Tacofino Oasis

The place is losing its mexican taste, it's understandable that it has to adjust it to the local clientele but the originality seems to be gone, not a single traditional taco or even close.

Incredible place to get great west coast / Mexican. Good example of an authentic Canadian eatery for foreign visitors. Sophia gave excellent customer service and was very friendly. Will be going back.

Stopped here for a quick Taco lunch. The line was out the door but it moved quickly and we were ordering soon. We even found a seat during the lunch rush. They have multiple locations, unfortunately the item my better half wanted was not available at this location. Tacos were tasty, looks like they had lots of options.

Food in general is good but they need to be very careful of what they're putting into it. I ordered the vegan burrito and was given one with chicken in it. I haven't had meat in over a decade and my body is not equipped to digest meat anymore, I'm currently holding back from vomiting everywhere because I'm so nauseous. When you go so long without a certain food your body stops creating the enzymes to digest it so I may just have to throw up a $16 lunch. Please be more careful and aware!

Great food for a great price. Pictured is the tofu chorizo bowl (You can get burritos as a bowl). We beat the lunch rush when we went and had enough seating for 7 of us on their outside patio. The food was made quickly and served to our table. The bowl was a decently sized portion not enough to stuff you but enough to have a decent fill. I found myself craving a snack afterward. I would highly recommend going before the lunch rush as the line seemed really long as we were leaving.

Love going for lunch here with coworkers. We hang out at the patio.
Tacos are good. My favourite is the soft and crunchy taco.
Margaritas come in flavour too (jalapeño flavour).

Ordered the albacore tuna taco.
I love sushi and this hit the spot for a relatively quick snack. The restaurant was super busy and the service was relatively quick.

Great little hidden gem for a downtown lunch! Good tacos, good vibe, prime location. A little hard to find (tucked away) and the tacos are a bit pricey for the size, but worth coming back to.

Tacofino Oasis is a cool little place on West Pender Street. The restaurant has a casual atmosphere with a beachy vibe.

Their Tuna fish tacos are amazing!

The service at Tacofino Oasis is super friendly and attentive, with staff members going out of their way to make everyone feel welcome. However the restaurant can get busy, so there may be a wait for a table during peak hours.

Overall, if you're in downtown and looking for delicious Mexican-inspired food in a relaxed atmosphere, Tacofino Oasis is definitely worth checking out!

Super veggie bowl is SO good. I also really miss when they had the tofu sub for the crispy chicken burrito/bowl - the dish that originally got me hooked here!

Crispy chicken burrito was really good. Worth the price and in big portion. Will recommend.

Seating area is small and usually very busy at lunch time. Right next to the Burrard station and good place for takeout.
