Had their plumber come in to fix our mess at trying to be our own plumber. It was a difficult job for him, probably took 2 hours more than I thought it would reasonably be done. He was polite, efficient and when he gave us the bill it was much lower than I had anticipated. Tap 2 Drain had also done an earlier job for us. My wife and I are more than pleased to have them do our plumbing for us. One Hundred Percent satisfied.

I asked for a quote and spent time describing my issues to the dispatch, however, despite having access to the entire house and people to ask, the plumber did not quote on anything relevant. It was almost like the plumber did not bother to talk to anyone and just flew by the seat of his pants. When emailing he tried to evade and make excuses that I knew to be false. Very unprofessional and arrogant.

Josh was amazing. He repaired our bathroom leak. He was professional, on time an even came on a long weekend Saturday. Will definitely recommend to anyone who asks. Thank you so much!

Our strata used Tap 2 Drain for a 20 unit water pipe replacement, and had done such a great job we asked them about a Renovation referral for a bathroom redo. Turns out they have a Reno department. These guys were absolute professionals, excellent customer service, attention to detail, they completed all work exactly on schedule (bit early in fact) and on budget. The end result is absolutely fantastic, we could not be happier. I can’t recommend Tap 2 Drain enough! I will use them again!

I discovered a leaky main pressure relief valve in our boiler room. I called Tap 2 Drain mostly as I’ve seen their yellow trucks often and thought I would give them a try. Glad I did.

The booking person was very efficient and professional. Even better she said they could get someone over that afternoon with an estimated time.

Receive a phone call 15 min before that time to say they were on the way.

Josh arrived on time and had no issue wearing a mask. He inspected the valve and gave a quote before starting the job.

He completed the work efficiently and professionally and I will call and ask for him the next time I require any service the company provides.

Overall a very pleasant experience and Josh pointed out a couple of other areas to keep an eye on. It’s a relief the new valve is installed so we can sleep peacefully tonight and not have to worry about a flooded basement.

My god this place is great! I called them on a Saturday and they showed up in less than 90 minutes from the time of my call.

They send this guy named Josh who is basically a sweetheart and then turns into a beast with the equipment haha.

Josh was so damn kind I almost want to break something else just to hang out with him haha.

Josh was extremely knowledgeable and responsive. We had a water leak from a pipe in our ceiling and needed emergency service. Josh arrived within an hour of calling.

We discovered that our main water shut off was not working. Josh called the city and got help for us to get the water to our house shut off.

He had to come back the next day once the city of Mission crew finished installing a new shut off valve. Josh was friendly and efficient. He also replaced our indoor shut off so we won’t have to go through this again.

Josh was here first thing in the morning to disconnect some rusted-shut hoses from our washing machine so we were ready for the delivery of our new one and while he was working I clogged my sink with potatoes that he was happy to vacuum out and he also wrenched apart a hose outside that has been stuck for years. I would like to thank Zsolt and Tayler. They went above and beyond. We had Poly B plumbing replaced, and as this was our first experience with Poly B, we didn't know what to expect. The work was done on time, and there was no mess to clean up. These guys are awesome and know their job. Even helped me to replace a water filter in my fridge. I woke early to a dripping hot water tank and outside temperatures of -11 outside. I reached out to five plumbers and the only company that could accommodate me was Tap2Drain. Shane McCourt has exceptional customer service, follow up with who would be contacting me and the quote was received from his office admin Leanne with clear prices and within two hours.

Within less than four hours of speaking with Shane, two wonderful technicians showed up on my doorstep. Drop cloths on my brand new installed vinyl plank, removal of the old tank and not to mention a larger tank installed into a very tight squeeze closet…Ron and Taylor were done in less than 3 hours including clean up, taking recycling away and hauling of old tank. My bright shiny new tank has given me peace of mind and warranty to back it up.

Had an odd issue with unstoppable incoming water at only one location in the house along with to much pressure and leaking temp valve on the water tank. Did take two trips and a call to the city and Josh took care of it all.

Drain leak. It was a difficult job (almost impossible location) on my sewer but Josh managed to fix it in record time. He worked much faster than expected and more importantly perfect. Josh is skilled and pleasant. Call him if you have a plumbing problem and he’ll fix it. Thank you Josh.

Josh was great. He fixed the issues with the kitchen hoses and water shut off, removed the garburator, and gave me feedback on an outside faucet concern I had. He left everything as clean as he found it. This is my third house where I've relied on Tap 2 and they have always come through for me.

I called Tap 2 Drain on Thursday afternoon to book an appointment to fix a water leak. Josh was able to come Friday before noon! Josh was able to quickly identify the source of the leak, which was not where I expected it. Josh was very professional, and able to give me some good preventative advice. Excellent service from start to finish. Chris, Ron and Taylor did a wonderful job explaining everything they were doing and made in incidental improvements to our plumbing system as needed. We had a new toilet and two sinks installed as well as replacement of all Poly-B water pipes in our 35 year old home. They managed the whole project from Poly-B removal, new pipe installation, some fixture installation and disposal, as well as gyproc repair which we really appreciated. Always on time and did everything better than expected. Reliable and recommended!

We had a sewer backup of epic proportions. I called several companies and Tap 2 Drain was the only one that were able to get somebody to us that day. They said somebody would be here between 3 - 5 and Alexi showed up at 2 pm. He went right to work and while he was unable to unclog the blockage from the inside he switched to the outside sewer pipe and after 30 minutes of relentless effirt on his part, he succeeded in breaking down and clearing yje blockage. He was tenacious. He put a smile on our face at the end of the day and he was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Tap 2 Drain.

They were amazing! Woke up New Year’s Eve with a pool of water around our hot water tank. From the moment I called to the last moments they left, the service they provided was beyond anything we expected! They know they’re stuff and now, not only do we have an upgraded tankless water heater (which is worth the cost), but a company we know we can trust. Efficient, quick, knowledgable, AND reasonably priced. We had a pipe burst in our home, so I called early in the morning in a bit of a panic and not only was the technician there the same day, he solved the problem within an hour. (Our pipe issue was straightforward. Obviously, your time and cost may vary depending on what YOUR issue is.)

We had our 1985 home completely updated removing all the PolyB piping and pressure relief valve and shut off taps. Excellent workmanship, professional technicians that took great care in quality work. On time and on budget I would highly recommend this company.

Our toilet was blocked up and we called Tap 2 Drain. I was told they would be here between 11: 00am & 1: 00pm. Ron called us before leaving and showed up early at 10: 30am. He conducted himself in a safe and professional manner, was very friendly and got straight to work. He had our drain unblocked in an hour and a half even after having to go underneath our Mobile home. I would highly recommend Tap 2 Drain for any Plumbing issues and will definitely call them back if I ever have Plumbing issues.

Highly recommended! Called and booked my appointment, the lady on the phone was very nice and accommodating and was able to fit me in around my schedule. She gave a realistic time window as to when the plumber would be at my house. The morning of, the plumber Ron called and texted that he would be there as scheduled. He arrived exactly on time and he was awesome.

He was able to solve my issue and repair it in under an hour. I had thought my tub was leaking, but it turned out it was a seal around the toilet in the other bathroom. He determined by cutting open an area of water damage from the ceiling below.

I called this company after being rejected until mid January for any help from other local companies
Leanne said she could help us out the same morning as we had a leak from our watermain in the downstairs suite. Chris their technician was there within an hour assessed the problem and gave a quote onsite. The job was done professionally and timely as the water had to be off with tenants having young children and such

Honestly, the receptionist was a bag. Terrible attitude when she learned that the work needed to be cancelled. She sounded young and immature, so my guess is she is not overly qualified in the "people skills" department.

The repairman that initially arrived to provide me with a quote however, seemed professional and knowledgable. He was the saving grace of this experience.

Alexi from Tap 2 Drain Plumbing came to help me when my toilet wasn’t working properly... After unplugging a clog, Alexi showed me the problem with my very old toilet which was an expensive fix so I decided it was high time for a replacement... I found Alexi to be super knowledgeable regarding toilets as there are so many to choose from... He helped me pick out a good American Standard toilet in my budget... He was even so good to deliver it to me from Home Depot (for a fee) & did a wonderful installation job... I am always pleased with the service I receive from this company & will continue to use them in the future... Thank you Alexi!

I called tap 2 drain about a leak from second floor bath tub. Very friendly person answered my call and promptly scheduled a service call.
The service tech was a licenced journeyman and very professional. He identified and repaired the problem quickly. He took the time to explain the problem and made recommendations to avoid future water problems. Great service, professional, courteous and fairly priced.

Called Tap2drain to install a new gas hot water heater that I purchased. They responded quickly and had a plumber and apprentice out within a couple hours.

The tank was installed in an awkward location, but the they were able to re and re the old tank and new tank. They were careful not to damage any walls, carpets, and kept their work neat and tidy. They were friendly, professional and careful.

Would not hesitate to call them again.

We had a leaking Dishwasher, and couldn't seem to stop the flow by shutting off the valve that supplies water to the dishwasher, so I went to shut the main supply off to the whole house, and discovered our Hot-Water tank was leaking too! I called late evening to get in the line up for the next day, and Alexi and Eric were sent out to us by Noon! They answered our questions, and gave us updates as they were going along with the job of replacing the Hot Water tank. Both of them knew their jobs to do, and would certainly recommend both of them to anyone else.
