Smallest portions I've ever received and side of chutney is the smallest ever. Don't call yourself punjabi. Go sell this stuff in the west end.

Delicious! The portions weren't as much as I would have liked, but the food is really good. The painting on the wall is amazing and the service is kind and fast enough.

Amazing food, never thought we will have a chance to taste the real biriyan in a hidden restaurant like this.

Worst food ever I had Indian in my life. The salad was insane I was surprised to see those things in salad like green peppers. They really need to work on their food and mosquitos free environment for sure.

By far my favourite place for chicken curry. It is the most complex and balanced curry I had, while delivering a punch to your tastebuds. I didn’t get that much chicken like 5 to the order. The lamb biryani is huge portion and ridiculously good. So much flavour and complexity. Watch of for bones and whole pieces spices like cloves. But it’s old school good.

Made us pay for water-bottles they told us were free. Food wasn’t that good and took a long time to come out. Somewhat expensive and slightly below acceptable experience.

Poor service. They takes a lot of time to serve food. Worst part they served frozen parantha when I ordered parantha. Will never come back

Best Indian food in vancouver. Their customer is above the bar. Anjum is such a nice person.

This is my favorite restaurant, they have nice family environment, there food is always very fresh and tasty I like there Naan's very much there chicken dum baryani and chicken karhai chicken Tikka, I must say whatever they are making taste very good, keep it up, and thxxx for serving fresh, halal and very tasty food.

Zero level of food we ordered karahi panner its just tomato we asked for medium hot level but in reality we got zero spicy level and chicken curry the quality of chicken was worst and expired. And their large size like small size. Naan were thin more then paper sheet. Everything was zero worst experience i ever had.

This is the only place I go to satisfy my Indian food craving.
From a white walled bright light canteen like place to a decorated restaurant I see this restaurant growing and it is going to places. Food never disappoint and I always get surprised by the next dish I order in their menu. Their butter chicken is so good I lick the bowl and dish even there are people looking at me haha.

I've explored other items on the menu since my last review. If you like hot/spicy you got to try Vindaloo. Also Karahi is very good too, especially if you like parsley/cilantro.

I have come back here a few times. This time we ordered Butter Chicken, Tandoori Oven Mix and Lamb Shank. The naan was so good we had to reorder. The place is not fancy but the food was excellent.

The food here was outstanding, and the quality of the food was also good, the service here was fast and the quantity of the food was decent, I really recommend you try this sensational restaurant

I order butter chicken with some white rice and some naan on the side. I also ordered 2 samosas that I planned to eat later or save for the next day.

Bonus they did give me one extra samosas, thank you! But unfortunately I did not really like the taste of chicken samosas and wouldn’t buy them again.

For the rest of my meal the portion size was enough to save for the next day and get two meals. Very tasty.

The place was fair. The service was very quick, warm, and polite. The food is made with care, but portions are rather small for a lot of their curries. The Biryani served here is tasty, affordable and can easily feed two moderately hungry individuals or a single famished sir. My only real gripe with the establishment is that it has a dark and dingy atmosphere, slightly grimy if I must say.

I visited Tandoori Oven with my friends. The food, hospitality and service was simply amazing. The paneer kadai, garlic naan and biryani had authentic Indian flavors. The staff was very welcoming and cordial. I would highly recommend this restaurant for anyone craving some delicious food.

Food was not good at all.
Biryani was so dry couldnt eat it. Ordered medium heat. Came with no heat.
Naan are very small. Wont ever be going back.

My friend has ordered the chicken curry and naan. Smells savory.
We are so impressed with the portion size too.
Today is Friday the 13th and we went for lunch today we had the chicken curry and the chicken vindaloo. And lots of yummy garlic naan

Awful customer service, first they yelled to sit anywhere from the kitchen and everybody turned around to look then we sat there for 10 and they didn’t bothered to come to our table to take order, it wasn’t even busy there were hardly 4 customers

Delicious and inviting experience at the restaurant. The server Prabhjot cleaned our table before service and started us with bottled water. She was well informed on what’s available in the kitchen at the time right before closing hours. Mohammad Anjum came personally to speak to my wife and I before cooking our meal and even showed off his Bengali speaking skills which he picked up through friends and customers - absolutely fantastic customer service, smiles on their faces and efficient service. Dishes were served piping hot within minutes. Roti/Naan are made in house, tasted great. Nihari has great chunky beef with fat layers, adding to the texture of the dish. The biryani was very authentic and took us back to the Southeast Asian subcontinent with its flavour and they made it spicy for us. It was our first time trying this restaurant, and now I am excited to return for their service and to try other dishes. Thanks and keep up the great work that you do!
