First time in Tap & Barrel in North Van and the food & drinks were great! Andrew provided us with top-class customer service

Came in to watch the football and had a great experience. Was my first time here and highly recommend it to everyone. Andrew our server was fantastic, welcoming and attentive.

We had a great time here celebrating our anniversary! The food was great, service was on time and paced, and they got us a very nice table to commemorate the occasion

Casual bar hangout. Menu indicates gluten friendly options. Great atmosphere to have a full meal or to hang out with friends. They offer samples of some of the beers which is great.
Update: second visit today. They have a full gluten free menu which was fantastic.

Joe is a nice person if you seat on the bar he will take care of you with good service and humor

I love coming here… it’s a true “night out” feel. I also love that they occasionally give you a glass of champagne while you’re waiting for a table;) makes it feel like such an occasion

Had a great experience with Kyle as my bartender. Such a nice guy and made some great cocktails!

Was in the other day for a quick bite to eat and our server Georgia was awesome! She was so smiley. She recommended the chicken tenders and truffle fries which I now dream about!

5 star for service: Our server was lovely and the patient as we tried different drinks.
5 star for location and atmosphere
4 star for drink. Was hoping for better options for dark beers.
4 star for food.

Allright place, little pricy, small food portions and waitresses are "hungry" for tips. Overall nice looking place with a cool view.

We had a great meal here, better than I expected. I was catching up with a friend and our server Georgia was super attentive but also gave us our space to talk and take our time.

Couple of absolute beauties behind the bar tonight, slinging dirty drinks for the boys absolute knee clapper of a costume on these two sick beauties. Real dudes Jesse and Ryley are sick.

Was in for dinner yesterday Georgia was seriously the best! She recommended the banana punch and it was amazing. She was so helpful and kind, would definitely recommend her as a server!

The food here is on point, with rave reviews from everyone at the table.

I went for the pesto pasta and it was pretty tasty. It had a creamy texture and just the right amount of salt.

My only minor gripe was that it could've used a bit more pesto, as the flavor only came through subtly towards the end. And let's not forget about the garlic bread mishap - it was a bit burnt and left an unpleasant taste in my mouth.

But aside from that, the service was good, the drinks were enjoyable, and sipping on some wisers brought back some good memories. Overall, a solid experience!
