After 32 months of treatment we have achieved a perfect smile! The whole staff is excellent with a special mention of Ada who was exceptional when it came to customer service.

Dr Tai and her team of doctors and staff were all kind and helpful! If ever there was a problem they were quick to rectify and always a pleasure to work with!

Dr. Yang is extremely friendly and professional. He would actually take time to answer my questions and is honest about what can be achieved. He also speaks Chinese. I was recommended to his office because it is world-famous for Invisalign and I would say it is worth every penny.

The doctors (or doctor i believe dr. Lam?) does not really properly listen to the patient or take the patient's concerns into consideration nor do they consult with patients and give the courtesy of telling patients what is being done at the time.

I recently finished treatment here using clear brackets. I got braces before in a different city and I can say this clinic was superb. There is little to no wait time when you go in for appointments and the staff is so friendly and personable too. The doctors were very patient with me and my many questions.
Even the pricing was very reasonable.
Most importantly though my teeth are just perfect!

I got my treatment here for 3 years and have finished the process now. The people watched TV as they put your braces on, gives a horrible feeling to the patient as the dentists' heads are completely turned away from you. Does not answer any of my concerns/questions, such as "what about my molars that are still crooked after the entire process? " and "your braces exposed the root of my tooth and now the tooth is super sensitive, can you please do something about that? " Instead, they just dismiss patients even when we're the ones affected.
Overall the atmosphere is that they wish to finish with a patient as quickly as possible so they can move on to their 200 other patients, and we just have to accept whatever they say because they are "experts"; I don't have to be an expert to know my teeth hurt because of the process.

I got my treatment done here for almost 3 years, they have an amazing team. My teeth were a mess before the treatment, and my brackets, wires broke down frequently. They’re always happy to slot me in ASAP despite their busy schedule and fix me up. Dr. Brandon and Dr. Loh are really professional and answered all my concerns. Five star experience!

Dr Sandra Tai and her team is very professional and knowledgeable. They made sure their work was done perfectly. I have interviewed 3 orthodontists before choosing Dr Sandra Tai. I also recommended few friends to Dr Sandra Tai as well. They were all very pleased with her work and her team.

It's very disappointing to be told by the person who answered the phone call inquiry I made; that the Doctor performs excellent work for RICH people and it'll cost more money for me to be examined by the doctor. I said I'm not one of those "rich" patient therefore she basically said she can refer me somewhere else. My suggestion to you is to put this formation on line (WE ONLY SEE RICH PEOPLE) so when people like me happens to stumble on your dental office's web page we would qualify ourselves first before making the phone call to avoid the embarrassment and disappointment.
