Taco Bell

I used to enjoy going to Taco Bell when coming down island. This is my last time. They only had 4 out of the 8 menu items available, Coke machine wasn't working, not a single clean table, Waited 15 minutes for my order and was the only one there. The only positive thing I could say is the staff were friendly

The staff tries. Or at least the ones that helped me do. That's all you can ask from a place like this.

Don't eat here if you plan on eating unless you call ahead online will say they are open and they will be closed vary unconsistant hours

Every interaction with this store has been well below par, the business practices at this location should concern the franchise department at Yum! Brands. The only consistency from this location is the inconsistency of operating hours and miserable staff. Someone needs to step in and fix this location.

My hubby and I went here today for the first time and wow.they sure did not give any effort whatsoever in serving their food. Place was not very clean. Don't even bother grabbing fast food here. Save yourself the dissapointment and maybe just go somewhere else

My husband is a huge fan of Taco Bell, and this location turned out to be a huge disappointment during our short trip to Nanaimo. Online it says that it's open until 10PM, it is not. We went around 8PM and it was already closed, doors locked. We called their phone, nothing. Drive-thru, not working. However, we could clearly tell there were at least 2 employees inside.
Next day checked again during the afternoon, still not open. What's the point?

Friendly staff. Food was warm. Really didn’t like the kid in the back building the tacos w his bare grippers. Maybe he washed his hands beforehand but didn’t sit right with me.

Had food poisoning after visiting here. The rice was extremely stale and almost immediately after eating i became sick i am just recovering after 4 days now. I have only ever had food poisoning once before but not nearly as bad as this time. You guys are not following health regulations!

Me and my roommates drove all all the way up from Victoria. Google said they close at 11, and we arrived at 8: 30.
When we got to the front door, a guy outside on a break told us it was closed and to use the drive through. We were in the drive through for 20 minutes, and when we finally were greeted at the menu, we were told that the Taco Bell closed an hour ago. Employees did not seem to know what they were doing, and we would not have made the trek if we knew it would be like this.

Was closed before posted hours. Staff was inside and didn’t care we were knocking on door.

I live in Courtney I was working up in the nimo my family wanted KFC and Taco Bell so I got there I ordered the team at the restaurant was clustered didn't know what to do with a big order like that got my order didn't think to check it Drove an hour home and this is what I got! That's my bucket of chicken for a familay and my taco supreme looks good doesn't it. Will we bring it back tomorrow just like that

The til was down and they weren’t accepting orders so I asked if I could pay cash and they couldn’t accept it either - long story short they made me a Crunchwrap supreme anyways since I came from Victoria and gave it to me for free:) great people!

If I could give a zero star I would. Ordered 10 normal tacos and 2 crunch wrap supreme no sour cream on anything. Repeat multiple times.

Instead everything including the tacos that's don't have sour cream came loaded with it. $50 dollars thrown in the garbage.

Shouldn't be open

Says they’re closed at 10pm online and on the door. Multiple times I’ve gone, and they’re closed before 7: 30. Change your posted hours or stay open till posted hours.

I love taco bell and its sad this is the only one on the whole island. The first time I went there was good experience but after that has been blunder after blunder. The second time, the lady was sweeping for 15 minutes instead of taking my order. Fine, but then when she gets to the register they say they close at 8 and if they just took my order, it wouldn't be 8. The third time I went there, they closed at 6: 30, and when i was upset they did nothing to rectify the situation. WE ISLANDERS DESERVE BETTER!

Worst taco bell I have ever been to, staff don't know what there doing, the wait for the food was 20 mins in the drive through, I love taco bell but never going to this one again. Plus they have the tip option on there, yea right lol

Never open until the listed hours or even the ones posted on their doors. Multiple trips ive made to their location and it has been close 1-2 hours early.

YUK - been shut down due to dirty. Nanaimo needs a good taco place!

Fast service, nice employees. Nice crunchy tacos. For this to be the only Taco Bell on the island, quality is quite exceptional. Will be definitely coming back!

My partner and I have gone to get Taco Bell about 10 times in the last month and every time we go they say taco bells closed just for the day and that it’ll be open tomorrow. Yesterday same thing they say come back tomorrow for Taco Bell so we do and the entire location is closed. It’s literally closed 90% of the time yet they still claim that it’s open “everyday”

This is the second time I’ve driven from Victoria to get Taco Bell and they were not serving Taco Bell. The first time was 3 months ago. Don’t drive here if you live more than 10 mins away. Waste of gas, waste of time.

Apparently they have a staff shortage and periodically remove Taco Bell items from the menu and just sell KFC. Drove 20m to get some Bell and left with nothing. Lazy ownership, either pay more or be there yourself. Drive thru mic is so rundown it’s harder to understand than Charlie Browns teacher.

The workers are good every time I’ve been there though, food comes out hot.
