The food was very poorly put together. Small portions. The food took a really long time to be made. We ordered no cheese and they put cheese.

The female bathroom says out of order but the staff were using it. The male bathroom has no soap. Like not out of soap, literally no soap dispenser.

We waited probably 15 minutes to order. No one at the front. Our food was another 15 minutes.

They were clearly understaffed. The staff that was there seemed very un happy and disinterested in getting the job done.

The place was super messy. Reciepts everywhere on the counter. The tables all dirty.

Basically I found my food to be inedible. I didn't eat mine and just threw it away.

Worst taco bell experience ever and that's saying a lot.

Just went through the drive thru and ordered 2 crunch wrap supremes and 2 fry Supremes. My boyfriend found a moldy tomato on his fries. I called the store and spoke with someone and they told me that "it's not possible because she checks every tomato and they come pre cut. " girl you might need to use your benefits if you have any to get your eyes checked, because serving moldy food is so disgusting then to deny it and say its not possible is horrible customer service. It is possible and it happened.

One of the worse taco bell locations I have ever visited, food was bland and dry.
Please make sure your cooks add sause and flavours lol. Great staff thou

Worst! Ordered chili cheese fries it is very disappointing. The beef in it is not even placed properly and, most likely, not even 1 tablespoon. This franchise location's owner is the problem that makes KFC look bad. The owner is very cheap, and that is why the quality of food and service sucks.

Went thru the drive thru. Lady infront of me apparently ordered chicken they had to make. So instead of parking her and running the line they made me wait over 20 minutes. By the time I got my food it was ice cold…not even made fresh.

Long wait even though basically no line up. Didn’t put items in bag, had to go back. Super cheap on beef filling like barely anything & everything’s poorly made

Took forever to order due to staffing, they forgot one of the fries, the fries supremes were so overpriced for how pathetic they are and then the tacos had hardly any beef and were mostly lettuce. The crunch wrap supreme was so disappointing! There was hardly any meat, a tiny bit of lettuce and no tomatoes so all I could taste was the wrap. Worst fast food experience of my life! We will never come back due to how pathetic the food was. Incredibly disappointed and dissatisfied. Our daughter was so excited to get tacos and it ended up being a terrible experience and we had to go get dinner elsewhere after.

Slow service and the tacos are mostly bread then the filling chicken, cheese, lettuce eta. The food it’s not the worth the money

Brutal, terrible, every table dirty half the lights inside don't work? Or maybe it's just so people think it's closed so they don't come in? The worst customer service/terrible food.

I had the 7 year itch to try Taco Bell. Took a whopping two hours to have delivered to my house and it tasted like fridge food. How this store is still operational is beyond me.

This place can’t get an order right to save their lives. And won’t pick up a phone either. Don’t eat here

Worst service ever, front door closed early 6: 15. Then go into drive thru wait 25 min to be told they were closed and we were not getting served. I told the lady that we drove from abbey as a special treat for my son and she said we are closed but says they are open tell 9: 30 on line.
Will be calling a manager! So mad

Worst Taco Bell ever! Never open and if they are be prepared to wait at least 45 minutes even if there is only two cars in front of you.

This place is so poorly managed it’s unbelievable.if they’re actually open, you wait 20-30 min in the drive thru, and the other half of the time, they’re closed “Due to a staff shortage”

So, I waited in line at around 6: 15 pm tonight, only to get up to the speaker box at 6: 55 and be told they are no longer taking orders and are closed, they are closed at 7pm. I proceeded to wait for the cars in front of me get served, waiting another 10 min just to leave and not be served at all. I would have appreciated being able to leave, cause I get it, your closed, even though it was 5 min to close. I just would have liked some notice, and at the very least the cars in front of me moved so that I could leave. It just sucked, not really how I wanted to be spending my time.

This location is an absolute joke. The previous time I waited 30+ minutes in the drive-thru for them to tell me they were only doing kfc. This time I waited another half hour for them to close almost 10 minutes early because they took an order that they told us would take them 5 minutes to make, so they could not take any more orders.

Store isn’t open on the inside and the drive through is always packed and takes forever. We told them our order multiple times and they still got it wrong.

This Taco Bell is awful. I went today and spent 30 mins in line and there was only 2 cars there when i pulled up. The sauce used on the Gordita and chicken quesadilla was some Smokey chipotle sauce I’ve never had at a Taco Bell before. The chicken in the quesadilla was so brown I’m pretty sure it was beef. The bean burrito we had (the picture) was awful, had chopped onions on it which I’ve never seen in another Taco Bell, was ice cold and beans didn’t seem edible. I’m not sure how this place is still open, it only operates from 1-7. They really should just close down before someone gets sick from their food.

They don’t give you napkins unless you ask. The Steak Burrito Supreme was more like a small wrap, with 2-3 ingredients inside. Service was horrible. Taco Bell was one of my favorites ‘till now. I will not go back there again.

Very long wait In drive thru, food was so bad I couldn't eat it. Avoid at all costs. This is coming from a huge tacobell fan. 19 dollars to waste.

UPDATE: desperately wanted Taco Bell and decided to try again. Lobby is closed permanently, and the drive through is only open from 1-7. Just close already. You’re a waste of space for another business that could actually be open and serving people!

The absolute WORST place ever! Waited FOREVER for food and had 3 people who ordered after me and a skip driver served, made a comment and was told they skipped over our order. Poor older gentleman who ordered before me didn’t even get his food either. Demanded a refund and on the way out, heard the manager berate the front counter kid when she wasn’t even working herself. My boyfriend had to go back and say something to the manager for blaming the kid so loudly in front of all customers. She was EXTREMELY unprofessional blaming her employee, training starts with management and this location has S**T for management! NEVER GOING BACK! Wish I could give 0 stars

Google and the tacobell.ca website both say that this location is open each night until 10 PM -
but upon driving to the facility found that it's only open until 7 PM -
y'all need to update your hours and get some people in there because that is not normal Taco Bell hours -
you're losing business this way

I stopped for lunch on a long drive from Vancouver Island to Kamloops, but the restaurant was closed when I got there. I had checked the store hours that morning before leaving (open at 10: 30, closed at 11pm), but when I arrived there was a sign on the door saying "Hours 1pm-7pm".

I’m just going to leave this with you so you know where my bias is. I absolutely love Taco Bell, it’s one of my favourite treats.

So two years ago this establishment was quite operational, food was fast and tasty. Now the service is horrendous, the front isn’t open to customers and the drive thru takes 30-45 mins, and my orders always wrong or missing items. I understand that they are experiencing a staffing shortage, so it’s unfortunate but this place really blows now. Wish it wasn’t the case because there really isn’t a lot of taco bells around these days ️

Horrible we called and asked if Dine in was open, they said still drive thru only. We waited 30 minutes in line to be told that they have no Taco Bell. Why would they not tell us this on the phone or put a sign at the front of the drive thru. This place has been terrible for the last 18 months not sure how the owner keeps this franchise.

It’s never opened, always closed. Inside is always closed, drive-through is also always closed and when it isn’t closed it takes sooo long

Honestly most of the reviews said it already but I have never in my life experienced worse service anywhere. Ordered 5 tacos and 2 fries with 2 drinks, gave us drinks with no sauce, the wrong tacos, and half serving of fries, just to call and have no one answer the line. Took over 20 calls to get someone on the phone to address this issue and they refused to fix the meals/refund us. They said it was because they closed at 7. By the time they picked up the phone it was 7: 04! And I should state from ordering our food and repeating the order back to the lady 3 times and waiting for over an hour to receive the food it was still all wrong and nothing was done to correct it. Do yourself a favour and AVOID this place like the plague

Absolutely disgusted with this stories actions tonight. Let us wait in line after a lworker put a chair behind our truck. We get to the window and he says "we stopped serving at 7 ". Sorry to 3 children who patiently waited.horrible communication and management.

In a nut shell if there was 0 star i would give to this garbage service, ignorant staff non caring management if there is one.
Chilliwack people stay away from this dump place and rude staff, I wonder how long till someone gets sick eating there or how many people already did.

We couldn't finish the food it was so gross. Never going back there. It's not even worth my time critiquing each item, but they weren't even worth the one star. And, we waited forever for the food! How is this place not shut down?

If you want to wait 45 mins for one chicken burger every time this place is the one for you! They are a complete joke. They are NKT fast food

I'm in drive-thru while the restaurant was still open and an employee comes out, puts a chair down in front my vehicle, approaches my window and says "Sorry we're closed".

3 people in line ahead of me, so I ask "Hey I've been waiting in line, can't I order? " however she just walks away.

The restaurant has locked their doors as well despite the sign saying they were still open.

Omg drive through takes forever and we went there today and we waited in drive through line for 10 mins and nobody was there then we tried to go in and nobody was there either and this was 3: 30 in the afternoon and what did nobody show up for work?

They only get an order out every 10-15 minutes through drive thru… the only method of ordering in person. Be ready to wait an hour

Listed hours are just a straight up lie, went here on February 6th and they were closed at 12pm! Waste of a 30 minute drive. Just shut this place down already because they clearly dont want to be open.

Hours online are listed as open till 11pm, drove out 20 minutes to find out they closed at 7, only indicator was a random chair in the middle of the drive thru like with no sign on it. Had to get out and walk up to the box to find out they were closed, gotta say I'm unimpressed.

Slow drive-through which I can understand but they couldn't get my order right. Ordered 11 tacos said it three times when I got home only got 8. Never going there again

Worst place in chilliwack. They make you wait 10 mins at the orderbox without saying anything, they didnt give napkins and then when you ask for the hottest hot sauce they give you the mild, had to repeat myself 3 times before they got the right order. I would seriously rethink going here.

Says there open till 10pm but they’re actually not they close at 7, drove 40mins excited for Taco Bell and they were closed. They need to update they’re hours online so unprofessional if I could I would give zero stars

The worst drive thru everr Always extremely slow last 2 times (both early before 6pm) waited 30 min in drive thru only to be told we got to finally order the taco bell portion is now closed? Then u are stuck in the worlds slowest drive thru just to get out of line with no food after 45 min you can’t get back and are hungry. VERY poorly managed feel bad for the kids that work here. Hope management reads the reviews and make some changes. We will never go back here again.

The slowest drive-thru "fast food" restaurant I've ever been to. Not just once or twice, I've been here over a dozen times and it's always a 15 to 20 minute wait. Ridiculous.

After 30 mins waiting in the drive through line, we decided to just park and go inside only to find they were only open for drive through.good bye forever.

Drive-thru only as dine in is still closed due to COVID. It can be a bit slow during busy times. We thank the lady at the window who gave us an abundant amount of Fire Sauce (upon request!)

They must be very short staffed as they did not have their indoor seating open and it took 30 minutes to get our food through the drive through with 4 cars ahead of us

Slowest drive through I have ever been in! I have been waiting over 25 mins and there was 4 Cars ahead of me. The most outrageous part is I walked up to the door to see if it was open and saw that TWO workers are on break eating! Horrible customer service

Unfortunately, as the others are saying: the dine-in is closed and drive-thru is atrociously slow. I was adamant to stay in line because I really wanted to try the doritos taco. I regrettably did not check my bag before driving away before realizing that they forgot my doritos taco. The rest of the order was miserable: hardly anything in our other tacos and our fries were cold and stale.

I feel bad for the staff. I reckon they're probably understaffed here. Why else would it be this dismal?

The drive through was quite slow. We entered the line just after 6 PM, and got up to the window and payed for our food at 6: 48 PM. Very painful!

I was happy with my food and also glad that let me walk thrue the drive thrue as transport will not fit thank you

Quality hasn't changed, portions are similar, but the price has skyrocketed. They've eliminated half the reason I go to Taco Bell. I predict this brand will soon vanish off the face of the Earth. They also stopped serving some of my staple favourites. Also your paper straws are actively revolting. RIP Taco Bell.

Hmm, dirty place, unprofessional staff, and food was terribly soggy. I came out of there feeling like I was an inconvenience to them for ordering there food.

Waited in line for half an hour only for them to close as we got to the order window. There was a line up behind us. As we got to the window we could see them pulling out the chicken and other food items. Not sure if they were going to waste it or serve old already cooked food to the next days customers. No need to go back there again, food hasn't been that good the last while. Heard of other people complaining about it lately to.

Update your hours if you're closing 40 minutes before your posted times. Drove 20 minutes for nothing, closed at 10: 20 supposed to be open till 11. Thanks!

Not cheap. $52 for 4 people to have dinner. But it's not the standard fast food either, you pay for the variety I guess

HORRIBLE! Waited (STUCK) in drive thru line for 20 minutes with only 3 cars ahead! Speaker was broken with no sign. Had to order at the window. Staff was very rude and slow. Wouldn't let me use their bathroom and I'm pregnant! Paid $8.99 for a beef taco which had about 1 teaspoon of beef. And 2 cups of lettuce! And it was a soft taco instead of hard, cheese unmelted. Old French fries that were inedible. Disgusting. Waste of time and money. They locked their front doors so we couldn't go back in to complain! Shameful! Oh yea and there was a long thick hair I pulled out of my mouth that was in my taco!

Grande nachos are full of salt blech. If you love salt, never mind it's not bad (lol). The oil the fries are fried in tasted sooooo old. Really disappointed, and too comparable a price to a sit-down meal in a nice restaurant; no thanks. Two stars, though, because lady in drive thru was truly a breath of fresh air. Hope they treat her well!

Got the Tuesday Toonie Chicken sandwich. Chicken was tender juicy and crisp.not greasy. Bun was cold. I would have preferred it warmed or toasted. Even at retail I'll go back to this KFC again.

Ordered nachos Supreme.less than a teaspoon of beef on it and about 5 tiny diced tomato pieces. At least it is consistent as a 2nd order was the same!

The food, the service is absolutely the WORST
I ordered a quesadilla and got something that resembled a slice of something that was run over on the highway
Was there when it opened, first inside, when ordered the cinnamon sugar desert first told they sold out, when reminded they just opened was then told they didn't have any?
Will definately not return, worst food and customer service I have experienced in a long time
