Just wanted to say how much I appreciated Chuck and his boys for helping me out as much as they could they were prompt in their service helped me with the rental car during difficult time that I had with my truck, they were more than fair with me and just for sure you can count on quality service all around thanks, Chuck appreciate you for helping me out.

The entire team at Taylormotive is incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel at ease throughout the process. Liezl and John, in particular, deserve a special recognition for their exceptional communication skills. They kept me well-informed with timely updates on the status of my car and provided clear explanations of the next steps involved.

Booked an appointment, waited two weeks or so and then they cancelled the day before via voicemail as they were unable to find a technician for a wheel alignment. They declined to reschedule as I guess they just couldn't be bothered trying to make good on the poor service. Pretty shabby.

Taylormotive did an excellent job with our scratched bumper. Well priced and quick to return car. Car came back sparking clean! Very happy customer.

**DON'T GO HERE** After bringing these people almost $20,000 in business through multiple fender benders, they refused to pick up the bill for a $300 tire (of theirs) that got a nail stuck in one of the courtesy cars.there was no spare in the car and they were completely unhelpful. So very greedy and rude, you people disgust me!

I dealt with Micheal in the body shop. His follow up was on point and showed his years of experience. The repairs are excellent.

Great service here, nothing negative to say about everyone here! On the mechanical side! Very responsive, great customer service, and very honest as well! Will definitely be doing more services here and highly recommend them!
