The staff have been generally patient, kind and helpful.they know Mom and are good with her. It must be noted that funding for Tabor Home by Fraser Health is nowhere near what a private care home would have so staffing levels and building quality cannot be compared. We are glad Mom is here in a subsidized bed.

Most of the male careaides are not empathetic, or compasionate they never seemed to care for my Dad, it felt like my Dad was a burden to them. I was feel they need to learn more about compassionate care! As a HCA myself I would not recomend Tabor Village to any Dementia client. RIP Dad you are safe now

As I read most of these comments and they are negative that dose not surprise me I to worked there and was bullied by staff and management my union did nothing it was a horrible experience I would never send anyone I love there EVER and if your looking for work look somewhere else anywhere else

Very unprofessional place - management has no respect for you or your time

I would give it 0 stars if I could. I was a former employee. And I chose to quit due to bullying from both the managers and the some of the staff. I would never recommend anyone to work there. I was naive to think this place is caring from the heart, when it's far from it. It's all hierarchy, rumors, and abuse. Whoever reads this, do NOT work at Tabor Home.

Goodluck. Because you'll need it. They will spread rumors, degrade you and disregard your hard work.

I was bullied by a former manager after I raised my concerns after she promised me she'll hear my side. I tried reach to the owner of the company to discuss my issues, he said he'll reach to talk to me but he NEVER did.
