Asked for a vegetarian bean crunch wrap and was given a beef.didn’t notice til a few bites in, i am vegetarian and haven’t eaten meat in 4 years i am DEVASTATED.never eating taco bell AGAIN!

Wednesday night @ 7: 30.to be trapped in the drive-thru for 25 minutes is ridiculous! What is going on in this place? Apparently catering to meal delivery companies? I hope the food is good because this is so irritating.

The tacos were good, and the hot sauce is probably my new favorite sauce. It's not spicy but tastes good. But everything else was subpar. The crunch wrap supreme tasted like burnt cardboard. The bajablast was watery and the chilli cheese burrito wasn't so much chilli as it was a soggy wet diaper. Don't bother with the supreme fries either. Kinda tasteless. If you do order maybe ask for more meat. The meat was honestly pretty good.

The last 3 times I've been here they've been out of whatever it was I wanted to order. Today was the Crispy Melt Taco Big Box. Apparently they're out of the tacos eventhough they've got posters all over their windows and menu showing it. And I have yet to catch them while they have Baja Blast available despite it being plastered across all their menus.

Hours for dining in says closes at 11 pm I come at 9 pm there is workers in there and a homeless man but inside is closed maybe they should update there dining hour’s apparently some issue inside but homeless man in there

Lady working at the drive thru was really nice and made our order super fast. I think her name was avneet.

Mexican pizza! I missed it! I had it again during a trip to California. It wasn't as good as I remember it being, but I am willing to try again. I used to LOVE the Mexican pizza.

Terrible ordered from Uber eats my order was missing items and the items that came were pitiful a literal skid mark of beef in the tacos and a paper thin quesadilla. Every time Ive been through the drive thru it’s always like 45 minutes. Do not go to this location unless you want to waste close to an hr in the drive through and be completely disappointed

The building is really really old dirty service was is super slow the food is Luke warm at best or cold sometimes don't have some menu items

My local Taco Bell shut down, was in the area so stopped here for a quesadilla & some soft taco meals.
The young man at the front counter was doing his best at taking orders & bagging all the food, seemed like a lack of staff support.
I had to ask for my 3rd drink I paid for, my quesadilla (on its own) cost over $7 - I didn't even get any salsa /sour cream with it, no taco hot sauce, fries supreme looked pitiful with the lack of toppings thrown on it, tacos were small. My food was approx $38 total & IMHO it was not worth it. Do better or lower your prices. What are we even paying for now? Oh right "inflation"

Sad because I'm a long time Taco Bell fan.

Not to mention the horrible location, trying to get into that lot is a nightmare.

One star because its the only taco bell around but the service is absolutely horrible, always missing items or wrong orders staff have no idea what theyre doing and poorly trained

Terrible food…. Super hit and miss at this location. Spent $25 on 4 tacos. Dorito hard shell, 7 layer burrito & crunch wrap supreme plus an additional taco.

All were stale and actually bad smelling with hardly any meat inside.

You have to ask for everything. Be it sauce, tissues, cutlery. Other than that its usual taco bell

Just an awful fast food joint. Drive Thru has always been, in my experience, 15-20mins. They work incredibly slow inside and seem to always be understaffed. Good luck with your order folks.

If anyone looking to eat something better not go here. It is much better to stay hungry then going to this place. Food not good. Employees are rude and talking to each other. No greeting to customer. Customer leave unattended even they are. Most of times the ladies over there busy in talking to each other and lastly Long wait for food

My first time trying taco bell and man was i disappointed. Total garbage and waste of money. Portions were too small, the order didn't match the description. The filling in the wrap was not nearly enough. Spend a little extra money and buy food worth eating. Never eating this garbage again!

Was not a very good experience. The place is dirty.the employees are not very cautious on washing there hands after they touch their ear and then touching food.

Most horrible place to eat. Got the order wrong 3 times in one visit. Line up was super slow waited 15 mins to place our order then another 15. Finally just asked for a refund.

Not bad at all. But no Baja Blast which is blasphemous to not have with Otherwise the quality was much better than any other locations I’ve been too. It’s got air conditioning too which helps with the powdered meat sweats.

Nice cozy place for a dine in. We ordered a take-out which was prepared efficiently and quickly by the lady at the counter. Should be a nice cozy place for a sit-down meal as well.

I love Taco Bell unfortunately KFC seems to be dropping them from their stores. And I must say this one actually does a very nice job of it as well one of the better Taco bells I've been to

Slowest drive thru ever but the food is usually hot and mostly accurate.the workers are impossible to understand.

Horrible staff. Takes forever to fulfill your order. Every time I ordered from this location, my food was wrong order.

If I could give a zero star I would. The food was disgusting and cold. Never again. Save your time & money.

I feel bad for this place because it's in such a central location and gets super busy with drive thru, people inside and food delivery orders. You can expect to wait a while but the food still slaps so five stars it is

Regular customer. Good and fast service. Worth its price. If you're expecting gourmet food you might be at the wrong place.

Gross, the shell got soggy and collapsed and was way too salty. I guess that's about what I should expect from Taco Bell.

The absolute worst fast food place in all of Langley/ Surrey we waited for a 20 minutes each to be seen in line and then 40 minutes for three tacos that sat on the bench getting cold till I demanded they hand us our food and stop ignoring us in lieu of drive thru. Terrible service and it's been like this both times I went. Won't ever go back

I could cross all the country for a crunchy cheese gordita. We know it’s not a real taco, but still been delicious. Slow service but kindly, I prefer to order directly in the counter because it was a big line for the drive thru. I can’t believe there are so few Taco Bell in BC. I give 4 stars because the place it was dirty and old.

Horrible. Burnt quesadillas, no mash potato, no big crunch sandwich, drive took 35 mins to get through. The staff barely could get through taking an order. Honestly please avoid this place. Just go to the one in the mall 2 mins away.

I ordered 2 crunchwrap supremes and combined they had enough beef for less than 1 hard taco. Also they were cold by the time i got them (drive through) because it took them 15 minutes to deal with 3 cars. I got a picture of the inside of these things, it's pathetic.

Love the vegetarian crunchwrap but would be nice if it's highlighted on the menu on display. I didn't see it mentioned but luckily had a friend recommend it to me before

So I ordered a Beef Crunchwrap Supreme Combo with a drink. The so called meal I received should have been called "Small amount of beef, not crispy at all with old fries" Combo cause that's what I got! Should have noticed that the parking lot was virtually empty. No one was dining inside.but I didn't. Don't know if I'll be back or just walk in and inspect my food before receiving. On the plus side. Parking was easy. One Star. Cashier was polite. Second Star.

Taco Bell is the best fast food, and in Canada you can get fries supreme. What is fries supreme, you might ask? Just order it and find out

10: 45pm on Wednesday crew was rude & accepted a doordash order from their end, only to tell me after the 7km drive to their store that they are no longer accepting doordash orders, then proceeded to accept more orders from customers.and that i had to cancel it from my end. Very poor treatment from their staff. Ended up creating a 30 minute long situation & costing me my own expense. Recommend drivers avoid this location

This place has the longest drive-through wait in Langley, and the narrowest drive through. Don’t include hot sauce, and have zero customer service.

Slow service, but hot food every time. They were super busy, but on one seemed to come back with missing items. June 2021: masks mandatory, no seating inside

I asked specifically 3 times for a cheesy gordita crunch vegetarian style as my fiance is vegetarian turns out they put meat in it and she was sick to her stomach after the first bite stay clear.

Would be a 5 star, as I came here a few times this week and really enjoyed my food. Tonight unfortunately by the time I got home and noticed, one item missed from my drive thru order, and mixed up on one item.

Updated: down another two star.tried to go again, another let down.

Went to KFC/Taco Bell the day before Father's Day to pickup a meal for my family and my neighbours family. Both families ordered the Triple Bucket Feast and the Kentucky Bucket, but both orders were short a side of fries. Very disappointed.

Too long of a wait. 50% chance you get the right food. When they get it right it is really good though

No indoor dining still. Even though it's allowed in the province. And no outdoor seating to eat either. And was rudely told that "no indoor eating when I arrived and asked about it". Definitely won't go back to this location, even though that was my 1st time going there in the first place.

No Greetings, no smile, no customer service
Bought Cheese fries, charged me $3.99 plus tax and gave only fries and pinch of cheese just for showing, keep seating in office, no manners to talk with customer and also bought veggie bean burrito, just red kidney beans and bit of sauce, doesn't look like any veggies are there.
Run down place, keep increasing prices and no cleanliness over the counter.

Good food and good customer service. There was some confusion between Tacobell and KFC if there are different lines or not.

I never eat here but sometimes my kids do. Well.there was a hair in two different items. My son gave me a bite and a long hair pulled right out of it. Confirmed my disgust for the place. None of them were wearing hair nets! Isn't that a violation of health and safety? Gross!

So much difference between franchises. I am not in the habit of a poor review but the meat in burrito was so salty, i couldn't eat it. And we laughed at how samll the portion for the taco was.

We went to this location all the way from surrey and what we saw was an empty ground.
It is a wrong location there is no store at this location.

They didn't even fill our drinks all the way. Then they asked if we wanted sauce, we asked for hot sauce they didn't give us any sauce. If they accidentally gave us ketchup or something it would've made sense but she asked if we wanted sauce only to ignore our request

Ordered 3 tacos. And they forgot the order so I had to wait approx. 20min.and taco had.almost no beef.never coming here again

This location was very busy. Despite it being very busy, the food was hot and fresh. The service was quick and friendly. The gentleman that helped me was very polite

Stood in line for 20 minutes while 4 of them in the kitchen ran around and helped drive-thru. Didn't even acknowledge me. Then when I ordered I still had to wait another 8 minutes.

Horrible service and very rude to my fiancé and I. After waiting 45 minutes for our food in the drive-through they got our order wrong and we’re extremely rude to us both. Not going here again.

I live close by and have tried this location a few times. I notice my brother had sour cream on his tacos elsewhere and realized I’ve never had that at this location. I made a point of asking for sour cream and they charged me for extra sour cream. There was maybe one drop of sour cream on each taco. The tacos aren’t even good without it. This location is terrible and demonstrates how far town Taco Bell/kfc has gone. Go to another location or a different taco place. The chicken is bad at this location too. Overall bad food quality.

I have never once come here and received my full order. Every single time at least one thing is missing or wrong.

Absolutely RUDE and unprofessional.
***Will not take cash***. No visible signage advising this during my 10 minute wait in my truck in the drive through line up. Once I finally got to window, the male rep treated me like I was a complete bother. Not accepting cash is basically saying "We don't want your business". Being RUDE and unprofessional tells me "Go somewhere else, you aren't worth serving".

Really disappointed with the lack of safety measures taken by this restaurant during this pandemic. The manager who handled my food and payment was not wearing any gloves, no barrier between the window and the debit machine was not wrapped. Watched the other employees and no one was wearing any gloves to handle the food. Would not go back here again. Clearly their customers safety is NOT a priority.

The food was good but they should really stop being cheap on hot sauces. He first only gave me 3 packets. When asked more, he gave two more. Come on! South of the border, they just have it piled on the counter. Stop being cheap on sauces.

We always get wonderful service. The food is fresh. And delicious is always. We haven't had any bad experiences at this place. I enjoy going there and seeing the staff. They're very friendly and polite. And they take care of everything in a fast order.

Lousy service. 3-4 people working in the back while the front counter is completely ignored. Expect to wait 10 minutes at least before you can even order. And that's when it's not busy.

If claudia is working then the service is the best she will always make sure ur happy. This is one of the best kfc taco bell locations near me. Some locations dont like to give plum sauces for some weird reason and i have never had that problem at this location. If u want good service this is the best location.

Got a free pop because the stupid app wouldn't let me get one. Great food and service was friendly but the app is trash.

Longest wait through drivethru ever and they weren’t even busy inside either. Plus same person who took the order again asked at the window any sauce when I told her during the order.

They put too little stuffs in menus. Didn't even have sour cream. Taco and chalupa were really thin. Also, service was too slow.

Appalling filth. Tables are sticky. Bathroom is 3rd world. The whole place is grimy and unwashed.
Feels like I walked into a fast food restaurant in India.
Fast food is cheap and so they can't afford quality employees, I get that. But I'll gladly pay a buck more for a taco if it means getting staff that are good with English and familiar with Canadian health and sanitation standards.
