I want to tell you how thrilled our group was with the service we received from you. It’s always been great in the past but you went over and above this year rebooking our trip four times as the airline grappled with bad weather which delayed us to the weekend, your busiest time.

Your ability and flexibility to manage all your clients with the same problems at the same time was first class. You were at one point willing to drive to Vancouver to pick us up, (along with other airline refugees as you lovingly call us). So amazing!
