The guys at take 5 are amazing. Been going for years. Today I needed a top up my oil as it was very very low and they put in more then there 1litre of free oil in and despite saying I would pay for any extra oil if needed, they topped it all off for no charge. Wonderful team at rhe langley location

Highly recommended the 3 guys I met there today are fabulous, they should get a raise.

I visited here for the first time for oil change. Apparently transmission fluid was overdue and air filter was dirty. The workers took time to find this out. They changed everything with a reasonable price. All of them were very friendly. I would definitely come back for any checkups in the future.

Had a really bad experience with their service. After changing the oil, the screws on the car chassis were not tightened. When I was driving, the chassis came off and making a horrible noise on high way.it's very dangerous.

These guys just tried to shove a dirty bolts back in the truck even though it was stripping the threads they decided to use an impact wrench completely destroying the bolts and when I tried to explain the problem they didn’t understand because it seemed that nobody there spoke good enough English, I’m sure if you value value your vehicle half as much as I do you’ll want to look elsewhere for mechanical work

Tejinder, arpan, inder and davinder did a great job helping me with my oil change at the Langley location! Would totally recommend been going here for a while and they always help me out as much as possible!

I am going to rate this company 3 stars from my initial 4/5 star first impression.

Pros

The location is accessible, and neat. They provide lots of services from oil change, regular servicing, self wash, etc.

There is an auto repair shop right next door should you require such service.

Cons

There is no sitting area at the location, however, there is a Burger King within walking distance that will suffice.

In addition and most importantly, I called before booking an appointment and I informed them that I wanted to change to my summer tires and will like to do the wheel balancing and alignment. I was pretty clear on this request and they said it will cost more which I agreed. Got there, had the tires changed and when I wanted to pay, they said it was just the wheel balancing that was done and that they do not do alignment. This was not disclosed to me when booking the appointment, but they said it was disclosed to me which was not true as I would simply have taken my business else where to have everything done at once.

In all, I believe that if you are clear on the terms of what kind of services you require before they commence work on your car, you should be fine. But I will personally not be recommending this service station.
