visited, but he took care of every customer with his patience. He also taught me how to maintain my shoes and gave me coupon for next visit. Definitely recommended!

Really tiny store, I bought a two pairs of shoes there, not really that good of a place wouldn't recommend and the staff there seem rushed and almost as if they are forcing you to buy shoes/raquets ect.

Tony was helpful and knowledgeable. When I bought my Babolat Pure Drive tennis racquet the price was very reasonable and the stringing service was ready next day.

We bought tennis shoes yesterday and wanted to exchange it today but the owner was so rude and said all sales are final. He hadn't told us when we bought the shoes though. Also he didn't give us reciept yesterday. He raised his voice on us. The worst experience I've ever had in years: (

I'm so glad you showed your real attitude by your reply. Rather than apologizing for your bad behavior you're accusing me of yelling. We were so calm and quiet and waiting for you to service other customers. You were the one without even looking at shoes told us your sells are final sales.
I clearly told you my son hadn't weared it OUTSIDE and tried it on INSIDE court but he wasn't listening. Of course I didn't claim the shoes were new. We were trying to tell your staff (YOU) my son's foot was HURT because of shoes and your staff didn't care. In any other stores there is an exchange rule for even USED ones. This pair of shoes, we realized has a problem with my son's foot after a few games and wanted to exchange it the same day but your store was closed.
Anyway, they are good while selling you something but after that they're TERRIBLE. Even now by putting out my teenage son's name ILLEGALLY on a public website which they collected as PRIVATE client information proves my point. They are accusing a kid publicly of something he didn't do to cover their mistake. Anyway, I don't recommend them and if they continue this terrible attitude and behavior I'll do something serious about it.
By the way, I'm sure your security camera shows that I asked for the RECIEPT but your staff started yelling and changing the subject and didn't give me the reciept at the end.
I'm gonna check with ADIDAS to see if it's a FAKE or real one which you sold us. My son's playing tennis for years and never returned or had a problem with his tennis shoes. This one was really strange. He tried to play with those shoes again and his foot started BLEEDING after a few games. Of course you don't care. You finalized your sell.

Not a good place at all, being a person that doesn't mind bad customer service, I couldn't understand how bad their customer service can get, wouldn't recommend. Also there isn't much tennis gear there, and the stuff that is there are all out of date. The badminton stuff is also out of date. Don't even like the customer service.

Tony is very patient, helpful, and has great multitasking skills! He helped me choose a pair of badminton shoes according to my skill level and needs and taught me the appropriate angle my ankle has to be when tying up the laces and proper shoe care to maximize longevity. Tony also took the time to help my sister choose a comfortable pair of badminton shoes, keeping in mind she has to wear ankle braces due to bilateral weak ankles and that my sister can be a challenge to fit considering she is very sensitive to even cushioning by the heel cup (which she considers painful). He nearly took 2 hours to fit my sister while also fitting my other 4 friends with their badminton shoes simultaneously, and throughout the process, my sister felt that she was taken care of very well. I will definitely come back!
