Food was nothing special and the chicken in my burrito looked like cat food. Definitely grossed me out! Taste was just as bad. Unfortunately what i got was nowhere near worth $15 I spent.

Zero flavor, very dry meat in my beef taco salad I added guacamole and sour creme and it still was extremely bland and dry. Wouldn't recommend it.

Been coming here for years under the old management and never a problem. Since the new management I've kept coming in but no more.
The employees act like they are bothered that you came in and when they make a mistake on your order and you catch them on it, you get glared at like it was your fault.

Well, I asked for a chicken boritio.got a beef. Seems like she wasn't listening.friend ordered no cheese on her taco. She got cheddar.makes her fart.thanks, I had to drive her home! Get your stuff together taco time!

When my brother mentioned he got food poisoning from this place twice in two weeks, that confirms I won’t be visiting here ever again. Him and I were big fans too, so that’s disappointing. Both times it was from the tacos.

Great food. It taste way better than operated by previous ownership. I stopped going here last year spring when the food was awful taste and lady who provide service was really mean to me. I just saw the board it’s under new ownership and think to give it a try. It’s worth it.

Gone downhill since the new owners they don’t even offer hot sauce or salsa with the crispy beef burritos anymore. The crispy beef burrito doesn’t taste the same anymore not even beef just beans. Absolute rip off do not go here

Ordered a taco salad. Received the crispy bowl with 4 beans and a sprinkle of corn and mostly lettuce. I will never go back.

Very clean and well maintained, quick service, and a satisfying burrito just like I was craving.

Great experience with customer service, quality of food, variety, taste, cleanliness, satisfaction and timely delivery.

The food was fresh, and the portion size was good. Service was fast and friendly, restroom facilities on-site. The interior could use some paint, will eat hear again.

My daughter has been a fan of taco time for the last year - and we’ve been to every location because of. THIS location is under new management and is EXCELLENT. It was okay before, but now it is probably the best Taco Time has to offer. As so many Taco Time’s have seen closure, support this one so it can keep thriving in this tough economy

The food was made fast and the restaurant was reasonably clean.
Although I found the beans in my burrito were left on the heater too long and were clumped together. They replaced my burrito with a fresh one so problem solved.

Went today to get a beef Taco salad. Have gone to this location for over 10 years, but today is the last! Was served by a gentleman who had been sitting in a booth prior to my arrival. He started making my order without washing his hands beforehand, and I would have thought he was a customer at first, until I saw a TacoTime logo on his tshirt. He had no idea how to prepare a salad, and continuously looked at menu board to see what taco salad looked like, and needed constant coaching as he made it. Salad was very unappealing, but tasted ok. Definitely not the experience that I’ve experienced in the past

It's my favorite fast food restaurant. The mexi-fries sre thr best dipped in their house made hot sauce.

Prices have gone up substantially since 2020.

A burrito+small mexi fries+drink is like $17+.

Taco Tuesday and Burrito Thursday are the only remaining deal days from what used to be daily deals.

Food tastes good but the lettuce and tomatoes were pale when I visited.

The interior is dated and feels uncomfortable. Makes me want to leave ASAP. It's lightly decorated and only 3 out of the 30 tables are ever used.

I hope to see their prices drop or at least coupons in their app.

Picked up 2 beef tacos and large Mexican fries.got home no sauce containers in bag. Called store man, who answered said you have to ask for them. Never before has that been necessary. A smear of wet beef in tacos no taste. 1 star.

Under new management, incompetent.
Item was something I used to order regularly.
My beef taco salad was not fit for human consumption.
Old salad mix, tasting of mold. Visible slime.
A single taco chip broken up on top. How insulting.
Scant micro vegetables, all rotting, tasting of mold.
Oily, inedible, undercooked taco salad shell bowl.
Barely one teaspoon of guacamole.
Several flies in box.
No plate or lid, instead just a box, which would not shut.
Will not return or recommend.

This place is a disaster - new management or not has not made a difference. Forgot hot sauces and gross food.

Worst tacotime in Victoria, save your money and go to Mayfair or Langford. No queso for my mexi fries? I call them 'oh the company didn't send it' well say something then, who wants tomatoes, onions and sour cream only. This place has gone down since the regular lady was there. I will never step foot in here again. Their food is subpar and tastes gross. Whoever the new management is sucks! No wonder why they are never busy anymore. You better fix your stuff before you end up closing cause you suck.

Was absolutely terrible mexi fries were under cooked beef burrito was built poorly.small portion of extremely pasty beef all on one half.nothing but sour cream and lettuce ect on other. Drink machine broke.no ice.
I was there not too long ago and it wasn't this bad something has changed.

Really disappointed this time. No effort put into it. A blob of meat at one end, all the lettuce at the other end. Forgot the sour cream that I paid for. You shouldn't have to stick your fingers in your tacos to spread things around so they can be eaten.

This place had really improved initially with the new management but this was the worst I've had in years of eating here. I can handle people making mistakes but whoever made my order clearly just didn't care.
