Ordered takeout for dinner and it said 35-50 for delivery and it took 1 hour and 35 minutes for delivery the food was cold they forgot the guacamole that I paid extra for forgot to give me hot sauce and cutlery the tacos had very little to no tomato and cheese toppings and meat and sour cream lots of lettuce though

I absolutely love Taco Bell. It's a guilty pleasure of mine. I have never ever ever been to such a terrible Taco Bell in my entire life. They hardly put any meat on anything or in anything. And hardly any cheese as well. Obviously cheaping out. My boyfriend got very annoyed with the small amount of stuff in his tacos so he went to complain and they told him that they were following the amount they're supposed to put in which must be what the owner is forcing them to put in. The worst part of the experience, however, we're the bathrooms. There is no way that toilet has been cleaned at any point in the last month. It was caked with a layer of gray yellow brown grime that could have easily been cleaned off using toilet bowl cleaner and a toilet brush. I opted to not use it after I saw it. I will probably be putting in a complaint with the franchise and making them aware of this location. Do not ever go here under any circumstances you will regret it.

Worst experience ever. They gave kfc fries when we asked for tacobell fries. And the staff had such an attitude, they made faces when we asked for fire sauces. We're students and we asked for spc discounts as well, but they said they dont accept when i had valid offers which were 10 to 15 percent off. We went in at 9pm and wanted to dine in but the staff made up the lie saying that we close at 9pm. Didnt give us cutlery or trays either when asked. I love taco bell, but this particular location got me thinking otherwise.

Ordered a bean crunch wrap and made it very clear bean not beef because I’m vegetarian. Got home took a bite and it was beef. This has happened multiple times now and it’s upsetting because I check multiple times with them that it’s bean and not beef. They didn’t seem to care when I called to complain. Service is also slow

Whether you're in drive thru or in the store they take forever. I was waiting in drive thru, took too long so I went in and I've been waiting 10 minutes while they're trying not to make eye contact with me to greet me.if they don't want business then don't be open

Worst experience, they didn't know how to take order or how to apply discounts. Closing time was 10pm.and they told us you can't dine in at 9: 15 so that they could close early. Also they refused to give trays and cutlery. Instead of taco bell fries they gave kfc fries. Never go here!

Whoever thought that putting Taco Bell and KFC together would be more convenient. Didn't realize that they're now spending twice as long to cook your food and serve you. 25 minute wait for 3 burritos with 3 guests ahead of me

I can’t bother to even explain how garbage this place is, literally just replace it with another store. It’s a waste of space.

DO NOT COME HERE! It is one of the filthiest, unhygienic, fast food places I have ever ate at! Tables were all dirty and the garbage bin was overflowing, Don't even get me started on the bathroom. It looks as if it has never been cleaned properly in weeks or months. Slow service and prices are overpriced in terms of the portion given to you. Not a great value. Management needs to change something quickly. Normally never do reviews but this was something that I could not ignore.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Always a good 15 to 20min wait for food, the food is always incorrect and they barely give you any meat in the tacos

After going in the bathroom, i wish i hadn't eaten here, disgusting! Looks like the bathroom hasn't been cleaned in weeks

Extremely slow service, they always seem to mess up my order, prices here have gone up quite a bit. On top of that the card machine is asking for a tip, it’s fast food…. And they can’t even get my order correct. The staff get rude when you give no tip.

The only way I’ll go back to this Taco Bell is if it goes under new management with properly trained staff. What a mess of a place

Extremely slow, even with a mobile order my food was 30 minutes late. And they still got my order wrong. Last time I give this location a chance. 3rd time in a row its not just coincidence now.

We actually got our order correct. Three combos, just over 15 minutes. We had to clean our own table because every table in the dining area was NASTY. The bathroom was disgusting. No napkins accessible. No paper towels accessible. They get two stars mainly because the order was CORRECT and the Baja Blast was working. We live in Uganda, Africa. I've eaten in cleaner environments in the Ugandan villages than this Taco Bell in first-world Canada! It's time to figure this out, BC Taco Bell.

Slowest drive through I've ever been to. Not even busy. AND THE DRIVETHROUGH WINDOW ASKS FOR A TIP?

Understaffed so they take a min to take ur order but this the best place to stock up on baja blast

If the staff knew how to work maybe this place would be better but when you are stuck in the drive through for 25 minutes before even ordering then another 10/15 minutes waiting in line for the food.

I ordered off of Uber eats was missing a pop and a burrito from one combo and a burrito from the other combo. Called the store they weren’t helpful at all saying that I was lying that out combos didn’t have a burrito but on Uber eats it says it comes with a burrito and they refused to do anything about it. Never ordering from here again. Horrible employees.

They didn't even fill the taco up. They also had a homeless man setting up camp in their dine in area, Do not recommend.

The clerk told me that my order was complete, so I took it. When I got home and checked, there were 2 items missing.
Why did you say the order was complete?
Employees need to be retrained.

Half our meal was good. But the flour torillas on the burittos were extremley stale. It was like biting into leather! It was wrapped poorly as well and judging from the other reviews, many employees arent trained on how to prepare taco bell food.

This has been a common theme with the taco bells in BC. Im under the impression theyre all owned by the same person and they arent familiar with fresher foods and supplies needed for taco bell since the KFCs are all frozen food. I love taco bell and tracel far just to order it. I hope whoever overlooks the quality of their, training and supplies get more love.
