Mallcourt Food noisy. Willowbrook should add acoustical damping in foodcourt area to amke eating there more peaceful

Food was excellent. SO miss having a Taco Time where I live.

Be very careful, ordering your food from here… Our last delivery the outer bag was opened, the inner bag was not sealed, and it was wet… Which made the food unedible… Skip the dishes offered a full refund… I called the store, and and they did not help

… we placed the same order a second time… And I would like to say that the food arrived quickly, it was well prepared, and enjoyable… One suggestion I would make to the restaurant is to seal the bag… inside the plastic bag is placed in… it is what most other restaurants do for deliveries by delivery companies

I love coming here except when one employee is working. I ALWAYS get a veggie burrito and sub the refried beans with the black bean and corn salsa at no extra charge. This guy is the only employee that insists on charging me extra. He's not very friendly and is dismissive when I tell him this is the order I always get. I've walked away in the last few months 3x because I see him working. When he's not working I get to enjoy the veggie burrito.

Went to get a taco 10 minutes to close and the wouldn’t serve me. If you close at 5: 50 than change your hours. Really upset

I really enjoyed the meal that I had at Taco Time. The service was excellent. I am sure be back.

I usually just have a snack when I am here; A beef soft taco. But, I saw that they had snack sized burritos and burritos are advertised to have sour cream too. I got my snack burrito sans the sour cream. When I approached the server, he said that snack sized burritos do not qualify to have sour cream. So, for $1 more than a beef soft taco, I received a beef snack burrito. It had the same ingredients, the same amount of ingredients, they just wrapped it in an ever so slightly larger tortilla. Trick advertising Taco Time. So, if anyone reads this, don't pay the dollar more. You are definitely not receiving anything more than beef taco folded differently.

Food here is so delicious and service is awesome! It was my first time coming here and I absolutely loved my veggie burrito, their fries and their hot sauce which was sooooo flavorful! I was amazed by all the flavor the burrito had, the fries were so soft on the inside and super crispy on the outside. Just perfect; staff was very nice as well and my food came out very fast:) This will definitely not be my last time here, I'll be back!

Sometimes when I go here it feels like a comedy skit of frugal franchisers. I come here because of the veggie options compared with the rest of the food court options. And infrequently because I dont want to support businesses like this. Their portions are very small, they charge extra for EVERYTHING……rip off. They may make money as a franchise but their frugalness with their customer base is not going to earn repeat customers.

Classic Taco Time experience and I will be back. Food was just like the last time and the time before that.

Asian Lady was rude and didn’t change her gloves when making the tacos. She was also the cashier which was not sanitary at all.

2$ for a crispy shell Beef Taco is hardly a deal but that's what Taco Tuesday is these days. I remember when tacos were 99 cents on Tuesdays.

Still tastes good tho. Had 4 tacos.

They do charge for water cup, extra for tiny paper cup of hot sauce.

The nickel & diming does take away from the dining experience.

Oh well. What else can you expect these days.

Bought a classic chicken burrito. It was nothing like a burrito. Mostly a wrap that was pre-packaged and microwaved then and there. The chicken felt old/stiff and the microwaving made the tomato and lettuce mushy.

All food is microwaved all lettuce tomatoes and sour cream are re heated. So disgusting and Asian lady is so rude. The nice Asian man ty

The two ladies that served us are exceptional employees! They were super polite, food was fresh and tasty, and it was by far the best taco I have ever had from TacoTime.
PS. My dad said "Perfect. Old School and fast, with a smile. "

This locations is just brutal! Nobody seems to know what is going on, the sevice is super slow and and to top it all off there is one lady that is so rude, aggressively throwing their mistakes in the garbage can! I give them two thumbs down

The one good thing is that once we eventually got our food, it was good.
