TacoTime Pacific Centre Mall

I go to Taco Time at the Pacific Centre mall weekly and the staff are always fast, friendly, professional and efficient. I went there tonight near closing time and I was starving after a long day at work and even though they were preparing to shut down for the night, they went the extra mile to make the awesome fresh tacos and piping hot Mexi fries (tater tots - my fave) for me. They were so good. Tacos are only $2 each on Taco Tuesday which is a great deal and they’re delicious too. I also enjoy the classic beef burrito and combo on other evenings. It’s definitely affordable, healthy fast food. It’s my favourite eatery in the food court. I wanna thank the staff for their great customer service and a job well done. I think they deserve a raise and commendation for their hard work. This eatery is very popular and I see a lot of customers but the staff serve each client quickly so the wait time is minimal. I also get to practice my Spanish when time permits lol Thank you everyone and I appreciate all of you at Taco Time

If there was 0 stars that’d be my selection relating to what I just experienced today. Horrible customer service here at the Pacific Center Downtown Vancouver location (food court). Disgusting “Managers” behaviour. Ordered here today Tuesday September 6th 2022.

Came here yesterday and about an hour later I had the worst stomach ache of my life stay away from this place if you don't want to have the worst stomach you've ever had.

Rafael at the taco time in pacific centre was super kind! Food was awesome! My brother is very picky about his quesadillas and loved the food here! Will definitely be coming back thank you for a great visit:)

The manager a this location is a poor boss i am there a lot instead of helping out when busy he stands out side the booth and repremends the employee. Any good manager will step in and help.

This place is bad in every metric. The absolutely vile staff. Everything you order is made incorrectly. And every 1 star review the owner responds and apologizes… just get different management? ! Why are you allowing your restaurant to be ran like this? I want to find out if this is a franchise and if there is a corporate number or email to contact to give them a list of examples of how this store is being ran horribly

Absolutely disrespectful staff. We were literally standing in front of her face, waiting to make order and she continued talking to colleague, who was showing the back to everyone in the queue. Ofc the quality of food is important, but you cannot see advantages with such attitude. Don’t recommend to anyone.

Just had the worst experience with the staff.rude, ignorant and unprofessional.just wanted to get a quick bite during my lunch break and was treated horribly.
