TacoTime Scott Road

I come here every once in awhile to treat myself. Drive thru service is always quick and I’ve never had any issues with my orders. Reason I knocked off a star is no fault of this location specifically, but I’m upset there’s only a few TacoTime’s left. I prefer this chain over the other companies:)

They said there was free WiFi but I found none. Food was soft, warm and decent. Just wish there was WI-FI

I went to this location on 26th August 9: 15 pm. The two ladies that were working over there was very rude, I was trying to place an big order but they don't have any patience to listen up my whole order, afterwards when I grab my order I did not check properly. Its almost 20-25 minute drive from my place to this location. After reaching home when I check my order 2 of the items were missing. Thats totally unacceptable because store was closed at that time I am unable to reach them regarding my order. If they are having a bad or big day still they need be helpful to customers and providing everything.

I had two burritos supposed to be there. Top end. Supreme ones are quite disappointing, especially at $10 in some odd plus tax

Store is closed to customers after 6pm. Unless you have a car do not try. They are 100% unhelpful and will not attempt to even see you. Infact they hide when people come around.

Hire new employees immediately. Fire all current staff.

Thus is not my first time being massively let down by what used to be a great location. Do better. FAST. Or this location WILL die.

Love the tacos and burritos at Taco Time. We also love the tator tots eaten with a side of sour cream and then dipped in their hot sauce. So good!
The sugar cinnamon chips are great for dessert, my kids love them! Its a large dine in fast food restaurant thats not that busy inside usually, but theres always a lot of drive thru as its located on Scott road. Its our favorite drive thru mexican fast food chain!

Ordered chicken quesadilla was good and Mexi fries deluxe person behind counter was very nice and polite and friendly thank you for being awesome

Disgusting tacos. Location was dirty inside and out. My dog even refused to eat the ground beef.seriously

I make a point of doing drive through at this location on Taco Tuesday if I’m over in Surrey. 2 yummy beef tacos for $4. Can’t beat that! Even a convenient little greenery spot right beside the pick up window to pull into to eat them up before continuing on my journey. Always a nice break in a busy day

An employee here is purposely telling customers a higher price than actual price. This pocketing the extra money and by my calculations if they did this to 10 people a day they would be getting an extra 20 dollars. I probably won't be coming here ever again. I'll be sad when they close down because someone decided to steal.

Your staff refused to give ice water…. On a very hot day to a female flagger … after giving water to a male coworker just an hour before…. DISGRACEFUL I WILL TELL ALL TO NEVER GO THERE!

The last time we were here was before COVID. We would alternate between Taco Tuesday and Burrito Thursdays. It was nice sitting with the family and remembering all the crazy memories we built at our usual table.

Very sensible, rather quiet and endearing. Funny to say about a taco joint, but ya I thought it was endearing. Staff were friendly and thankful. They deserve sensible work and business. Thank you very much, tasty and hit the spot when I came in. I'll be back here and there eh

The food was good. Prices have gone up, but they have everywhere. For what we paid for 2 people to eat, we could have gone to a non fast food restaurant. Bonus is they are never busy when we go in.

Ordered two burritos at 8: 20pm on a Monday and this location is supposed to close at 9pm but the order would not be confirmed. Resulting in a cancelled order.
